We find, Ash Ketchum, on a quest to find a powerful crystal hidden within a Pokemon mating cave. Dangerous missions were nothing new to him but never before had he been directly attacked by a Pokemon with intent to kill him. Only with gentle coaxing could Ash's companion snap him out of his scared state. Ash and his partner are sharing a tender moment, bodies pressed together and their mouths slowly getting closer, while they are trapped in the maze of the dark cave while being chased by wild Pokemon. Ash is in this situation with none other than Gary Oak, his greatest ….uuuummm… rival?
Ash could feel the warmth of Gary's hand on his cheek, guiding his lips to meet up with his own. Closing his eyes, Ash thought of their past and how they had never gotten along. Nothing could have prepared him for this. Had anyone even joked about him and Gary in this type of intimate way he would of been disgusted and beat the shit out of them. Now all he could feel was his heartbeat thumping in his chest, ready to break through his rib cage and fall to the floor. He was anxious at first, now all he wanted was to feel the taller boy's lips on his.
Strong, warm lips found eager, yet timid ones. Series of fireworks went off in the dark haired boy's head. Ash melted into Gary, letting go of all his nerves, worries, and fears. Pushing himself into the taller and bringing his own hands up to wrap around his neck. He felt strong arms snake around his waist and wrap him up in a firm embrace.
I can't believe this is happening...Me and Gary? But it just feels so…...right. My heart is pounding, my whole body is shaking with it. Can he hear it?
Without warning, Gary's arms unwrapped themselves and were placed on Ash's chest with such force that the brown eyed boy was thrown backwards.
"What the fu-" A white object flew through the spot that Ash had just been standing. It had just enough room to circle around and head back the way it came.
"CUBONE"
"Are you kidding me!?"
"Ash, move it!" Grabbing the shorter by his wrist once again, both boys took off further into the cave. Adrenaline pumping they moved faster than before, that is until they reached a split in the path.
"Which way?"
"I don't-" The Auburn haired boy was cut short as the sound of their attackers was nearing. Not having time to go about this practically, he held on tight to Ash's hand and, on a whim, went to the right of the fork in the path.
Although both young men were physically fit from all of their respective traversing in the world even they could only run for so long. Sweat once again began to form on their brows and drip down their backs.
"Gary, slow down! I can't keep this up!"
"Just keep moving, we'll be oka-..."
"What's wrong?" Ash asked as Gary slowed down and stopped dead. Looking up Ash was faced with the end of the path that they had followed.
"A dead end…. A dead end? Gary, IS THAT A FUCKING DEAD END?!"
"Well...I….errr….." Both boys whipped around as their pursuers had finally caught up to them and had trapped them with no where else to go.
Well fuck…
A silent stare down between the brunette and the attackers happened as he slowly made his way to stand between Ash and the pack of wild Pokemon.
"Ashy, are you okay?" The other boy didn't move and stayed quiet. Finally lifting up his head he began to speak.
"No, Gary, I'm not okay. Want to know why?" Without waiting for a reply the shorter began. "I was suppose to be having a nice, quiet, relaxing vacation but then this brown haired jackass decided that I didn't deserve a moment of peace. He decided to taunt me, steal my prized hat and had me chase him around town." No longer showing regard for the wild Pokemon, the dark haired boy continued. "Then fate showed it's fucked up sense of humor by having me and this douche go on a mission together into a terrifying dark cave of fucking horrors and we were chased down by a pack of sex-crazed Pokemon." Gary slowly turned around and all he was able to do was stare at the other boy. "And you know what? That fucker even had the balls to reach out to me while I was scared and a mess, looked at the situation at hand and thought to himself 'Hey, you know what seems like a great idea right about now? A fake confession and kiss on the lips to really fuck with him'. And guess what? He did just that."
"A-Ash! That's not-" Fierce brown eyes connected with his and caused him to take a step back.
