"Ah, it looks like the knight in shining armor has arrived, and he's brought my dear sister" Jared said as he came out of the shadows, putting a hand on the magical entrapment Jinx was trapped in.

"Father, release her, now!" Matt walked forward, forming a sword from a nearby shadow.

"Oh, and what are you going to do if I don't?" He questioned, hitting the entrapment with his fist, frightening Jinx a bit

"I'll kill you" Matt ran for his father, slashing from the side. Jared caught the shadow blade in hand. He then punched Matt in the stomach, which sent him flying into a crate. His sword had disappeared. Jared began to look for Raven, who had disappeared. He looked above him, and didn't notice the crate flying towards him. It hit him, shattering into pieces, drawing his attention back to Matt, who had thrown it. He had wrapped his fists in shadows, quickly charging back toward his father. He had a stance like a boxer. Jared threw a punch. Matt dodged it, countering with a jab to the chest. Jared kept throwing punches, which kept being dodged and countered with jabs, crosses, and the occasional uppercut to the jaw. Jared was becoming furious, and it was apparent.

While Matt fought his father, Raven had been trying to release Jinx from her imprisonment. Jinx was too focused on Matt's fight to pay too much attention to what Raven was doing.

The angrier Jared grew, the more his power did as well. Matt knew this, and he knew he couldn't win alone. Matt quickly put his hood on, closing his eyes. Then he opened them, with an extra set of eyes directly above his own. He now had four glowing red eyes. He punched his father, only to have it blocked with a punch from the half demon. A crater formed beneath them and the ground shook. Their power was nearly equal. Jared smirked, grabbing his son's wrist, and charging it full of Trigonic energy. Matt knew what he was doing. He tried breaking free, but to no avail. Strange runes began to appear around the small crater the two stood in. Matt's demonic tattoos began to glow red. He felt something- someone, entering his mind someone powerful.

Raven noticed this, and began hurrying to release Jinx, but when she finally did, it was already too late.

Jared let go of Matt, who just stood there. His skin had turned a deep red. Horns had grown on his forehead. He took his hood off, to show a smirk. He then began to laugh into the air, but it wasn't his voice that came out.
"I'm free!" Said Trigon, now inside of Matt.

"No. It can't be."Jinx fell to her knees. "Matt can't be gone"

Raven was horrified. Her demon father has once again been released. But since he's using a host, the world wasn't immediately devastated... yet.

Five portals soon opened up. Six teenagers came out. Two came out of one portal, while the other four had single travelers. They looked around, seeing Raven and Jinx, then Jared and Matt/Trigon.

"So, it finally happened" one of the boys said
"Looks like it." One of the two girls said.
"Subdue Jared, we've got Matt"a different boy told Raven.

Raven used her powers to wrap Jared in multiple layers of darkness. Jared however harnessed all of his anger. Using this rage, he was able to break out of his bindings. He picked up a chunk of earth, ready to through it at his sister, but the piece of earth burst into pieces. It was Jinx. She had finally come to a conclusion of what to do, and that would be to get payback on Jared for taking away one of the best things she's had since she had left the Titans. Jinx touched the ground, channeling her energy to the ground beneath Jared, which then crumbled, immobilizing him. She then made sure to do to what she did to Kid Flash and that archer he was with, to Jared. She channeled the energy to the bones in his legs, shattering the bones. The pain was near unbearable for Jared. It was so intense, that even with all the strength he received from his anger, he was unable to cope, and was rendered unconscious by Raven hitting him in the head hard enough, but not enough to kill him. Raven wanted him unconscious, because as an empath, his pain mentally was channeling towards her along with all his anger towards the pink haired girl.

While Raven and Jinx were fighting Jared, the teens surrounded their cousin, who's body was still adjusting to the new soul within. They all started to project their demonic energies toward him, forming chains that bound him.

"What are you doing? You are of my own blood! You should be loyal to me!"

"We're doing what we can to help our cousin have a fighting chance" one of them walked up to him after the binding spell was complete. He then pressed his thumb to Matt/Trigon's forehead. The body went limp. Half of it reverted back to normal, but the other half was still trigonified.

Jinx and Raven saw what they did. Jinx was horrified, thinking they killed them somehow.

"What did you do to him!?" Jinx nearly yelled

"Don't worry. He'll be fine. We were just about to watch to see if he can win. Basically, his body has two souls within it, both fighting for dominance. That's why half of him looks Trigonic, and the other half looks human. If he can beat Trigon's soul, he can force him out, and we can contain him." The boy touching Matt's forehead explained in an unfeeling tone.

"We were about to use our soul selfs to enter into Matt's body and see how it turns out." One of the two girls spoke up

"I presume our dear Aunt Raven can help you with your soul self. Oh, and you cannot interfere with their battle whatsoever. Otherwise, your soul may become a permanent part within his body, and a body can hardly handle two souls, so imagine how it would react with three" one of the other boys said. They all then closed their eyes, and versions of them clad in white came out of their bodies and after putting a protective spell on all their souls, went into Matt's.

"Be calm"Raven told Jinx, putting her hand on her shoulder. Jinx had so many questions. She was worried. She wanted to see Matt prevail. In order to do this, she calmed herself down. Raven's soul self came out of her body, toward Jinx, practically pushing her soul out of her body. Raven did a similar spell to protect her and Jinx's souls from being absorbed.

When they went inside of Matt, they were in a type of arena. There were all of Matt's cousins sitting, watching things unfold. Raven and Jinx sat next to them. Now, one of the most important battles in history will occur.
