Hello, everyone and welcome to another chapter of Randy Cunningham: Secret of the Nomicon. Sorry for the late update, but I've been busy with my school exam. I also had watched the episode of Randy Cunningham 'Enter the Nomicon' to get some details for this chapter special chapter, so watch out cause a scene from it will appear in this. Hope you like it; I don't want to go overboard so I'll just start the chapter. At the end of the chapter, I'll reveal the references and who got it right or was close.
Chapter 13: The History of the 1985 Ninja
The bell in Norrisville High rang, signaling students to head to their next class. For Randy and Howard that meant science class. The two best friends walked into the class and sat down on their usual seats. Mrs. Driscoll did a class count to ensure everyone was present before starting the class.
As the class went on, Howard grumbled to himself, "Men this is boring. Why do we even have this class today? There are some days that shouldn't be taught for science, right Cunningham? Cunningham?" Howard glanced at his best bro and noticed the purple haired was staring at the board, blankly for that matter.
Howard tried to get his attention by waving his hand before his face, "Hello Cunningham, are you even listening to me?"
"No." The purple haired teen simply answered in a low tone.
Howard blinked, "You weren't? Then what were you listening to?" Then he eyes wandered to Mrs. Driscoll as she continued teaching, "You were listening to her? Are you trying to turn into those two?" He threw his hands to the other way, pointing at Flute Girl and Bucky taking down notes.
Randy chuckled, though Howard could tell it was fake, "No way, Howard. I just…got something on my mind lately."
"Seriously? You got to let go of what Kim said. It's been two days, Cunningham."
"Yeah, I know it's just that…"
Before Randy could continue, Mrs. Driscoll, holding her skeleton husband, stood before them, "Well do the two of you have anything to say to the class?"
"No." Both boys dropped their heads.
"Good. Try to listen in class and maybe your grades will improve. Now as I was saying…" She left them and continued teaching the class.
The class went well, except Howard who kept shooting a glare at Kim. It was now his aim to get his best bro back to normal.

After hours of learning, the bell finally rang for lunch. Everyone sat on their lunch table, eating and chatting to the friends they have. Randy and Howard went to their usual lunch table, holding their lunch bags since the lunch the lunch lady was serving was disgusting. While they went to their seats, Howard noticed Randy always blanking out, most likely still depressed from what Kim told him two days ago.
"Cunningham, you have got to let it go." Howard said, trying to convince his friend, "You've disobeyed a lot of rules Kim has told you."
"Yeah and what has it gotten me." Randy frowned, "Remember the time I abused the Ninja suit and Kim cut me off from the suit and I had to save you from Catfish Booray (1) or the time I got my memory wiped by accident and you became the Ninja (2). Face it, Howard, I messed up and the ninja isn't suppose to do that."
"Who said you've been messing up? Besides you've been the best Ninja in Norrisville."
Randy sighed, facing the bag of lunch, "How would you know? You're didn't live more than eight hundred years." He sighed deeply and faced Howard with a serious face, "That's why I'm going to give Kim the Ninja mask and ask her to mind wipe me."
"Cunningham, you can't be serious."
"Actually, I am."
***************************************(LINE BREAK)********************************
Howard ran down the sidewalks as fast as he could. He kept panting as his lungs needed air and sweat drop down his face, but he paid no attention to them. The moment the school bell rang, he took off from his seat, not even waiting for Randy. However, it was for a good reason, in fact for a better reason. He had to head to Kim's home, the last dojo of the Norisu Nine. Luckily, Randy had shown Howard how to go there on the second day Kim summoned it.
He wasn't sure if Kim would be there, since school just ended fifteen minutes ago. But knowing the girl, if she didn't want to hang out with Theresa and Debbie she would smoke bomb herself there. He just hope he was there before Randy could get there or his friend might do something he will regret.
It took twenty minutes for him to pass through the words, but he finally got there.
"Hey, Yamamoto, are you in there?!" He called out for the centuries old ninja master but got no response.
Since he heard no response, he decided to walk into the dojo. He checked different room and in most rooms was tempted to touch one of the ancient artifacts lying around, but he ignored then and continued searching in other rooms. When he thought he had failed, he heard humming and went to the direction the humming was coming. Of course, when he got there he found Kimiko sitting on the ground and in a meditation position.