"Oh! Here's the best part! He decided to play hero and (putting up his hands to sign an air quote as he spoke his next word) 'save' me. He dragged me all around said dark cave filled with horrors, took the wrong FUCKING PATH and got us even more trapped by leading us to a GOD DAMN DEAD END!" At this point even the horde of Pokemon had taken a step back keeping their distance and silence.
Panting at his release of pent up emotion, Ash, took a deep breath grabbed his hat and pulled his signature move when shit got serious and turned it backwards. "You want something done right, you got to do it yourself." Smirking, he looked at the gang of creatures. "Ash is back. It's my dream to become a Pokemon master and I'm going to catch them all! I'm not afraid and I'll be damned if a mob of hormone raging beasts get the best of me!" Reaching for his Pokeball belt, Ash's face dropped as he began feeling around his waist frantically.
"So-something….wrong?" Still shaken from Ash's outburst Gary stuttered.
"I….It's" Ash could see the Pokemon belt he had left on his nightstand at home, in his head.
Oh, fuck me
"...Ash…?"
"I...well...it seems...I didn't bring my Pokemon with me…" Gary face vaulted* and even the whole Pokemon pack sweatdropped. Ash's ckeeks grew red with embarrassment.
"Well I wouldn't be Pokemonless if it weren't for your stunt this morning, distracting me!"
The cave began to shake with a familiar rumble.
"Oh for fuck's sake."
"ONIX!"
Not you again…
Onix busted through the cave wall right in between the boys and the horde. First looking at it's surroundings and taking in the scene. Having to make a choice on attacking the boys or it's fellow Pokemon it chose to take them all down at once. On it's left side the boys barely ducked down in time as it's head swept over them and moved on to it's right side where the pack jumped out of the way as it swept it's protruding head from the cave wall. The mob, now faced with a bigger and stronger enemy decided to flee much to the Onix's displeasure. Anger took hold of the Onix as it thrashed it's body around. The cave began to shake more violently. Rocks began to fall from the ceiling and the walls and floor began to split.
"ASH!" Gary leapt over and pushed him out of the way of a falling rock that would have seriously damaged his head if not killed him. Landing on top of the other boy, Gary did the only thing he could do and began using his body to shield the boy beneath him from anymore harm. Once again Ash could see nothing. The other young man blocked his view and held on to him tightly. A loud "FWOOSH" as the rock type smashed his head along the ground. The shorter felt himself sink further into the floor.
Wha-?
All of a sudden the cave floor beneath them gave way. Both falling through the hole, that had been smashed open, into nothing but darkness.
*Face Vault - When a character very suddenly falls to the ground, typically with their feet left in the air afterward. Face vaults are usually brought on by either irony or stupidity, most often in the form of a comment or act by another character. In some rare instances, inanimate objects have also been known to face vault. They commonly follow a sweatdrop, and may be followed themselves by virtually any other cliche. Face vaults are also known as "face faults" and "anime falls."
Hey guys, I know It takes me a while to update but keep in mind that this is my first fanfiction so I don't exactly have all the techniques down yet. I promise my future stories won't be like this but I'm learning as I go so any suggestions would be helpful. For now though I'll write this as I go and feel it out. I'm also learning new terms such as how this is considered a AN (Author's Note) also how this is un-beta'd so any mistakes are my own. (I'm sure there's a lot so just point them out and I'll try and fix them). Oh and how I should put a disclaimer saying I'm not the creator of Pokemon (obviously) and how I'm not writing this for money. (I'm not that good ... yet ;3 shhh) :D Don't get your panties in a twist I'm learning as I go.
WARNING NEXT CHAPTER IS SMUT! I don't have it all planned yet but I learned that not everyone is like me and wants to read that kind of thing (WHAT?) Seeing as this is the case I'm still going to write it in all it's smutness and if I happen to put important details and what not I will do a recap at the beginning of the chapter after that without the smut so you will still be caught up with the story.
