Do you love me?

(Sorry I didn`t mention it before but Night moved out)

The next few days were a bit strange for Night and Crescent but Night learn to accept Crescent. To let her dream about their possible future if he did love her in return. Night return to see duty which help him too busy his mind off this problem until he got a visit from Lightning.

"Night glad you made it" said Lightning

"It`s no problem Lightning I would do anything if they was a way I could thank you" said Night as he removed his helmet

"No need Night" said Lightning as she waved her hoof at him "I call you here because I was considering a promotion for you!"

"REALLY!" shouted Night "Uh... I mean are you!" as he cleared his throat

"It's all alright you can celebrate" said Lightning as she gave a chuckle

"I can`t believe it!" said Night as he smile at her "Thank so much! I`m in great debt to you!"

"So do you accept?" ask Lightning

"YES!" shouted Night "I mean! Yes I do thank you" as he bowed

"Wonderful! Nightwing you can get your new armor at the storage room" said Lightning

"Alright!" said Night as he trotted to the door "Lightning can I ask you something?"

"Of course" said Lightning

"Why are you promoting me? They are many other guards who deserve to be promoted?" ask Night

"You are a hard working pony, loyal to Equestria and Cloud Kingdom, kind hearted and caring not to mention brave" said Lightning as she smile at Night`s reaction "May I go on?"

"No it's alright" said Night as he smiled at her

Night ran towards to storage to get his new armor and immediately return home to show everypony.

"Skyangle!" shouted Night as he flew towards her home and knock on the door

"Night!" said Skyangle as she open the door "What`s up?...Is that a new armor?"

"Yea! I got promoted today!" said Night with a excited tone

"Congratulation!" shouted Skyangle as he jump towards him for a hug

"I can`t believe this is happening!" shouted Night as he span her around

"Let me see!" said Skyangle as she backup

"Nice right?!" ask Night as he push out his chest to reveal his armor

"Very nice!" said Skyangle as she place her hoof on his armor "I love the roses on the side!"

"Thanks! But that the only difference from before" said Night

"I still like it! You look as handsome as ever!" said Skyangle as she realize what she said "Uh...I mean...!" as she blush

"It`s it`s alright" said Night as he also blushed

"Uh Nighty" said Skyangle as her face became less redder

"Yes" said Night as his face return to normal

"Do you want to go out tonight?" ask Skyangle as her blushes returned

"Sure" said Night as he smile back at her

"Great!" said Skyangle

"Uh! I need to go" said Night as he open his wings "I still need to tell my parents and Crescent"

"Ah! Okay see you tonight" said Skyangle as she waved at him

"Bye!" said Night as he flew down to Ponyville

Night`s parents were super proud of him and his new promotion but was deep down worried about the new duty that came with it.

Knock! Knock!

"Crescent! Are you home?!" ask Night as he stood in front of her door

"Night what`s the matter?" ask Crescent as she opened the door to see him in his new armor "Night! Did! Did! Did you get promoted?!"

"YEA!" shouted Night

"I can`t believe it! This is incredible!" shouted Crescent as she hug him around the neck "I`m so happy for you!" as she kiss him on the cheek

"Crescent!" said Night in a surprise tone

"Right! I`m sorry" said Crescent as she blush in embarrassment
"No it`s alright" said Night as he gave her a hug "It`s my fault that I can`t give you your answer"

"Night do you want to do something tonight?" ask Crescent

"Sorry I can`t" said Night as he open his wings "I`m going to be busy maybe in two days? Tomorrow I have my frist missions"

"That's wonderful!" Shouted Crescent "You be careful out there alright!"

"I promise" said Night as he cross his heart

"Alright see you then" said Crescent as she watch him fly off

Later that day Night return home and removed his armor and went to meet with Skyangle. As he arrived at their meeting place he saw Skyangle waiting for him but she did her mane and was in a dress.

"Skyangle! Wow! You look beautiful" said Night as he was greeted with a smile

"Thank you Nighty" said Skyangle

"So where are we off to?" ask Night

"To the movies!" said Skyangle as she stood up

"Alright" said Night as he held out his hoof

Night and Skyangle arrived at the theater and pick their movie

"Are you sure you want to see Pony zombies of the underworld?" ask Night

"Oh yea!" shouted Skyangle as she flap her wings

"You're not going to be scared?" ask Night in a fun tone

"In your dreams!" shouted Skyangle

As the movie went on Skyangle couldn't stop staring at Night she still couldn't imagine how that small colt who only had one friend in the world. Was now a royal guard of Cloud Kingdom! Became stronger, handsomer especially in his armor and taller.

In the Movie

"RUN THE ZOMBIE ARE AFTER US!"

"SORRY MIC! BUT IT'S EVERYPONY FOR THEMSELVES!" character trips pony number one

"YOU LITTLE…!"

Skyangle saw Night hoof on the hoof rest and was tempted to put her hoof onto his

"Should I do?!" thought Skyangle "If I do what do I says?"

"Hey! Psst Skyangle scared yet?!" whispered Night

Skyangle found the perfect reason to hold Night's hoof "Yea a bite"

"Really?! I thought you would love this movie?!" ask Night

"I must have changed a bit" said Skyangle "Night?"

"Yea" said Night

"Can I hold your hoof! You know so I won't be too scared?" ask Skyangle

"Sure go ahead!" said Night

Skyangle extended her hoof at his and was enjoying every moment

"I can't believe I'm going to hold his hoof!" thought Skyangle

As she was approaching his hoof Night suddenly moved his hoof away from her and grab her hoof instead

"I am holding his hoof!" thought Skyangle

One hour later Night and Skyangle went to eat pizza, the mall then the park

"I had a nice time" said Skyangle as she desperately wanted to lend against him

"Me too Skyangle" said Night

"Night I know this may be weird coming out from me but I need to tell you something" said Skyangle

"Alright what is it?" ask Night as he stop

"Well I don't know how to put this? I never said something like this before but what I'm trying to says is that I lov…..lov….lov…!" said Skyangle as she saw that Night was waiting for her to finish

"Take your time Skyangle" said Night

"Come on Skyangle! You can do it!" thought Skyangle "Night I…I…..I LOVE YOU!" as she blushed franticly "OH! I'm….I'm sorry!" as she ran off

"Skyangle wait!" shouted Night as he ran after her

Night caught up with her to only see that she was crying

"Skyangle you don't need to run off" said Night as he extended his wing do she couldn't run off

"I don't know why I did it" said Skyangle while tears where falling down her cheeks

"Skyangle I won't judge you just because you told me about your feelings" said Night as he wrap his wing around her

"So do you love me back?" ask Skyangle as she wrap her eyes

"Skyangle I can't answer that right now" said Night

"WHY!" shouted Skyangle "You don't love me?!"

"That's not what I'm saying! What I'm saying is that I don't know if I love you back! I have feelings for you but I don't know how strong there are!" explain Night

"So you need time to figure it out" said Skyangle

"I suppose but I hope this won't affect our friendship" said Night

"It won't Night" said Skyangle "Night I just want to tell you that I love you a lot"

"I can't says me too yet but maybe one day I will" said Night as he wrap his hooves around her "Tomorrow I'll be going on my first missions"

"You are!" said Skyangle as she look up

"Yes just delivering a package" said Night

"Please be safe" said Skyangle

"I will" said Night