"Pssst Yamamoto." He whispered to the girl, but got no response. A mischievous grin spread on his face and he walked quietly behind her. When he got there, he took a loud breath, drawing nearer to her ear to let out a loud one.
"Don't you even dare, Howard." Kim caught him off, turning her head to him, "What do you want? Aren't you and Randy suppose to be playing that mind eating game called Grave Puncher?"
Howard drew himself backwards, allowing the girl to stand, "First off Grave Puncher is the coolest game in the world and second I came to talk to you about Randy."
"Well what happened to Randy? He didn't get hurt, did he?"
"Hurt No, but emotionally yes. He thinks he's not fit to be the Ninja because of what you told him. You have to fix, Yamamoto."
"I can't do that." Kim said, dropping Howard's hope of convincing her, "If he doesn't want to be the Ninja anymore then I can't say otherwise."
Despite that Howard still pressed on, "Look I know he has goofed up a lot times, but you and I know he has done some bruce things, doesn't that count?"
"You tell me." She perked her eyebrow forward, "The scenery from a high building isn't always clear when fog comes."
Howard blinked, taken back from her riddle, "What the juice does that suppose to mean!"
"It means that Randy has done well, but he isn't perfect. In fact I'm not perfect. But I won't change his mind when he made up his decision."
Howard tried to protest, opening his mouth to say something, but was cut off. The two heard footsteps and not long Randy voice was heard.
"Kim, are you in here?"
"Oh no Cunningham is here? I can't let him see me." Howard panicked, looking around for a hiding place.
Kim quickly ran to a closet with the Norisu Nine symbol on it and opened it, "Enter here. He won't see you in here."
Howard complied and ran into the closet. Kim closed the door right behind him and just in time as Randy stepped in.
"Hey, Kim, was someone here?" Randy asked.
Kim gave him a fake smile, "No, who would be here?"
Randy opened his mouth to mention Howard and Heidi, but held it back, after all it wasn't the reason he was there. He stepped forward to her, holding the Ninja mask in his hand. He felt uneasy about his decision, but couldn't think about anything else to do.
He frowned sadly, glancing at the Ninja and then back at the Ninja master, "Kim, I want to talk to you about something. It's about me as the Ninja. I don't know why, but I feel that I've lost the will to become the Ninja. I think you should take the mask and mind wipe me."
Kim stared at Randy silently. Her eyes looked down to the ground in guilt, knowing she was the cause of Randy's decision. Randy didn't seem to notice as he held the mask forward for Kim to select.
"Are you sure of this, Randy?" She kept a low soft voice, eyes shifting back to him.
Randy didn't answer, but nodded as he held the mask forward. Kim looked at the mask and then back at him, unsure about her next move. She saw in his eyes, doubt and guilt, clearly the reason that made him to do this. She wanted to protest against it, but it was against rules she has learnt as the Ninja Nomicon.
"Very well." She took the Ninja mask from his hand, "But I'll leave the mind wipe for later."
"Why?"
Kim sighed in a soft tone, "Because I said so."
Randy maintained silence and walk away, still unsure about his action. As he left, Kim held up the mask in her hand and looked away in guilt.
"Hey, is Randy gone?" Howard asked from inside the closet.
"Yeah, he's gone." Kim took another glance at the mask.
"Great, now open this door."
Kim smirked, thinking back at something similar Howard did to her. Rather than going to the closet, she left the room to prepare herself for something. At the mean time, Howard kept banging the door, calling out her name.
"Oh now I see what you're doing!" Howard shouted, "Not cool, Yamamoto!"
*******************************************(LINE BREAK)************************************
Night time came and every residence of Norrisville, minus the Sorcerer, went to bed to sleep off. Among the residence, Randy, after saying his good nights to his parents, went up his bed and slept off that instant. The moment he slept off, he found himself falling from the sky, screaming as he came closer to the ground. He fell face flat on the ground and groaned.
"Uh, men that was a rough landing." He got off the wooden ground and looked around, "Where the juice am I? Wait I remember this place." In closer observation, he knew the place very well. The walls were wooden with a symbol on all of them. The place resembles a dojo, but yet looked endless in distance, "I'm in the Nomicon, but how. Kim is the Nomicon, so that means she's here."
