The second street was not as packed, but I can tell when someone was looking at me.

"Hey Beta how about we speed up a little so we can get to the beach faster." I said

Around twenty minutes of walking through the crowds they finally arrived at the beach with its white sands, to its crystal clear ocean splashing into the rocks off to the side of the beach itself.
Then if you look to your right you'll see from a beach full of changing areas to an area to workout in is located.
To the left is a clear… mostly clear part of beach that has a few booths for either food or just random spaces that show either massages to snow cones.
As we walked down the steps leading to the soft sand towards the right so we can change in the areas they have set up for people to change in such as vacationers, to locals walking across town to the beach.
"Well I'll see ya when you get out Beta can't wait to see what you have in store sine I didn't have a good enough look in the store." I flashed her a grin as she blushed.

Princer walked up to us dressed in a white tee shirt and blue shorts and wrestling shoes, "Hey glad you made it on time." I barley registered this as I wonder why I never did this whole time I was here but I realized he was 5'10" and has a lean muscular frame.
I just shook my head at this and looked around the room and saw some familiar faces, such as the 4'10" Shin dressed in a black shirt and orange shorts, teenage frame, 5'3" Pol dressed in a tan shirt and green shorts, skinny frame, and that 5'2" Eevee from earlier so I guess her name is Kab dressed in a black shirt and gold shorts with an athletic frame.
Beta walked up to them and waved, I saw that she was taller than all of them standing at 5'7" wearing her tight black tank top, and red biker shorts her curvy frame.
I shook my head as I looked at myself in the mirror and admired myself in my arctic MMA shorts and crimson red t-shirt, "All right so we can get ready every one meet in the center of the ring."
All of the participants for my class gathered in front of me, "Alright since I have agreed to take over this class will anyone that has any questions?" I asked.
A few hands raised, I picked the first one, "Will we be learning how to throw people across the room! Just like you!?" Shin said excitedly as he had stars in his eyes.
I smiled, "Not for beginners barely starting out, but eventually when we get through me teaching you all, then can we start throwing people around like they were made of feathers."
Shin looked at me in awe.
The next hand was from Kab, "Hey, what are the first exercises so we can get started?"
"Once I finish the answering the rest of the question well get started on our first exercise." Seeing no other hand was raised I started to tell them to stretch their legs alongside their arms to get ready for our first workout.

After stretching was done I had the group follow me to the bags that were hanging in the corner of the room, so I can test the strength of each of them. But before I did that I threw each of them wraps so they can keep their wrists from being hurt.
"Okay, now I'm going to see how each one of you punch so I can classify everyone's class." I pointed to Beta first.
She nodded and step up to the bag first got into some sort of brawler stance that had her left arm higher than it should have been while her legs were spread out a bit too far but it showed she had enough balance but not enough to back up her punch. 6/10

"Okay and finally Shin." I saw him all happily get up to the front.

"Okay I've seen some good and I've seen some bad swings so far, but nothing I haven't work with before." I said as I walked up to the bag.
I first got into a correct brawler stance, "Beta this is how you are supposed to be while you use this stance." A step forward and a quick right I hit the bag leaving an indention shocking her behind the power I put behind the punch.
Next I got into a south paw boxer stance, "Okay Pol when you get in this stance always keep your arms closer while don't lean heavily on your left foot spread them a bit but not too far as to fall over every time you get in this position." I did a quick punch with my left leaving a small intention but effect enough to knock someone on their ass.
After that I got into an orthodox boxer stance, "Kab when you punch try not twist your head along with your body as this can lead to an early knock out. For your legs however try to get a bit of running in your workouts as to strengthen your legs as to not wobble too much." Looking at the bag swaying from the previous punch, I breathed as to slow down time, I closed in on the bag and brought back my punch as do a hard right but faster than they could see me I already hit the bag sending it flying off its chain and into the open area of the room stunning the class I was teaching.
'THUD'
Scaring the crap out of Princer and any other person watching me teach just had jaws open.
Cooling down and putting the bag back onto the chain I looked over to shin as I told him to watch as I did the kick boxer stance.
"Since I can tell you were taught slightly by your father I'll show you how to kick properly to take down your opponent not tire yourself out with a kick that will just send them a few feet." I got into the stance and a hard and fast kick with my right leg having the bag slightly sway as sand was pouring out a hole in the side.
"Okay so let's get started." I said snapping everyone out of their stupors and having them just get up to a bag to start swinging, I gained a tick mark on my head, "We are not starting on that first!"
That caused them to just stop and look at me, "We are working our ways up to start building muscle and getting in shape before we start even hitting the bags. So everyone follow me we are going on a run." I shouted getting on my running shoes.
They quickly followed my example and threw on their shoes to come run with me. "Hey Princer we'll be back in a bit after this run." I shouted as we began our run.
