Mass Effect Shepard Rises.
Anderson had finally made it to Flux night club, as he sat on a stool surrounded by people laughing and joking he scanned the crowd looking for anyone suspicious or out of place seeing no one he calmed his nerves and made a motion for the waitress to come over.
"Yes sir can I help?" the red hair asked with a smile.
He nodded "yes can I have a scotch please with ice, also would you happen to know anyone who can deliver a very important message?" he watched as the red haired woman rubbed her chin in thought.
"Well I do know someone." She said in a low voice as she looked round the room looking for someone "a friend of mine is a duct rat, she can get almost anywhere if you have the coin."
He nodded "Good can you get her for me, oh and my drink please." He asked with a smile.
"Of course I will just be a moment." She said before she disappeared in the sea of people dancing on the dance floor.
Anderson covered his eyes with his hands as the music pounded in his eyes and waited for the waitress to return.
Cronos station.
The illusive man stood overlooking the star pulsing below him watching as blue and red flashed around his office a beeping drew his attention from the star to the terminal by his chair, walking over to the chair he sat down and smiled at the message from Cerberus command.
Sir, as Udina said Commander Shepard is indeed grounded on the Citadel, what are your orders.
The illusive man light a cigar and took a long drag before contacting Miranda on her Omni-tool, within a few seconds her voice came over the speakers in his office.
"Yes sir."
"Miranda Udina was correct Shepard is indeed on the Citadel, my agents have just confirmed it, a shuttle is waiting get to the Citadel and get Shepard on side however you can, Take the new GPS tracking devices and get it on the Normandy or on Shepard's person." he waited for Miranda to answer.
"Yes Sir." She said finally before cutting the link.
The Illusive man sat back in his chair and pulled up footage of Miranda's bedroom and watched as she showered and changed into a clean tight fitting suit minus the Cerberus emblem and knee high heels and apply makeup, the whole thing took less than twenty minutes before he watched Miranda exit her room and head for the hanger bay, with a smile he terminated the connection and took another long drag of his cigar.
Flux night club Citadel.
Anderson watched as the waitress pushed her way through the crowd gathered on the dance floor a young blonde haired girl in dirty brown rags was close behind her.
"Sir this is Naomi," the waitress said as she placed a glass on the table full of brown liquid with ice floating at the top.
Picking up the cool glass Anderson took a sip and motioned for the girl to sit on the chair in front of him "Naomi I need you to get a message to SPECTRE Shepard on the SSV Normandy can you do that?" he asked with a smile.
"Sir I could watch you having a shit and you wouldn't know, of course I can but it's going to cost you."
Surprised at the young girl attitude Anderson quickly nodded "yes will "250 credits do." He asked and watched as the girls eyes lit up.
"Yes what's the message?" she asked quickly.
"Just tell him to meet me here, you won't be able to get into the Normandy so you might end up talking to Joker just tell him Captain Anderson sent you." He watched as the girl nodded and within a blink of an eye the girl was gone only the waitress standing by him remained.
"I supposed to take payment of you." She said more of a statement than a question.
Anderson nodded and opened his Omni-tool and transferred the credits before he closed his Omni-tool and sat back in his chair with a sigh.

Shepard woke slowly and looked over to the Omni-clock on the small table beside his bed, he had been asleep for about two hours raising his right hand he rubbed the sleep from his eyes and looked at his left Shoulder watching as Tali helmet lit up as she snored softly chuckling quietly at the sight he rested his head back on the pillow and closed his eyes.
"Commander I have got a message for you."
He sighed as Jokers Voice came over the intercom waking Tali up from her slumber "Yeah go ahead Joker." He said as he watched as Tali stretched.
"Captain Anderson sent a young girl to tell you to meet him in Flux night club, not the sort of place id normally associate with the captain."
Shepard nodded "could be a trap" he mused out loud before he laughed "Next move then spring the trap, Joker tell Garrus and Wrex to meet me at the airlock be there in 10 minutes." He jumped up from the bed and stepped into the small bathroom in his cabin and washed his face.
Stepping out he stripped his clothes and replaced them with his armour, once satisfied his armour was tight and would fall to pieces he quickly ran through a feel hand to hand techniques and nodded once he finished.
"Can I come john?" asked Tali still lying on the bed.
He nodded and walked to a small com unit on the wall "Kaidan meet me at the airlock with my and Tali weapons."
"You got it commander."
He cut the link and turns to Tali "Let's go." He waited for Tali by the door before he grabbed her hand and intertwined their fingers and exited his cabin.