"Kim, are you in here?" He kept turning around, trying to find any sign of the girl, "Where am I and why did you bring me here?"
All questions were left in silence. Whether she was present or not, she didn't answer. Randy slumps his shoulder in defeat, very well aware that she wasn't answering like her time as the Nomicon. He was just about to walk away when he noticed a glow. Curious about it, he turned around and saw a open door, bringing out a bright light.
"You want me to go in there?" He asked, looking up to ask. Again, he met silence, "I'll take that as a yes." He shrugged his shoulders and walked closer to the door. As he got closer, the brightness forced him to shield his eyes and he walked inside completely before the door closed behind him.
Once he stepped inside, the light ceased to normality. He noticed this and cautiously put his hands down, "Where the juice am I?"
Randy noticed he stood on a side walk. He also noticed vans and vehicles that he hasn't seen parked along the streets. As he looked forward, he noticed teens dressed in odd clothing that looked hip and flashy, but not modern. Then it occurred to him where or should he say what period of time he is in.
"I'm in the 80's?!" Randy shouted, eyes wide open and hands in his hair.
Randy tried to regain himself and think things through. It was still confusing, but one thing for sure Kim was responsible for this. But why would she? He already renounced himself as the Ninja and now he was in the 80's. Was this suppose to be a punishment for quitting and if it was then Randy certainly felt it.
"Calm down, Cunningham." Randy kept telling himself, "This isn't a time to panic. Things won't go wrong as long as I don't interact with anyone from this time, right? I should also stay away from my mom and don't make her fall in love with me like that movie I watched (3)."
He finally calmed his mind, but then felt a cold chill run down his spine as someone walked right through him.
"What the juice?"
A teen walked right through him, bringing the cold chill at Randy again. The teen didn't seem to notice him, almost like Randy was thin air. Randy stared at the teen, wide eyed as he looked at himself and then back at the teen.
"Am I a ghost?" He asked only to himself. He looked forward and noticed a familiar school. It still looked the same, except the painting which had different colors to make it look hip. The school sign looked the same, except that it was color in green.
"Okay, its official I'm a ghost in here." He sighed softly, bowing his head down to think, "But that should be a good thing because I won't mess up from being born. And clearly Kim is the reason for this like a while ago. So what should I do?" He removed himself from his train of thoughts and looked back at the school. At the school, he saw colored doodle arrows pointing at the main door, "Well that answers it."
Randy walked into the school halls, careful not to touch anyone. It still sent cold chills through his body when somebody touches him or walks right through him. The only good side about it is that he wasn't seen. He kept following the arrows leading him somewhere and passing some familiar faces of his some of his teachers. The arrows led him to the door of the gym which he carefully opened.
The gym still looked the same and exactly the way in his present school. The colored arrow doodles Randy followed were gone, meaning he was exactly the place Kim wanted him to be. In the middle of the gym a group of teens, wearing 80's clothes, surrounding a short teen with Blond hair. The bullied teen wore a plain white shirt, leather pants and his blond hair was combed to the back.
"Alright, Mcfist, give us your lunch money!" The leader, a dark haired teen, yelled and lifted the young Mcfist by the collar.
"Okay, okay. Just don't hurt me." The Past Mcfist whimpered, digging into his button.
The bullies and the leader laughed at the whimpering Mcfist. Randy snarled at the scenery. It would be nice if it was happening to the present Mcfist, but not this one. Seeing a week and defenseless kid, Randy walked towards them with his hands balled to a fist. However, before he could get there, a door slammed open, revealing a blinding light and a person standing in it.
"Keep your money, kid." The figure at the door walked out, revealing his appearance, "It's time high time someone puts you in your place, Jamie Johnson (4)."
Randy's eyes flew wide, "Oh my Ninja. It can't be…but it is."
"Mac Antfee." Jamie Johnson, leader of the school bullies snarled.
Mac Antfee stood, cracking his fists with a smirk on his face, "Hey, fellas. Are you ready for another beat down?"
Jamie barked, "Get him!" His gang, numbering four, obeyed and charged.
"Okay, I'll take that as a yes." Mac said, getting into a karate stance.
