Moving forward and finding new friends
Three months pass since Night had to watch his best friend leave Equestria he tried to move on and make new friends. But was unable to make friends so he spent most of his time at home staring at the necklace she gave him.
"I wonder what your doing right now?" said Night
"Son!" said Flash as he opened the dark room "Your going out today" as he walk towards his son
"No dad I don`t want too" said Night as he put his necklace back on his neck
"This is not a request but an order" said Flash as he drag his son out the door
Flash bought his son out the house and into the world once more
"Go and meet new ponies" said Flash as he stood in front the door
"Dad you know I can`t" said Night as he opened his wings
"Then go out and get some milk" said Flash as he closed the door
"Milk" repeated Night as he closed his wings "No need to fly I guess"
Night walk around Ponyville to get the milk when he bump into a pony
"Excuse me" said the pony
"No it`s my fault" said Night as he glance at the pony
"Hey! I know you" said the mare
"You do?" said Night
"Yes your the one you bump into me a few months ago" said the mare as she smiled at him
"Oh right!" said Night as he could clearly remember what happen"I`m sorry about that"
"It`s alright I guess I should be lucky that a prince of Equestria touch me" said the mare "Oh! Where are my manner my name is Crescent Quill"
"It`s a pleasure to meet you Crescent but I don`t mean to be rude but it sounds a bit like a stallion name`s?" said Night as he shake her hoof
"My father wanted a son and he wanted to make sure to use that name so it`s mostly his fault" said Crescent as she waved her hoof
"I see" said Night "Well it was nice to meet you" as he started to walk away from him
"Hum excuse me your highness" said Crescent
"Yes" said Night as he turn around
"I was wondering if you could let me buy you a pastry for bumping into you" ask Crescent
"No I should be treating you" said Night as he smiled at her "It was my fault for both the times"
Night bought Crescent many delicious pastries for her
"Wow!" said Crescent as she clap her hooves together "They all look delicious!"
"Yup! And it`s all for you" said Night as he smiled at her "My way to apologies for hitting you"
"Thank you very much your highness" said Crescent as she bowed her head at him
"Please call me Nightwing that was my friend called me" said Night as he took a cake in his hoof
"Alright" said Crescent as she did the same
Night and Crescent spent the next hour or so talking and having fun
"I haven`t have this much fun in years" said Crescent as she smile at him
"Me too!" said Night as he returned her smile
"Can I ask you something?" ask Crescent
"You can" said Night
"Where were you going when you hit me the first time?" ask Crescent
"I was going home because my only and best friend was leaving Equestria" explain Night as he place his hoof onto his necklace
"Are they going to come back?" ask Crescent
"I don`t know she said it could be months or years" said Night as he removed his necklace "She gave me this to remember her by but there no way I`ll forget her"
"That`s wonderful" said Crescent as she touch his hoof
"It is" said Night as he removed his hoof
"Oh! I`m sorry" said Crescent as she relezied what she did while blushing
"It`s alright" said Night as he was also blushing
"Anyways it was nice to met you" said Crescent as she stood up
"It was I had a lot of fun" said Night as he did the same
"Goodbye" said Crescent as she walk towards the door
"Uh...Crescent" said Night
"Yes?" said Crescent as she turn around to face him
"Uhm maybe we could see each other again like see each like friends do" ask Night
Crescent just stare at him
"I`m sorry I`m not as good to make friends like my mother is" said Night as he blush in embrassement
"It`s alright Nightwing I would like that too" said Crescent as she smiled at him
Crescent waved him goodbye and left the bakery
"I just made a friend" said Night as he smiled in joy
