Epilogue: At peace
Ten years have changed into my life.
I know that it sounds cliché, but it's the truth. I would say that a number of things changed for the better, especially how things can be so great.
After the wedding, I found a better job than the one I was working on. I began to write a children's story of a young boy and his fairies on their crazy adventure. Who knew that it would be a hit for children all over the world. After writing some few more books, a famous movie director wanted to make an adaption to a film with my stories and hope it would become a series. I agreed to it and it was a success. Since then I continued on creating more stories, while watching both Tammy and Tommie growing up.
Tootie, after the wedding, found a job as a secretary for a large car company. Since then she moved up as showing how much of a persuasive person she can be. Believe me, she persuaded me to do a number of things, and it works out all of the time. Now, beign a vice president, she spent time with our children and yours truly. She was as passionate as her job as she is with me and the kids. She would come by and will kiss and snuggle each other. From what I know, she is pregnant again. I don't mind having another child as she is also.
Vickie kept coming to visit us during holidays with Mark. Mark, even with what he wanted to do of taking over the earth and destroying it after, began to calm himself down and was holding a steady job as a manager for a large supermarket. From what I know he moved up as a supervisor. Vickie opened up a pet shelter and managed to take care of various animals. Her kindness rewarded her with kindness from others after years of forgiveness and change.
Chester was on top of the games. He became a savvy baseball player and was able to rack up win after win. After a number of years, he retired yearly. He did essential did married and found himself with a decent job as a car salesman, which he still had money from saving up on his baseball days.
AJ, was able to find the cure for cancer from all types. As he expected for his first child, he helped the FBI develop a new way to find more details of their suspects. It was interesting that after his second child was born, he was given to the Noble Peace Prize for his scientific research in cancer.
As I sit in my room, I felt a great weight lifted up from writing this. I do hope that someday, when my children become older, will see how much a second chance in life or how life can it be so great.
I know some would ponder about Trixie. To be honest, I haven't seen her in ten years and from what Vicky told me, she is already in another relationship. I would sigh about this as sooner or later something bad would happen. Years later it did bit her back when she ended being bankrupt, due to her spendthrift. It saddens me but hopes that one day she can find that joy she was looking for.
As I finished writing this, I look out the window with a simple smile and know that as I leave, my kids will be watched by Cosmo and Wanda.