The first bully threw his fist at Mac, but he grabbed it firmly. He gave the bully a mischievous grin and threw a hard punch to the face. The bully was sent flying and even hit another, causing both of them to fall. Mac snickered, but was caught off when he heard a battle cry. He turned to his right and stepped side-way just in time as another threw multiple blows but missed.
"So we got a fast one." A grin grew on Mac's face, "Well let's see if he can taste my mighty splosion kick."
Mac advanced at the bully. He shot off the ground and commences multiple kicks while in the air. The bully tried to block with his hands, but the flying kicks knocked them down and hit his face, sending him to the ground. Mac feet touched down, just a few meters from smashing the bully's nose. The bully was unconscious and so was the other two, so Mcfist turned to the last one.
The last one shuddered when Mac turned to him. He stepped back, trying his best to be brave, but failing. Mac causally walked towards him, fists tightened and face now directly at him. The bully shuddered and gulped in fear.
"Boo." Mac spooked him. The bully screamed and ran off the gym door, only missing Randy by a foot.
Satisfied, Mac turned back to Jamie Johnson holding Macfist, "So are you going to let go of him or am I going to have to make you?"
"This isn't over!" Jamie spat and let go of Mcfist, causing him to fall on his butt.
"Yeah, yeah. Now get out of here."
Jamie shot a final glare and walked out the gym door, passing through Randy and bringing a cold chill through his body. Mac walked to Mcfist and held up his hand, "Need any help, kid?"
Mcfist looked up, "Yeah. Thank you." He accepted the hand and Mac pulled him up.
"No problem kid. The name is Mac Antfee."
"I'm Hannibal Mcfist."
Randy watched the scene between the two. He was certainly surprise about everything and he meant everything.
"Mcfist and Antfee used to be friends? Why did you tell me?" Randy stared at the ceiling, knowing Kim was listening.
At that instant the entire room became blank and white. Randy watched as Mcfist and Antfee vanished along with the room. The ground he stood disappeared and Randy began to fall. He screamed at the endless abyss before slamming into green grass that seems to appear out of nowhere.
"Uh, not again." He groaned and shot a glare at the blue sky, "Really, Kim? Couldn't you just given me a warning?"
Randy rubbed the back of his head and looked around him. From the looks of it, he was in the suburban of Norrisville. The streets were still the same, but he noticed some 80's vans and a few trees planted in the neighborhood. The street was deserted which wasn't odd for Randy, since most likely everyone was either at home or somewhere.
Then over the sidewalks a brown haired teen, wearing a cowboy hat (5) came to the house, holding a brown box in his hand. The teen came to the door and place the box on the door step before knocking and running off into a bush. The door open, revealing Mac Antfee.
"Hello, is anyone there?" He looked around, trying to find the person that knocked. When he couldn't he shrugged his shoulder and was about to close the door when he noticed something at his door step, "A box? What is this doing here?" He picked the box and opened it.
Randy noticed Mac took a paper and read it. He didn't know what it said, but Antfee looked around suspiciously before closing the door behind him. Not wanting to miss what happens next, Randy surveyed the area to find a way in. He found an open window at the top and began to make his way up. It wasn't hard for him to get there because of the agility he gained as the Ninja.
When he got to the window, he found Antfee reading another note.
"You can't tell anyone." He read the note. He blinked about it and shrugged, "Whatever, I don't have much friends except that Mcfist." He clutched the paper to a ball and threw it away before turning to a black book with a strange symbol on it.
Having read the other previous note when he got to his room, Antfee brought out the Ninja Nomicon and placed it on his table. He then looked into the box and took out the Ninja mask, admiring the mask before him, "So I'm the new Norrisville Ninja? Never thought this would happen to me."
He continued to admire the mask, feeling the pure fabric through his fingers. It felt great with every passing second. He took a final look at it before placing the mask over his head.
Suddenly, he felt a great sensation run through his entire body. Black and red stripes came from the mask and warped around him from head to toe in matter of seconds. Along with it, a blinding red light with the Nomicon symbol flashed in the background, brightening the room. The transformation was done and standing in Antfee's place was the Ninja. Except the Ninja was bigger and bulk looking.
Antfee stared at his new attire, surprise at the sudden change. He could feel adrenaline like nothing he ever felt run through his veins. It took a second, but he got over it as a smirk took over.
