Mass Effect Shepard Rises.
Shepard stood in front of the Mako peak 15 was in front of him from what he could see through the blazing storm the facility was built inside a mountain the garage door was destroyed and covered in snow only the side entrance was available and from the looks of another Mako sitting by the door that was where Benezia was headed he knew that if she was smart then she would of set any number of traps, he looked over his shoulder at his team they all looked ready except Tali who was knelt down snow held in her three fingered hand her mask looking over it with a keen eye, he walked towards her and moving quicker than she expected he scooped up some snow and lightly threw it at her.
He jumped out the way as she caught on and tried to throw a snowball back "No fair" she shouted and he couldn't help but laugh "Ok team weapons ready, we are going in?" he pulled out his assault rifle and points it towards the door as he slowly walks towards it the snow underneath his foot as he reached the door and hit the interface button the door heated up and melted the ice before opening with a hiss.
Inside was a mess boxes and creates were thrown about carelessly, an asari body lay torn to shreds to the point that only the blood and shape of the body could be affirmed he knelt down as his team surrounded him searching the area for hostiles, he looked over the body or what was left teeth and claw marks were visible, he stood up "Some type of animal did this watch out for its claws and teeth, Tali you stay behind someone at all times one tear and you could die, I-I don't want to lose you." He looked around and saw steps leading up towards a platform raised above ground no other entrances were around "that way, go up the stairs." He ran up the stairs two at a time as he neared the top a shriek filled the air he looked around for the source but was unable to find it, he slowly walked forward being as silent as he could until he reached another door leading further into the base, he stepped up to the interface and hit the button.
The hallway was small only a hundred or so yards long on the left side of the walkway was meant to be a glass window but the window had long since been smashed snow was falling inside as well as what must have fallen inside when the window smashed, he walked through the snow until he reached the other door and hit the interface, nothing happened he looked over the door.
"Shepard this doors frozen from the harsh weather."
He looked back at Tali and nodded "you are right, so anyone got any suggestions?" he looked at each of his team all except Wrex shook their heads "Wrex what's on your mind?" he moves at the way as Wrex looks over the door with his blood red eyes.
"I can use carnage on the door looks then kick it down or we can all use our biotic's to force the door open."
He stepped up to Wrex and looked over the door he raised his hands and they glowed purple with power "Ok Wrex we will try bashing the door down me and you." He lets the glow spread over his body and they both take a step back with a roar they both charge at the door and smash it of the frame unable to stop they both go charging into the next room "Oh shit Rachni." He rolls using his momentum and pulls out his knife and throws it at a Rachni warrior that slumps to the ground with a twitch, he pulls out his rifle and shoots as the Rachni workers crawl out from under rubble he steps back as he shoots and joins his team as they form a line "Shoot these little bastards." He shouts as he and his team shoot anything that moves until Alenko shouts "All clear commander." He nods and steps into the room properly until Tali shouts "SPIDERS" and runs at him throwing her arms and legs around his body holding him in a vice grip, he looks at her and sees a small Rachni worker on her back he flicks it off her and watches as Wrex stamps on it.
"Hey its ok Wrex stomped on it." He feels her loosen her grip and he head looks over her back.
Tali suddenly remembers that she ran at Shepard and wrapped herself around him like a vice "I-I'm s-sorry S-Shepard." She quickly jumps of him and steps away, she looks at the floor unable to look him in the eyes as silently she turns a few shades redder from embarrassment she feels her head being lifted up until her eyes lock with Shepard's.
"Hey it's okay, you don't have to worry."
She nods and smiles unable to do anything else for this amazing man in front of her, she smiles more as a smile spreads his face too.
"Good, now let's look around."
Shepard watched as his team looked around the room for any doors, he himself saw a slope of snow to his right he walked up to snow even as he began to sink from all the weight he carried and just managed to reach the platform above around him were what looked like offices and there at the far end of the platform was a door "Guys over here." He waited as his team joined him all except Wrex who was too heavy to walk up the snow hill, between him and Liara they both managed to use the biotic's to lift Wrex into the air and drop him on the platform.
"Commander you might want to wipe that."
He looks at Kaidan and tilts his head in confusion and watches as Kaidan point's to his nose, he takes off his mask and puts a finger under his nose it come away bloody "Crap." He says as he tilts his head back "Someone give me some medi-gel." He can just about see as Alenko steps forward and using a small needle injects some medi-gel into his nose.
"Let me just look at you commander." He waits feeling a tad awkward "Well commander you are pushing yourself to much with your biotic's if you carry on your body will reject your implants and you will be in incredible pain."
He nods "Thanks Alenko I try not to push myself." He walks towards the door at the far end but has to steady himself as the world spins around him he feels a three fingered hand on his shoulder and he nods "I'm okay" he shakes his head and opens the door. In the next room there is two doors one on the left side one on the right in front of him is a circular computer drive, he walks around and to the terminals at the back flashing with red warning lights "Tali what can you do here." He steps back as Tali open her Omni-tool and scans the terminal.
"I have to activate the V.I to get power back to the room."
He nods and watches as she bends over and opens a small panel at the bottom of the computer drive and pulls out a mess of wires even though they are both in a hostile environment he cannot help but look at her curves and her plum round butt.
"Shepard did you hear me?"
He snaps out his thoughts and realises Tali was watching him "What."
"I said I need you to activate the fusion core and repair the landlines after that I can repair this V.I core."
He nods and turns to Garrus "watch her make sure she is safe." He watches as Garrus nods and he opens the door behind him and enters a small elevator that will take him to a small roof area.
