Mass Effect Shepard Rises.
Tali and Kaidan stood in an Omni-tool store looking through various different Omni-tools her eyes wide drool forming in her mouth as she looked at a savant X she heard Kaidan shuffle behind her.
"Come on Tali can you hurry up."
She sighs and looks over her shoulder "Look at this Omni-tool Kaidan here, five times faster than anything on the market, double the power on hacking and enhanced shield interface."
She watches as Kaidan chuckles "Ok Tali just hurry up." She turns back to the screen.
Shepard was pissed that asshole Anoleis wouldn't let him go to peak 15 the weather outside was meant to be bad and all land craft and aircraft were unable to go outside with a sigh he left the office and headed towards the shops.
He walked into the shop and smiled seeing Tali back turned to him she seemed to be engrossed with what's on the screen, he stepped into the shop and carefully stepped up behind her, he slowly reached out with his hand and squeezed her bottom and laughed as she jumped and whipped around with her three fingered hands on her bottom.
"Oh it's you,"
He laughed and pulled her close "what are you looking at?" he pulls her back to the screen "Oh a savant X, I have heard about them" he feels her lean into him "I take it you like it?" he asks carefully fishing out his credit chit.
"Yes it's an amazing piece of tech, what I wouldn't give for it."
He notices a tinge of sadness in her voice and before she can act he steps away and walks towards the shop keeper "I want a Omni-tool savant X here." He places his chit on the counter.
"One moment sir." He watches the shop keeper disappear and come back a moment later with a medium size box that he places on the counter, he picks the box up and nods his thanks and turns back to Tali and places the box in her hands, he looks into her wide eyes "here you need this," he places his hands on either side of her arms and feels her shake "I-I c-can't take this." He smiles and squeezes her and leans in towards her helmet to whisper "Please take a gift from your boyfriend." He placed a gentle kiss on her helmet and stepped back "right so let's go find the rest of the team."
Finding the team had been easier than he thought he found them in the bar Wrex and Garrus having a small drinking contest, he chuckled and motioned for Tali and Kaidan to follow as he walked towards his team.
"Come Garrus is that the best you can do." He heard as he walked closer "Yeah Garrus I got 50 credits on you." He chuckled and stepped up to lean on the table as Wrex smashed his glass down on the table and laughed "told you Turian you couldn't beat me HA" he smiled and coughed.
"So this is where my Team went, Alenko go get another round then we shall all have a chat about the situation here." He watched as Kaidan walked off, He turned back to the team "so is this the first game or what?" he asked Wrex as he was handed two credit chits.
"Yeah it was that pyjack's suggestion, I told him not to mess with an 800 pound Krogan but you know how those Turian's are..."
He chuckled at that "Yeah I guess," he looked over to Liara who was avoiding everyone gazes "hey Liara are you ok?" he reached over and placed his hand on her shoulder and gave it a light squeeze she looked to him and he quickly saw sadness reflect in her eyes until she hid it and stood a little straighter with her hands behind her back.
"Yes commander"
He looked at her for a minute "Liara" he never got to finish before she jumped in "Shepard I'm okay, really I just want answers." He nods and lowers his hand and turns back to Wrex who is watching as Kaidan is placing the different types of alcohol on the table "Right everyone down in one if you can then it's time to talk shop."
He picks up the glass and downs it all in one and sighs as the alcohol burns as it goes down "right now this is the situation because of the so called weather outside we aren't allowed to leave, it has been confirmed by Anoleis that Benezia is defiantly at this peak 15, we need to get there so under my SPECTRE status we are leaving to go to peak 15, Tali see if you can download a map of the area, Garrus, Kaidan and Wrex go for a walk and find out as much of the guards habit's as you can we leave for peak 15 in three hours the rest of you walk round the shops ask some questions but try not to get into trouble, in the mean time I am going to contact the council to get there take on this." He watched as his team nodded and went to the elevator he walks up to Tali "I will see you soon I will contact you in a little while." He nodded at her and turned and headed to the Normandy.
He stepped into the Normandy and turned to Joker who was looking rather intensely at the screen in front of him, he snuck carefully up to his chair and looked at the screen their he saw that Joker was playing a computer game he smiled as Joker breathed out angrily "Ah come on." He leaned in closer "Hey Joker." He said in a loud voice and laughed as Joker jumped up but hit his legs on the underneath of the terminals in front of him "Ah my pelvis. Oh Commander I didn't see you there." He controlled his laughter and nodded.
"I guessed so any trouble." He asked as Joker turned the chair to look at him and he noticed he was had his hands placed on his legs.
"No but you know how these companies are given the chance they would sell my balls out from under me."
He nodded "I take your word for it anyway get the council on the line for me after that get yourself to Chakwas." He turned on his heel and headed towards the com room. He stepped into the room and walked to the beeping terminal and hit the button and the three images of the council sprung to life.
"Ah Commander what can we do for you."
He turned to the asari councillor "I'm on the planet Noveria and hit a block with the companies here, I have confirmed that Benezia is on planet but I have been unable to get to her location due to the companies policies"
"Ah a bit of a predicament, so how can we help you?"
He places his hands behind his back and stands straighter "I may need to forcibly get to Benezia." He watches as the turian councillor nods and stands a bit straighter.
"Commander as a SPECTRE you have our leave to act as you see fit."
He nods "thanks councillors I will contact you when I have Benezia in my custody." With that the link cuts and heads out the Normandy.