He began doing flips in the air and punching random objects in his room. It would be a blur to anyone, but not to Antfee. He seems to slow and yet fast as he did a fast swing kick at a lamp that sent it hitting the wall.
Finally, he stopped and got into a Ninja pose, "I am Mac Antfee. I am The Ninja."
But then a bulb fell to the ground, bringing Antfee to see the Damage on his room, "Um, my bad."
"You think?" Randy face palmed himself, "Even I didn't damage my room that way." He removed his hand from his face and looked up, "I still don't see what you're trying to show me. Yeah, I get he was good and how he became the Ninja you've told me about this remember. But what was the point of this and what tempered with Mcfist and Antfee friendship?"
Suddenly, the scene around him changes. But unlike before it didn't become plain white and Randy didn't plummet to the ground. Instead, Randy hovered, with no ground to stand on. Around him it was blue and video images flew right before him, each of them showing Mac Antfee. Randy watched them past by, noticing that in each Antfee did good to people, whether in the Ninja suit or as himself.
Before Randy could say a word, a blinding flash of light engulfed him. He shielded his eyes in reflex, waiting for the blinding light to cease. Soon enough it did and he put his hand down and looked around him.
"Where the juice, am I now?" He asked rhetorically. As he looked around, he could determine where he was. His exact location was the back of the school and from the looks of it the place was deserted. The only sound that could be heard was a cool breeze that blew through the air breezily on Randy's hair, the grass of the ground and trees.
However, it was over when something, sounding like an argument, caught Randy's attention. He got curious about it and walked to the right, heading to the woods. As he got closer the louder it got. He could already see two people, one short and the other taller. The two were teenagers and they were yelling at each other.
Despite he was still invisible, Randy kept cautious, feeling like he was going somewhere that wasn't his business. When he got there, he found to his utmost surprise the past Mcfist and the Ninja arguing.
Mcfist glared at the Ninja, pointing an accusing finger at him, "Admit it. You're Mac Antfee!"
"Seriously, dude I am not that cool and handsome guy."
"Okay, then who is cool and handsome?"
"Me." Realizing what he just said, he face palmed himself, "Men did I just walk into that." He then let out a sigh, clutched the hand on the mask, "Okay, you got me, Hannibal." He pulled off the mask, resulting a blinding light at the background before it ceased. Standing, instead of the Ninja, was Mac Antfee.
Mcfist stared at him, froze in shock at the revelation. His eyes were wide open and along with his mouth as he gazed at the teen.
"Hello, Hannibal." Mac waved his hand before the startled face, checking if Mcfist hadn't frozen.
"Huh." Mcfist shook his head, "Wait you're really the Ninja? I knew it." A smile plastered on his face in excitement.
"Yeah, so what?" Mcfist asked with boredom. He realized he was breaking an important rule, but what could he do. His friend, Mcfist was already suspicious. "How did you know?" He finally asked.
"You disappeared a lot, Mac and besides I'm your friend, right?"
As he asked, Mcfist waited for an answer or at least a look of thought. Instead, he received an insane laugh, a laugh that reminds Randy of his present Antfee.
"Are you kidding?" He continued laughing. His voice became raspy, almost like a man dying from lack of water, "We may be friends then, but my only friend is this." He displayed the Ninja mask to his face, "This is my friend."
Startled, Mcfist stepped back, fear in his eyes at the sudden change of Mac Antfee, "What has gotten into you, Mac? This isn't you."
"Oh this is me, Mcfist." He took a step forward, towering over the smaller one, "I used to be pathetic, helping people out without a single thought about what I should get, but now I'm the Ninja and that's my reward and my friend."
A thought sudden crashed into Mcfist, alerting him to take a stand and he did, "Take away the mask, Antfee you're obsessed with its power."
"Oh and give it to you!" Antfee yelled, pointing an accusing finger at him, "You wouldn't understand how I feel now until you gain power."
"I'll never become that!"
Antfee laughed again, "That's what you think. I can already see the hunger for power in your eyes, just waiting to take over. One day you might taste it then you'll know it and you'll love it. Besides…" Out of a sudden, he reached out, grabbed Mcfist by his collar and raised him off the ground, "I can't have you going around and telling everyone I'm the Ninja."
