"Tell me what you're thinking babe," Quinn was lying sideways on the sofa with her head in Clay's lap and her eyes closed.
"I thought you were asleep," Clay's voice was sweet and gentle but he still seemed lost in his own thoughts.
"Babe how could I be with you thinking so loudly? What's on your mind?"
Clay let out a small chuckle, Quinn Evans was still as sassy as ever and he loved it. He lowered his head to her ear and she could feel his breaths on her skin as he began to whisper sweetly in her ear,
"Well I was wondering how my baby, after a gun-shot wound, raising three children and all these years still manages to look so fine."
Quinn arched her eyebrow seductively,
"All these years, huh? You may want to be careful there Clay, although I've obviously been lucky, you might want to revise that comment or you're never getting lucky again."
"Oh really? You see I think you're bluffing baby," he suddenly repositioned himself so that he was hovering above her. She hardly heard his next words, but she could feel them on her neck, "maybe you should play your cards right and you never know..." He trailed off at the end seductively.
Quinn was having none of it however and quickly reversed their positions so that she was straddling him. She laughed at how childish they were being. Here they were, married with 3 children, fooling around like teenagers. But that's one of the things that she loved about him. Even after all these years he could still do something to make her heart pound. So why not enjoy the childishness? Plus she couldn't let him win this one…
She slowly lowered her head and began to place a line of kisses along his neck and then delicately down his chest before returning to his lips. She could feel him moaning in to the kiss. She chuckled again. She always won.
Unfair. She always won. Every time. She was just too good. All his previous worries about Logan and Lydia were quickly forgotten. He was very glad all the kids were out for the night…
