Amber's POV
I was really confused, at first I was fine then I blacked out and I was drifting through yet another field of darkness. I swear I'm going to go nuts if this doesn't stop.
"Ama…Ama…."I heard a voice call out to me, I turned around and saw a girl that looked strangely like me. She had her knee length blonde hair pulled up into a high ponytail, a black long sleeve shirt with jeans and a yellow vest looking thing over it (AN: I don't really know how to describe her outfit but I think you've guessed now who Amber is looking at) the oddest thing was her purple boots that strangely went with the outfit.
" Ama… you can see me right?" the strange girl questioned.
"Y-yes….who are you….where am I?" I asked.
"We're in your subconscious, as for who I am… you'll eventually figure it out. But you need to be careful, not everyone you meet will be who they appear. You must keep your powers under control. These freak lightning storms are not natural. You are causing them, perhaps not knowing you are doing so, but you need to focus on figuring out your abilities. They will become unlocked one at a time; it appears the shock of what happened caused more to unlock before you were ready to handle them. For the time being they will be locked away again, but they will be unlocked soon. Remember, your powers reflect your emotions. Love and happiness heal, hatred and anger destroy, confusion and insecurities cause chaos." She said, why is she so familiar? It's like I've known her all my life….. but it's different, like we're sisters….. But closer…
"I don't understand. How am I causing the lightning storms? I can only heal and read minds?" I questioned.
"Your powers not only come from Xerneas, but Mew as well. Mew is thought to have the capability to use every move known to Pokémon kind, some of that power has been in you. Elements are at your disposal, but they are unstable, too much use can not only cause you to become weak, but is over used…. Can easily kill you." She said, her tone serious and….. guilty? What would she have to feel guilty about? She didn't give me the powers…. She sounds like she abandoned me….
"There are people who will use you to their advantage. Your powers can be easily manipulated for darkness. If they get a hold of you, you can easily fall to darkness. Every power, no matter how it can benefit others, can cause destruction if used by the wrong person." She warned. Her form started to fade, becoming transparent.
"I do not have much longer, remember my warnings child…tell Red that I miss him…" She said, I wasn't sure that I really heard the last part. Who is she? Why did she say to tell Red she's sorry?
These questions continued to swirl in my head.
Summer's POV
We immediately got Amber to the pokecenter. When we got there she was rushed into a room and was hooked up to heart monitors.
"She'll be fine. It just appears that she is very worn out. When she wakes up she can leave, keep an eye on her at night make sure she is sleeping. From how exhausted she looks like she hasn't slept in the past few days very much" Nurse Joy said. We were all relieved to hear that she was ok, but what could be causing her to be exhausted like that? She's in mine and Kate's room, so we know she's been sleeping just like us so that rules lack of sleep out.
"Hey, Summer?" Ben called me over to where he was sitting in the room.
"Yea" I asked as I walked over.
"Do you have the feeling that we're being watched?"
Strangely I did, and I could feel that they were close.
Jay's POV
"Jaybird to Luxray, I have a visual on the target."
"Good, keep her in your sights. Learn as much as you can about the girl and her friends…. At least we know everything about one of them, Summer."
"Yes, my sister should be no problem. Katrina"
"Do not let family bonds get in the way of your mission Jay."
"Wouldn't dream about it. I accepted that we were enemies the moment I signed up and she went off to ranger school.
"Good so you aren't a total idiot"
"But I'm your idiot, remember?"
"Don't you forget it, got to go. Keep me updated. Over and out"
She hung up after that, I was hiding in the bushes watching my sister and her blonde friend. No, my sister should not be a problem. She shouldn't be expecting me, after all, who could expect your Deceased twin brother to be one of the people who is trying to take over the world?
Amber's POV
I opened my eyes and the first thing I registered was that I was back at the pokecenter and that Kate just about crushed me in a hug.
"can't…..breath…" I gasped out.
"Come on Katie give her some space" Summer said pulling Kate off of me.
"Yea, if you wanna hug someone hug me. I wanna Katie hug." Keith said with a smirk that just said he was thinking something wrong.
"Like I'd ever hug you" Kate said, walking right past him and over next to Rythimi.
"That rejection thoe." Ben said with a smirk at Keith. The red head just glared at him.
I laughed and slipped off the bed that they had me in and pulled the heart monitor off my wrist.
"The nurse said that you could leave when you wake up" Rythimi said with a smile.
"AMA!" a very familiar baby Zouora shouted and leaped at me.
"Hey Trix"
"You're all better!"
"Yep now let's head out. I've still got to cream the boys at the Attack on Tyranitar video game off my laptop." I said, Yes I watch anime and play games like that, but I prefer to draw.