"Wh-what a-a-ar-are you going to do to me."
"I'm going to try out something the Ninja Nomicon showed me." For the first time an evil smirk took over his face, "I'm going to give you a mind wipe."
Randy gasped. The Ninja Nomicon never showed him such thing, even before he gave the Ninja mask to her. Then it dawned on him why she never showed him the move. It was because of Mac Antfee. He must have abused it and fearing the Ninja of 1985 abused it, she must have kept it away from any Ninja after him. Now Randy was going to watch it firsthand.
With an evil grin still on his face, Antfee placed his hand over Mcfist's head. The defenseless blond tried to struggle out of his grip, but it was to no avail. The hand began to glow a brownish color, drawing away some certain memory. Mcfist could feel it, resulting him to fall unconscious from the effect. When Antfee was done, he let go of Mcfist, allowing him to fall on the ground.
"By the time you wake up, you won't remember anything about our past. Goodbye, Mcfist." With that, he wore the Ninja mask, allowing the suit to come over him and jump off the ground, letting out an evil laugh.
Randy continued to stare at the unconscious body of Mcfist. Even though Antfee left, the scene played in Randy's mind. It still surprise Randy, not in a good way, that Antfee would do something so sadistic to Mcfist. He could understand that when he tried to kill Howard once, but that was when he was an adult.
Something snapped within Randy, filling him with anger. He glared at the way Antfee went before angrily looking back at the sky, "What the juice was that, Kim?! Why did you let that schoob still have the Ninja mask after this?! What the juice was wrong with you!?"
Like an angry response, the ground shook violently that it forced Randy to the ground. The sky blackened by dark clouds and rumbled with lightening strikes firing down on the ground. Randy tried to stand still, but the tremor increased and resulted into the earth splitting. Randy jerked his head to the unconscious past Mcfist and ran to his aid, despite that he might not be able to touch. But the moment his hands laid on him, the body disappeared.
"What the juice?" Randy jerked his hands back.
As the tremor continued, a large crack made its way towards Randy. It rushed directly underneath Randy before splitting, causing Randy to fall inside.
The fall seems endless with Randy's scream echoing through the abyss. If there was a ground it was too dark to see. There was nothing but air and gravity only seem to be pulling him. But then what felt like hours, which was only three minutes, Randy finally made contact with something solid, a wooden floor.
The freshman moaned from the impact and got up. However, before he could comprehend his current location, a scream came from above it. But when he listened more, it sounded like a power cry. It grew louder before the source landed on his feet, crouching down in triumphant. The person stood up, revealing himself to as the Ninja. However, he looked different. The Ninja was bigger than Randy, bulker and mean looking.
"Oh yeah! Best. Landing. Ever!" He shouted in excitement.
"Oh come on!" Randy threw his hand above him.
The Ninja aka Mac Antfee then looked above, "Alright, Nomicon why did you bring me here? If this is about giving Johnson a swirly then you should forget about it."
"That's enough!" A loud booming voice yelled. Suddenly, wind picked up, like they were in a field. The room remained the same, but a bunch of paper began to fly around, swirling in the air like a tornado. Randy and Antfee stared, with mouths wide open as the paper decreased to a smaller size. It took shape of a human feminine form and it looked angry.
When the transformation was complete, a young Japanese girl stood. She wore a red Ninja suit, almost similar to the Ninja suit. The only difference from the Ninja suit and hers is the skirt, the Norisu Nine symbol on her chest and she didn't wear a mask over her head, revealing her raven black hair and blue eyes.
"Who the juice are you?!" Antfee shot a glare at the girl.
"I am the Ninja Nomicon and I have enough of you Antfee." The Japanese girl shot her finger threateningly at him, "Too long you have misused and abused the Ninja suit for glory and fame."
"So what?!" Mac Antfee shot back, "I am the Ninja and I own this suit."
The girl fell silent, keeping a stern glare at him. Then her eyes glowed brightly blue, "You are the Ninja, but not anymore. I cannot let my bro –I mean the first Ninja mask be abused any longer."
However, Antfee didn't take it likely. He kept the glare on his face, moving into a fighting stance, "You have to get it, Nomicon because I ain't giving it."
