Hey guys! So I'm back from Poland and it was an awesome place to visit might I add :) Only thing that annoyed me was that there was a girl on the bus singing 'Let it Go' from Frozen and she had ALL the lyrics wrong and she couldn't sing at all. I had a full on arguement with her saying that she shouldn't sing it if she doesn't know the song or can't sing. Yeah she was upset when I told her that but I was on that bus with her and thirty other kids for twenty four hours and I was little cranky because I had no cupcakes to keep me happy. But anyway, cupcakes to all and sorry about the long wait! Enjoy!

Soon, everyone was in the hall and Umbridge stomped to the head of the room where Dumbledore usually stood when he made speeches. Her hair was all messy and smoke was coming from it and her face and outfit were charred in black powder.

"Now… that we are all here… I would like to say something" Umbridge said, then flicking her wand so the double doors slammed shut and the fires around the room went out and only the chill from the snow on the ground was left.

"Some children in this room have been plotting against me and the Ministry. They have been punished and I will accept that but this little… incident was the last straw. I will know who is responsible. Now if a member or two from Slytherin would be so kind and bring a student forward, we may begin" she said stiffly and Jack could see that she was holding back her anger.

Malfoy and Goyle reacted instantly and went straight towards a small group of Gryffindors that were only first years. Jack was boiling with rage as he saw them grab a small girl and pulled her forward to Umbridge. The crowd was in dimmed silence and even some of the teachers didn't say anything as the fear within them of the old toad was quite strong.

As they were now a few steps away from Umbridge, the boys shoved the girl to the floor and she shivered as she landed on her knees and then looked up at Umbridge. The woman smiled down at her. "Now, I am going to ask you a question and you are going to answer" she said, raising her wand.

Jack was about to take a step forward but Star stopped him. "Don't let it show" she whispered. Jack knew she was right but this had gone on long enough. Wait, he thought. There may be another way…

"Who is responsible for this destruction?" Umbridge asked.

"I saw t-the boys on the b-broomsticks" the girl stuttered.

"Ah yes, I know that but who told them to do it? They had orders didn't they?" Umbridge said but the girl didn't reply as she didn't even know what Umbridge was talking about. Fred and George who were near at the front went to step forward but some of their friends stopped them. This was what Umbridge wanted and she knew how to make the true culprit come forward. They just needed some persuasion.

"Well then, I say a little use of a spell might make you talk" Umbridge said and gasps of shock came from the students. The girl scrunched up her eyes as Umbridge raised her wand and as a spell came out of the wand, a sheet of ice then rose up from the floor and the spell bounced off it and almost hit Umbridge. What she now saw was a wall of ice protecting the girl. As she saw her chance, the girl ran back into the crowd of kids, glad to be safe at her incredible stroke of luck.

Of course to someone, it wasn't luck. Star turned to Jack, who now looked furious. "You had enough?" she whispered.

"More than enough" he replied.

"Who did that?!" Umbridge shrieked throughout the hall. No one answered for a moment until Malfoy opened his big mouth.

"It was Frost! He always does things with ice!" he yelled and as he spoke, the ice wall exploded into millions of icy pieces. "See!" he added.

Jack felt the eyes in the room turn to him as he was now the centre of attention. "Don't do it" Star hissed.

"You always have my back right?" Jack asked.

"Sure" Star replied. Jack turned to the trio who had heard this too.

"You guys too?" he asked. The trio had no idea what Jack was talking about but they all smiled and nodded.

"Mr Frost, please come forward" Umbridge called. Slowly and calmly, Jack proceeded forward and whispers were heard all around as he stopped a few steps away from Umbridge.

"What?" he asked; folding his arms casually.

"Is it correct that you created that ice wall just now?" she asked and Jack nodded.

"Yup" he replied; his excitement and anger growing in his chest.

"Well now, that explains things. I take it that it was you who ordered the twins to do this and for a group of students to practice spells without permission?" she asked.

"No" Jack said simply.

"No?" Umbridge questioned.

"No, they did it because they chose to do it. Want to know why?" Jack asked.

"Do kindly tell Mr Frost" Umbridge said with gritted teeth.

"They did because they are sick of you. Actually, I think everyone is sick of you! You are nothing but an old toad who likes to use hurtful methods to punish people for pleasure! Well not anymore! You will no longer be teaching here and will no longer harm students" Jack shouted. Cheers followed from Jack's mini speech but Umbridge was not amused.

"And I suppose a silly child like you will stop me? You're nothing compared to me!" Umbridge told him.

"Oh but I am more than just a silly little child" Jack said, pulling his wand out and twirling it in his hand. "For one thing, I'm not a wizard" he said and that caused gasps to echo around the room.

Star could barely contain her excitement. Harry looked at her oddly. "What does he mean by that?" he asked.

Star giggle nervously. "There's been a secret that he has kept from you and now, he's about to spill the sprinkles" she told him.

"Not a wizard? Then how is it that you became in possession of a wand and a place at Hogwarts?" Umbridge asked.

"You're from the Ministry, you should know Toad Face" Jack said casually, causing snickers to arise and even a teacher bit back a smile.

"I demand to know!" Umbridge shouted.

"If you insist" Jack said with a shrug. A cold breeze then started to come into the room and several students shivered at the cold. Swirls of frost started to cover the windows and overturned chairs and desks started to freeze. The teachers didn't look around in astonishment but everyone else did and Umbridge was the most shocked.

"What are you?" Umbridge said angrily, knowing that he was doing this.

Jack then caused shouts of alarm and everyone pointed at him as he started to rise slowly off the floor and was hovering quite high up in the air. All eyes looked up at him in awe as the snow from the ground then magically rose up and started formed a mini cyclone around Jack.

"It isn't what I am but who I am Toad Face. Don't you believe in myths?" Jack said loudly, before letting the cyclone cover him completely and closed his eyes as he felt the rush of snow on his cheeks and he felt his robes fall away from him. The cyclone then cleared and the remaining snow around him vanished as Jack landed back on the ground and landed in a crouched position.

He then rose up and stood tall and proud and back in his old blue hoodie, tattered brown pants and barefoot once again and his electric blue eyes gleamed with excitement. He now held his staff in his hand and hit the base of the staff hard onto the stone ground.

"You should know that Jack Frost is more than just a Muggle myth" Jack said and his grin spread onto his face and it was the largest one that he had ever made.
