Hey all!

DISCLAIMER: I don't own any of the characters or anything from the Marvel universe. I'm just a fan who fancied writing up what I'd like to happen after Thor: The Dark World, which is where my Fic starts. Right from the end of Movie 2. So I hope you enjoy what you read. #MatureContent...eventually...lol

Loki stood outside this stable doors waiting on Sif, he'd been waiting for almost an hour in his disguise and his impatience was beginning to grow as he paced back and forth. Every so often a soldier or two would pass him and eye him curiously, wondering why he was there. It was then he decided to entertain himself. As he leaned back against the wall watching the soldiers moving around he sent out a small shift in energy and knocked over a supply carriage, smirking to himself as the soldiers and guards began hurrying and rushing around to grab the escaping supplies.

"Very entertaining," a disapproving voice came from behind him, one he was all to familiar with, pushing up off the wall he turned and bowed his head to Sif who was now standing beside him.

"Entertaining? I wouldn't think such a thing would entertain you Lady Sif," - "I am not blind Darri, I have seen magic used before. Where did you learn such a thing?" Sif asked him, her curiosity around the new soldier growing by the minute especially since she'd only ever seen Loki use magic in such a way.

Loki shrugged a shoulder and decided to stick with an honest answer, at least that way hie wouldn't be caught out, at least not yet. "My mother, she taught me. She was very skilled in wielding magic. She passed recently, her loss is still very fresh" he nodded slowly and took a step back, it was the first time he'd really spoken of it or even admitted it to himself since he'd faked his death.

"I'm sorry for your loss, I understand the pain you feel. The Queen, Lady Frigga, she and I were very close. Her death still weighs heavily on my mind but we cannot let the pain we feel distract us from our duties to Asgard and the realms. You have much to learn and not enough time. You shall accompany us on our mission to Nidavellir as is the word of The AllFather." Sif nodded and began making her way to the training rooms, closely followed by him. Her armour clinking as she walked. Loki couldn't help but find himself admiring her curvature. He always had, for centuries he walked behind her like this. Always admiring the custom made armour, how it flowed with the movements of her body, the curves of her hips and never restricting her movements. And yes, when he had been younger he'd often fantasised about stripping her of her armour. Slowly, piece by piece revealing her smooth flesh, what she would feel like under his hands, his lips, hips body. It had been a long time since he'd thought of her that way. Not since he overheard her speaking of him one day to Thor and the Warriors Three, what was it she had called him...pathetic, a useless fighter and nothing but a boy in a mans armour. At least a century had past since that night but Loki had never forgotten it. Of course she never knew he had heard her, he simply continued to treat her as he always had, tricking her and teasing her. He'd always liked Sif, even as a child they had gotten on well, it was only when Thor was around that trouble began. Loki never felt good enough around Thor, always in his shadow. Never comparing to Thor's greatness. He always knew he would never be worthy of a woman such as Sif. Yes her words hurt him at the time, but they were only words. Only words.

Loki looked away from her as they entered the arena, he couldn't stop the thoughts running through his head. Thoughts of making her pay for what she said, of showing her exactly how much of a man he was now. He had changed. He was no longer the wide eyed boy who seeked her friendship, seeked acceptance from friends who didn't even like him. Oh no, he was a king now, a ruler and he needed no one. Yet here he was, directly in the middle of a plan to get closer to her. Why? Because she sent a light out for him? Because she wore his pendant? Stupid trinkets a child gave. Nothing more.

"Perhaps this should wait" he spoke, sudden feelings being awoken in him after his walk down memory lane. Feelings of anger, resentment. He shouldn't be near her right now. For both their sakes.

"Don't be ridiculous. We leave at dawn. I need to know how well you can fight." She said and nodded to the display area holding all their weapons,"Pick your weapon and defend yourself. Show me your skill Darri and we shall see if I deem you fit to join us."

Loki did his best to hide the emotion from his eyes as he turned and waked to the display, collecting to sheared daggers and returning to her. Twisting them in his hands. "You will deem me fit, my lady. We both know it" he winked at her, throwing her off before he attacked. A simple move which she countered easily. He knew all of Sif's moves. He'd spared with her numerous time yet she was anything but predictable. They fought, going back and forth for a while, neither really attempting to hurt the other simply disarm them. Sif was actually smiling slightly, it had been a long time since anyone had put up such a fight towards her. Especially a new soldier. Ever move she am he countered. Ever move he made as did she. It felt easily familiar but she couldn't quite place why.

Suddenly he lunged, twisting around her and Sif felt her sword being pulled from her hand by an unseen force and then he was behind her before she could react. His arm around her waist holding her against him as his dagger pressed against her throat.

"It seems I have you, my lady. Now what do I get to do with you?" He whispered against her ear darkly and she couldn't help the sudden feeling of arousal. It had been a very long time since a man had gotten the upper hand on her in such a way. She liked it but not enough to allow him to gain a larger ego. Gripping his wrist she twisted it roughly and forced him to drop the dagger before twisting forward and using her body weight to carry him over her shoulder. Intending to throw him to the ground but she she hadn't anticipated was his grip on her armour and they both went tumbling to the ground. Sif trying to regain her stance but Loki was quicker. Both of them tumbling around the floor, one moment Sif had him pinned the next he had her hands above her head and was crouched over her. Her legs held down by his so she couldn't kick out at him. He was far more skilled than she had given him credit for. She'd underestimated him.

Loki couldn't stop the smirk that spread over his face, well Darri's face. He had her. She'd been stupid in thinking he would be easy to beat. She wouldn't make that mistake again and was going to take full advantage of this moment. "My lady it appears I have the upper hand." He said with a grin, moving his hands over to pin hers with one of his own, and a little added magic not that she would notice. Using his free hand he brushed the dark hair from her face and ran a finger down her neck. She said nothing, just stared up at him in silence. "Nothing to say? I would have thought you'd congratulate me on my victory. My skill and yet, the great Lady Sif. Goddess of War, bested by a new soldier. I would have thought it would have been harder to take down such a renown warrior. Seems the stories about you aren't up to the reality." He shrugged, he wanted to hurt her. He knew this humiliated her. Knew how embarrassed she would be if it got out she was bested by some new soldier. What could make it worse? Loki wondered to himself before it came to him.

Leaning down suddenly he claimed her lips with his own. He could feel her tense up under him, her arms push out and she bit him, hard. Drawing blood and glaring up at him angrily but he simply smiled back at her. Blood dripping from his lips. "Interesting" was all he said before letting her go and raising to his feet. "I'll see you at dawn, my lady" he licked the blood from his lip and bowed even though she was still laying on the ground and swiftly turned and left her there.

Sif was still in shock as she watched him walk away. In the name of Odin she had no idea what he thought he was doing touching her in such a way. She should remove his lips for being so crass as to kiss her and yet she lay there going over it in her mind. She could taste his blood on her lips. Felt the power he held over her. She'd been powerless as he held her down. She had never been powerless before. Especially not with a man and not in such a way. She'd been with men before but she had always been the one with the power. The one on top. She'd never had a man... posses her as he just did. Worst of all, she enjoyed it. Getting up she took a deep breath and began putting away the weaponry they'd used. She'd have to keep an eye on Darri. A close eye.

Well hope you're enjoying it so far. Please leave a comment and tell me what you think. Good or bad I don't mind either really. {Winks} Catch you on the next chapter!