The Nomicon stayed silent, not even bothering to get into a fighting stance. This infuriated Antfee that he advanced first. He threw a fast blow at her face, but she simply moved her head out of the way from each blow. Her action made him angry, provoking him to give her a roundhouse kick. However, the Japanese girl lept off the ground, avoiding it and landed on the ground, at the other side.
"What are you some kind of wimp!" Antfee yelled, clutching his fist in anger and charged at her. He began throwing fast punches at her, even kicks along with them. The Nomicon knocked them from hitting her with fast reflexes. When the opportunity was right, she threw a fast blow at his face, sending him flying over the room.
Antfee moaned from the impact, trying to fix his dizziness to concentrate on the Nomicon coming towards him, "No way am I losing." He spoke with pride and got back to his feet.
He got into a stance and began making movement with his hands. As he did, air formed around his hands, "Ninja air fist!" He shouted, shooting a fist made air at the Nomicon.
She saw the fist coming, but made no move to avoid it. Rather, when it came she swats it away like a fly. But Antfee didn't give up as he got ready for another Ninja move.
"Ninja cometh sprint!" A colorful aura engulfed his legs, feeding adrenaline through his body. He ran straight at the Nomicon with amazing speed, preparing to throw a fast punch.
The Nomicon remained her stand, but this time got into a fighting stance. She watched him come closer with speed, ready to throw a punch. He threw the punch, but she got it like a speeding blur, held it firm and threw him over to a wall. Antfee hit the wall hard and groaned from the impact. He easily got over the impact, got back to his feet and found the Nomicon coming closer.
"You'll never take my suit!" He summoned doddle arrows at his side. He then shot his hands forward, sending them directly at the Nomicon. However, the attack didn't touch her, but instead poof away into dust.
The Nomicon kept coming closer, "You can't use my powers against me. You have failed to learn about being a true Ninja." She then reached out her hand and said, "Kareu!" Suddenly, the Ninja suit unwrap around him, like a reverse to when the mask his put on. It returned back to its mask form and flew into Kim's open hand.
"No, my mask!" Antfee cried out. Anger quickened his heart and he charged at Kim, despite he was in his under wear. The Nomicon seem disturbed about it, but didn't show it. When Antfee approached her, he threw a fast punch, but Kim shift her head away. She then kicked him forward at the abdomen, sending him flying to a wall.
"It's over, Antfee!" She then motioned her hand to one of the many doors around. The door flashed a moment of light and revealed something written on it, 'The ultimate lesson.'
Seeing the door, Mac scoff, "You'll never wipe my memory, Nomicon. Someday, I'll come back for that Ninja suit and when I get it…" He began to run directly at Kim, "I'll kick everyone in Norrisville." Kim acted fast and jumped out of the way. However, his aim wasn't to hit her but to run into the exit. Before the Nomicon could stop him, he ran into the exit, leaving the Ninja Nomicon.
"He got away." Randy finally said, after watching everything.
"Yes, he did." The sudden voice startled Randy, causing him to turn to see who it was.
"Kim?"
Indeed, standing behind him was Kim, but unlike the former Randy watched she wore her normal modern clothes. The present Kim cocked a warming smile at him. "I'm guessing you want to ask me something after seeing all this."
"Yeah, do." He turned around fully to face her, "What was the point of this?"
Kim calmly breathed out, ready to explain, "I thought it was time you saw what really happened. There are some things I held back from you and if the time comes you'll see them. Randy, you and Antfee share a lot of things, but there is something Antfee didn't have but you do."
"Really what's that?"
"The pure heart of a hero."
Randy remained silent and turned his head away. Kim saw this and placed her hand on his shoulder, "You still have doubt, don't you?"
"I don't." Randy sighed, "I know I have it, but Kim you saw what happened to Antfee. That shows even a pure heart can darken."
Kim raised her eyebrow, "Really then how do you explain this?"
Randy looked at Kim with a confused look. He didn't know what she meant, but he then notice their surroundings. It was night time and they were in the woods. Just close to them was a bonfire, but the most noticeable were two familiar looking freshmen.
"Wait is that…me?" Randy stared at his past self.
"And Howard." Kim added.
