Slender Man – Light Yagami
"Misa!" I holler, opening her new door. BY the order of "kira" she moved here. I had politely (more like demanded) she move as fast as possible. Which became three days. Now it has been a couple months and people have been disappearing. Matsuda hasn't come back in months, word is Mello and Near were seen running by Misa's house, and nearby townspeople thought they heard someone scream.
So L (being a jerk) decided to send me here, but of course he didn't let me go alone.
"L, get back to head quarters? This could be a trap." I warned for the umpteenth time. L shakes his head and slowly makes his way inside. Inside we are both shocked to see the walls of the house burnt, and the smell of melted plastic stinging the air. We decide to investigate the upstairs. It isn't any prettier.
Upstairs there is many signs of struggle, including claw markings on the walls. A door hangs wide open; an awful stench seemed to waft from it. L shuffles towards the door, not covering his mouth. "L! Cover your face!" I rush toward him and hand him a small handkerchief. He takes it and does as he's told. He enters the room and I follow shortly behind. I stop and gape at the gore before me. Misa's body is ripped open from her chest down to her hips. Her insides hang out, and her eyes are glazed over. Signs of decay show with wrinkles and sores. I almost felt like throwing up. Ryuk (yes he came along) looks down at Misa and seems to sigh sadly. "Damn, too bad." He grumbles.
L kneels next to her corpse. He fishes in his pocket and pulls out a pair of latex gloves. Careful to not disturb the scene to much he turns the body over. Her back has large bruises; they looked to be handprints. "A monster did this…" I murmur. L sets her back down. With sadness in his eyes he takes his index finger and thumb and just like the movies, he shuts her eyelids. He stands, taking the gloves off. I look around to give him a moment and find strange pieces of paper lying everywhere. Most were drawing of a tall man with no face.
L seems to notice then the window is open, and glances out the window. He shrieks suddenly, and not just any shriek. It was the same reaction he had when he heard the word "shinigami". He didn't fall backwards though. Instead he grabs my wrist and seems to fly down the stairs.
"L! What's wrong?" He shushes me, and begins to lead me out of the house through the backdoor. He finally lets go of me and whispers, "Go to the car. I'll meet you there, okay?" Without an answer he runs deep into the forest.
"Hey-" BOOM.
What?
BOOM. BOOM.
Without another thought I run towards the car, and start it. What I saw made me shriek too. A very tall man was running towards the direction L went making loud boom noises, almost like he was laughing. "KYAHAHAHAHAHA!" BOOM. DOOM. BOOM.
As suddenly as the scene played it ended, and obediently I stayed in the car, hoping and praying that L (though I want to kill him) comes back safely.