It had taken Shepard and his team over half an hour to reach Flux between getting through C-sec and then walking to flux had been a nightmare it seemed every C-sec officer had been told to stop him and ask why he had this or that weapon and that as his SPECTRE Status was under investigation he wouldn't be allowed weapons, it took him and Garrus a lot of persuasion but they were finally allowed to carry weapons on the condition they posed no threat to anyone.
Entering the club Shepard looked around the noisy nightclub flashing lights of blue, red and orange flashed in time with the music that made the floor rumble with its deep base numerous people danced around on the dance floor, looking through the crowd Shepard spotted Anderson as he looked he noticed Anderson notice him and wave him over.
As he walked towards Anderson people moved out the way off four armoured and armed humans and aliens, once in front of Anderson's table his team took a seat.
"Ah good you got my message, listen I heard what Udina did and I'm sorry I tried to warn you but Udina has blocked my Omni-tool."
Shepard looked him in the eyes for a moment before he nodded "yeah its ok I guess he screwed both of us over." Shepard watched as Anderson swallowed his drink whole.
"Do you know yet were Saren is going?"
"Yes according to Liara he heading for a planet called Illos deep within the terminus system." He sighed and placed his gloved hands over his face rubbing it before he lowered his hands "Doesn't matter now I'm grounded and Saren's going to win after all I have done I still failed."
"Now listen John I know you and I don't believe you believe that for a second, now I have a plan to get you off station but I'm going to need your help."
Shepard went to reply but out the corner of his vision he watched as a women watched him intensely, something about her seemed off ignoring her for a moment he leaned closer to Anderson "So what your plan?"
"Well it involves me sneaking into C-sec and releasing the Normandy from a command station."
Before Shepard could comment on that idea Garrus jumped in "that's suicide you will be killed or arrested before you can do anything, there must be another way."
"What about that coward Udina." A deep voice rumbled beside Garrus and they all turned to look at Wrex like he had grown a second head "What just because I'm a Krogan doesn't mean I don't have good ideas."
Shepard looked back at Anderson who seemed deep in thought and nodding to himself.
"Yeah that could work Udina gave the order from his terminal in his office, if I can get to that terminal I can use it to free the Normandy."
Shepard nodded "what if he's there." He asked Anderson who smiled at him.
"Don't worry I can handle that, get to the Normandy and await my signal." With that Anderson jumped to his feet and nearly ran out the club.

Miranda watched as Captain Anderson left the club leaving Shepard and his alien friends behind, she watched as he spoke to each of them quietly before they nod and leave Shepard alone in the club.
She watched as he sat back down and rub his face and a tired expression forms on his face, a mans slurred voice takes her attention away from Shepard as the drunk man leans on the bar besides her.
"H-hey Sexy y-you are the most ok the most prettiest woman in this shit hole, what you say we get out of her."
Looking at the man in disgust Miranda leans forward and speaks in a cold voice "get the hell out of here now before I cut off your balls." Watching the man look at her in horror before he unsteadily scurry's away.
Once alone she looks back at were Shepard was sitting only to realise his chair was empty, looking around quickly she spots him exiting the club quickly she pushes her way through the crowd and follows behind the commander activating a Cerberus Stealth field, it was new tech and thus only available to a select few. As she followed Shepard she noticed they had left the common areas of the Citadel and were heading towards the seedier parts.
Miranda followed as Shepard rounded a corner and went to follow only to come face to face with the commander, he hand suddenly squeezing her neck.
"Who are you? And why are you following me?" he spoke slowly and applied more pressure to her neck.
Miranda quickly deactivated the stealth field and looked wide eyed at Shepard "M-my boss want to gain your loyalty so he sent me." She watched as Shepard eyes narrowed before he left go of her neck and stepped away from her.
Knowing she had a body unlike any other she placed her left hand on her hip and put on her most seductive smile.
"And who is your boss?"
Smiling even more Miranda slowly walked towards him swaying her hips as she did, once in front of him she ran her right hand across his armoured chest "I'm afraid I cannot reveal that until I'm 100% certain of your loyalty." Winking at the end of her sentence she smiled at the smile on Shepard's face so easy she thought.

Shepard knew the game this woman was playing so decided to play for a moment or two "You never told me you name beautiful." He watched as the woman's eyes brightened before she replied.
"You may call me Sarah Commander." She winked at him.
Smiling he leant forward "Sarah I like it, so tell me more of your bosses offer."
"We work apart from the alliance, he runs United aerospace we supply all the colonise that the alliance can't help."
The name brought alarm bells and he searched his memory for the name before it hit him, there creates were scattered around the room when he found Toombs dyeing, shaking his head he looked back at the woman "I'm sorry but you can tell Cerberus I aint interested." He watched as the woman blinked in surprise and opens her mouth to speak.
Acting quickly Shepard punched the woman and knocked her out and watches as her body drops to the floor a small pool of blood forming around her mouth, stepping away he heads towards the Normandy and hopefully away from the Citadel.