Randy knew this scene well. It happened a few months ago when he accidentally released a demon bird known as the Tengu. The scene was at night and at the time Past Randy threw the Ninja mask into the bonfire. It burnt instantly, but something strange happened. The bornefire exploded, shooting out catfish light beaming to fly the sky. The catfishes combined, forming the symbol of the Ninja before changing back to the mask and falling into Past Randy's hands.
"Do you remember that?" Kim said, placing her shoulder on Randy's shoulder to get his attention.
Randy chuckled, a smile on his face, "How could I forget. I got the Ninja rage."
Just as he said, Past Randy wore the mask, causing flames to form around him. Past Howard stood close and in wonder as he watched the flames swirled around Past Randy. The Ninja suit formed around him, but it became fiery red along with his eyes as the same color. Past Randy brought out his sword and sliced it in the air with the combination of Ninja moves.
Present Randy smiled at this pleasantly. He watched the scene after, bringing him to remember more great times. Randy didn't know what made him to be glad to see this scene, but it just did.
"Now tell me, Randy…" Kim said, getting Randy's attention, "Does that show a heart turn dark."
"No." He answered happily.
The scene changed in a flash, returning back to the Norisu Nine's dojo. However, the room was different than any Randy has seen. The room was long in length, there were flames floating above the air without anything holding it and the walls were adorn with the Norisu Nine symbol.
Randy looked before him and found an altar shape thing standing above a few plights of stairs. Kim headed to the altar and bowed to it in a Japanese way. She then stood up straight and held out the Ninja mask.
"Randy, I believe this is yours." She displayed the mask for him to see. She then walked down the stairs, holding the mask proudly. Not long she stood before him, "When I first met you I thought you were just like the others, but as time went by you have proven me wrong. You have shown the greatest qualities of a hero and Ninja. Strength, love and purity, these are the things the Ninja must possess and these are the qualities that define you as the Norrisville Ninja."
Randy looked directly at the Ninja mask. He felt something odd, like a strange calling to the mask. It was a link and he knew what to do. Randy took the mask from Kim's hands and stared at it. He felt the wonderful fabric through his finger tips and smirked. Without a word, he wore the mask, adorning the mask over his head. But this time flames swirled around him, lifting him off the ground and suspending him in the air. The Ninja costume, unlike usual, became fiery red and so did Randy's eyes.
Through this ultimate transformation, Randy felt a surge of adrenaline like never before. He got out his sword and sliced it in the air while combining his Ninja skills to make more effect. The blade of his sword had flames on it as well.
Just as the transformation came, it began to cease. The adrenaline rush Randy felt began to cease from him, returning his Ninja suit back to the normal black and red. He landed safely on the ground, still wielding his sword which loses its energy.
"That was so bruce!" Randy exclaimed in excitement, "I felt a lot powerful than I'm usually in the Ninja Rage." He halted his excitement, turned to Kim and bow in a respectful Japanese way, "Thank you, Sensei. For everything."
Kim bowed as well, "You're welcome, my student."
Both of them stood of straight and looked at each other before the room was covered in a blinding light.

"Hello? Yamamoto?" Howard's voice echoed from the closet, "Are you there? I really got to use the bathroom."

Hey, everyone. I hope you enjoyed the chapter just as much as i enjoyed this. This story also made references to some episodes of the show and other things.
(1) Reference to the episode Swampy seconds.
(2) Reference to the episode Ninja Supremacy.
(3) A reference to the movie Back to the future. I love that movie and couldn't resist making a reference to it.
(4) Jamie Johnson, Bash real father in this story. I don't know if i should count that as a reference since he never appeared in the show.
(5) The Messanger makes his first debut in this story, though as a teen.
There are more references, but i didn't think they were neceassary. Now those that mentioned the references in the chapter were correct, especially Sarispy56 who also mentioned a show from Disney Channel. I didn't know anyone would guess that Kim copied a something similar to Jake's grandfather.
Congratulations to all those that mentioned the references. You are all Awesome!
This chapter has another great reference, but the question is which show? It's from Nickelodeon and from the show Avatar: The last airbender. But can you guess which episode? If you can please send them in a review.
Well that's all for now, sorry for the long author's note. I promise the author's note won't be long in the next chapter. Please tell me what you think of this chapter and if you have a question send it in a PM.
