The Ood's Second Prophecy
I do not own Doctor Who and I am not making a profit off of this. I only own my OC.

"Hey Doctor." I said the next day in the kitchen as we ate our breakfast.
"Yeah?" The Doctor asked while chewing on a banana.
I didn't speak for a moment then said, "Can we see the Ood homeworld and visit Ood Sigma?"
The Doctor raised his eyebrows. "Why do you want to see the Ood all of a sudden? You skipped the adventure when we went there with Donna."
I shrugged. "Just… interested."
"Fine." The Doctor sighed, knowing that he was going to get nothing more out of me. I have been learning to put up blocks in my mind, so The Doctor couldn't tell what I was thinking, I had them up for most of the time. "Get changed though. Something nice."
"Actually I was thinking that I could go on my own."
The Doctor stared at me for a moment then nodded slowly. "Do you still have River's vortex manipulator?"
I nodded. I had told The Doctor about it during one of our learning sessions when The Doctor entered my mind. I was thinking about River at the time and I didn't have enough time to hide all the future things away so I let him see that to make time. "Yes."
"Good. Keep that on you from now on. If you get in danger, press it."
"But I'll end up in an unknown location." I protested. "I don't know how to work it yet."
"Just do it." The Doctor sighed. "If you press it, I'll know and will be able to find you, even though it might take some time."
"All right." I said, getting up to put the dish in the sink.
As I was getting changed I decided to have a chat with the Tardis. I'm going to see Ood Sigma, Sexy, but The Doctor is suspicious of why I am going. He told me to wear River's vortex manipulator.
You should always be prepared for danger, Susan. It will follow you for the rest of your lives.
Why me? I asked. Why not someone like Martha, Jack or even Rose?
Because they are not the right choice. You are The Girl Who Knew Everything. You are the best choice for this.
But I don't even know what I am supposed to do yet, or even what the prophecy is.
Patience is a virtue.
I laughed. Then as I was finishing putting on my sandals, The Doctor knocked then came in. "Susan, we've landed."
"Okay." I said and glanced a quick look at myself in the mirror. I wore a white skirt with a black blouse and black sandals. I had a long black jacket over my outfit. I wore my brown hair down because I didn't think that I would be running.
I grabbed my purse which had my cell, money consisting of different times and worlds, the sonic pen and physic paper. I strapped River's vortex manipulator onto my wrist and walked out of my room.
I walked out of the Tardis onto the Ood homeworld. I pulled my jacket tighter. "Be back by sundown and no later. If you aren't back I will come looking." The Doctor said, leaning his back against the Tardis doors.
I rolled my eyes. "I'll be fine, Doctor. Gosh, you weren't this protective when I was a human."
The Doctor pushed himself off the door and closed the gap by one step. He took my hands and said, "Because you are now the same species as me. There's only two of us left."
"Uh, Doctor." I said awkwardly. "I am not marrying you. I am reserving that right for Jack." I said with a smile.
The Doctor went beet red. "Of course. We're only friends. The best of friends."
I giggled, snatching my hands back and smoothing down my coat. "Only teasing you."
"Right. Good. Boy I hate domestics."
I laughed. "You'll like them one day." I said, thinking to Amelia, Rory, and River and how his companions daughter was his wife. "It'll be complicated." I said with a smile.
The Doctor groaned. "I'm looking forward to it." He said sarcastically.
"You should be." I told him. "Alright. I better get going if I want to reach Ood city before lunch and be home in time for dinner."
"I'm sorry, you said home?" The Doctor asked, stunned.
"Yeah, home… Tardis, Time and Relative Dimensions in Space… bigger on the inside, blue police box? What?" I asked, looking at The Doctor, confused at his stunned look.
"You just…. called the Tardis home."
"Yeah." I said slowly, not getting it.
"It's… it's just you've never said that before." The Doctor said.
I sighed. "Does it matter? I have to get a move on soon. I'm losing daylight."
"I guess not." The Doctor replied. I turned around and started walking in the direction of the city, my Time Lady senses working overtime.
"Susan!" The Doctor called. I turned around to see The Doctor in the threshold of the ship, leaning out. "Be careful!"
"Will do!" I said, saluting him.
I heard The Doctor groan and say, "I don't like saluting."
Better get used to it. It's going to happen a lot. I said in his mind. I turned around and continued to walk.
I hate it. It reminds me of the War.
Then don't think about the War. Think of… Jack saluting you, your friends, anything but that.
Thank you Susan.
I smiled. Then I saw an Ood standing on top of another hill. The ball lit up and the Ood said, "Susan Jane Anderson, the Elder is waiting for you." The ball went white again.
"Thank you, Sigma." I said.
The ball lit yellow again. "My honor, Time Lady Susan."
"No, no. Just Susan." I told the Ood, walking along side of him.
"My apologies… Susan."
I smiled. "It's alright, Sigma."
We reached the ice caves by noonish. The sun was directly overhead but due to my Time Ladyness, I wasn't cold at all…. Well I was just a bit but I wasn't as cold as I would have been as a human.
Ood Sigma lead me through the ice caves to a cave with a circle of Ood sitting on the floor. Ood Sigma's ball light up and said, "You will sit with the Elder's council." I sat down, next to two Ood, were there was room. Ood Sigma walked out of the cave.
"Sooo." I started.
"Susan." The Elder started before I could continue. "You have come here seeking answers about the prophecy concerning yourself."
I nodded then said, "Yes I have. The Tardis told me to come."
The Elder nodded his head. "She is very wise. It is time you knew." I swallowed. This didn't sound very good. The Elder Ood continued. "Join hands." I looked around as the other Ood in the circle joined hands and the two next to me held their hands out. I took them. "Close your eyes and see the images."
I did as instructed and almost immediately I saw images of planets, the Tardis flying in space, different future companions starting with Amelia Pond, Rory, Clara and on to faces that I didn't recognize. Then I saw Jack and right after and then the Silents. The images disappeared and I immediately forgot what they looked like.
"The Doctor and your fates are intertwined, but not in the way you think. I see a child."
"Yeah." I said, swallowing. "Amelia Rose. River Song told me right before she died." I finished softly.
"You must give birth no matter what happens. You cannot let that child out of your sight."
"Why?" I asked. "What happens?"
"Darkness. The everlasting silence."
I swallowed. "So it's not about me, it's about my daughter."
"Everyone has a role to play in life. Yours is to be a mother to someone that has an even greater destiny."
"What's the danger? What's going to happen that not even I can stop?"
The Ood tilted his head to the side and his answers sent shivers down my spine. "Unknown."
