A/N So most of you wanted to know what I wanted to happen and since I hate to leave you all hanging; here it is. Again just to say that I will still be writing this story but I would not publish it until I have finished.

The Final (Just for now) chapter:

The gang would all continue to have adventures as they one by one leave until JT is the only one left (total angst fest predicated). At this point Pike would finally work everything out and attempt to help JT. JT would decline all help and runaway from the house.

Spock would have been adopted by Sarek and Amanda (who can't have children of her own). He would open up to Amanda and they would play chess on this old antique wooden board that he and JT used to play on. They would move to Vulcan in which normal events would happen (Spock declining the VSA and going to Starfleet). He would eventually be tracked down by Uhura who was trying to get the whole gang back together five years after the end of the first story.

A couple that already had a daughter would have adopted Uhura but since the mother was also adopted they wanted to adopt their second child. The couple would be diplomats who moved around a lot which helped with Uhura's linguistics however she wouldn't have many close friends as she preferred to spend her time re-reading the books that JT had given her. She would be the first to try to track everyone down.

A gay surfer couple in San Fransisco would adopt HIkaru.(think Steve Rodgers and Bucky) He would stay in contact with Pavel and would go out and visit Russia sometimes and sometimes Pavel would visit him and they would go surfing on the board that JT gave him.. He gets accepted to Starfleet two years after Spock and a year before Pavel. He and Pavel would room together at Starfleet.

Gaila would get a scholarship to a computing college in New York, where she puts to good use all the hacking skills that JT taught her. Her and Uhura would stay in touch but not much since Gaila would be busy and Uhura was constantly moving around.

Some rich family in back in the south would adopt McCoy. It would be some big ranch with a working mother and a doctor father. McCoy would become pretty popular at school because of his good looks (Karl Urban ;0) and play football with the ball that JT gave him as he was leaving. He would become a doctor and marry Jocelyn and have Joanna (etc etc)

Scotty would be adopted by this crazy Scottish family with loads of adopted kids up in the estate in the back end of nowhere in the Highlands. He would always be fixing something that was broken before leaving for Starfleet and losing that beagle and meeting Keenser on delta vega. But at least he had the toasted sandwich maker that he and JT had fixed up. (Until it breaks)

Pavel would leave Russia and go to Starfleet with Hikaru (basically like the movie). The Chekovs would adopt more kids and Pavel would soon have this massive group of brothers and sisters who would all sit round the table and drink vodka.

After running away JT travelled the federation and picked up a wealth of skills. He would eventually revert back to his real name since everyone had stopped looking for him (insert angst here). After Frank and Winona were both dead (guess what! More angst), he went back to living in the farmhouse for a while because he needed money and so was working at the shipyards . Before ending up in the bar where he meets Uhura but she doesn't recognise him and then Pike (who of course does know who he is) and then dares him to enter Starfleet which he does.

The rest is mostly cannon. So Uhura, Jim, Gaila and Bones are all at the academy in the same year. Hikaru is in his final year and Pavel is one below him. Spock has graduated and is on some ship somewhere. Archer has sent Scotty to Delta Vega.

Bones is the first one to work it all out (starting with the nickname and other quirks). Jim swears him to secrecy, much to Bones annoyance. Pike also wants him to reveal who he really is to his friends but Jim won't because he is scared what they will think of him now; Pike attempts to convince him otherwise as all of them have in someway been helped by Jim to get to where they are and none of them have forgotten him. Everything happens as normal after that. (Narada except Gaila doesn't die, because she's awesome). When Jim and Spock prime get to the outpost Scotty works it out for himself when the first thing Jim says upon seeing him is "Scotty did you break our sandwich toaster." However when Spock and Jim are on the Narada and are facing certain death, Jim tells him the truth but he says is really casually like "oh by the way Spock I'm JT" etc. And Spock does the best impression of a confused deer in the headlights. The gang save the day and eventually the entire gang are back together again (fluffy fluff fluff, dances around happily). So by know Spock, Bones, Scotty and Jim know. Jim begins to open up about his life before and after the house mainly during dangerous situations or in medbay when he is high on pain meds.

It stays that way until the whole Khan incident (Pike doesn't die) and after Spock and Jim have their heart to heart, Jim gives permission for Spock to tell the others the whole story. Let's assume that they all think Jim might not live for a couple of days until he starts to recover. Because of this Spock goes ahead and tells them all everything. Jim wakes up and is a bit worried about them all knowing but in the year they all reassure him and they go on some big PR roadtrip and go and meet all the adoptive families. (because that would be totally awesome)

They set out on the five year mission and all is well in the world (apart from the usual failed away missions and Jim getting whumped. All. The. Time). Spock and Bones boldly sass where no man has sassed before etc etc. (insert ships here). They go on many missions until they all eventually retire (not together as a group). After five years or so they all meet up again and decide that they want to do something to help other orphaned kids. It turns out that the old house they grew up in has been abandoned so they decide to renovate it and open it up as a kids home. Years later the place is happy and thriving (better call your dentist because there will be tooth-rotting fluff here). There are lots of kids and they are constantly expanding because so many kids keep arriving and they don't want to turn anyone away. All the staff are former members of Starfleet (some minor characters that were in TOS or something) and lots of the kids go on to go to the academy and explore the stars and it's a super happy and awesome place with Jim still gallivanting round with Bones yelling at him and Spock (who has softened with age and exposure to humans) is a secret practical joker; none of the kids work out it's him though. Gaila and Uhura are always dressing all the kids up in cool fashions and painting nails and gossiping. Hikaru teaches all the kids to be complete badass with swords and martial arts. Pavel and Scotty spend ages teaching kids about how Starfleet engines work and everytime someone gets hurt Bones is there to fix them up and tell them a story about the time Jim did the thing.

Some other plot points may come up, like I have no idea whether or not to have some of the other characters (Janice Rand, Nurse Chapel, M'Benga etc) should I put Carol in there or maybe add her in as a kid meeting them all on trip to England? I'm not sure which ships to add because I like Spirk but I also think McKirk could work here to. Defo gonna have some Chulu here and possibly Gaila/Scotty.
