The next morning Micheal walked into his room, immediately seeing his two roommates cuddled up on Logan's bed. He slammed the door behind him waking the two boys with a start. Logan bolted up, fleeing the room with out a word. Chase watched him with blurry eyes, yawning lightly.

"Where were you all night?" Chase asked through his yawn. Micheal looked down at Chase coldly.

"As I told you in my note-" He paused to grab it off the desk and toss it in the trash. "I spent the night with Lisa." Chase nodded, still not noticing the bitter tone. "Doing just about the same thing as you and Logan as it turns out." The venom in this statement was unmistakable, causing Chase to frown deeply.

"He had a rough night, I was just trying to help." He replied defensively. Micheal sighed.

"Look. you don't have to bullshit with me. I didn't want to believe it, but somehow I knew John was right." He still wouldn't face Chase, as he began to stuff his backpack with books.

"John? What he said during study period you mean." Chase blushed lightly, but Micheal just snorted in reply.

"Not just study period." He nearly taunted.

"What do you mean?" Chase asked worriedly. Micheal finally turned to face him.

"You and Logan's little experiment is all over school. Chase, as your friend I'm begging you. Let it go." Micheal placed his hand on Chase's shoulder before turning towards the door.

Logan rushed out the dorm room nearly running to the showers. It seemed everyone he passed by watched and whispered, and when he finally reached the shower room, it was quickly abandoned. He rushed into a shower stall ripping off his cloths. His head was spinning and he felt this frustration, this anger, bubble up inside him. He growled loudly under the cover of the shower head. He had two lives; that's how it always was. His shitty home life, and his glorious life at PCA. Two lives, two sides of himself; but now he felt as though he had nothing, like his lives collided, canceling each other out entirely. He dried off, looking at himself in the mirror. He stared for a long minute, hoping he'd eventually see the same boy he'd seen in this same mirror not four days ago. He grunted, turning away angrily. That part of him was gone.

After he finished numbly preparing for another school day, Logan began heading through the park. As he walked, he began to feel more and more eyes on him. He hoped he was just being paranoid, but he knew this wasn't normal. He looked up to see Dakoda waving as she ran toward him.

"Logan! Hey!" She yelled excitedly until she got close enough to see his face. She frowned. "What's wrong?" Logan laughed wearily.

"Couldn't tell you for sure yet, but it's something." Dakoda frowned at his answer.

"Are you trying to figure it out, or can I talk to you about something unrelated?" Logan laughed at his twin. She was practically bouncing as she waited to talk to him.

"Yeah, sure, I mean go ahead." She grinned at him, a light blush crossing her face.

"I think I'm bi-curious." She said flatly. Logan laughed.

"Really? That's unexpected. Found yourself a woman?" Dakoda smiled somewhat evilly.

"I like this girl, but if she's ever going to like me back, I'm going to have to train her first." Logan gaped at her.

"Train her? Just like Joshua all over again."

"You remember Joshua?" Dakoda asked shocked.

"Of course, he was an honor student who played dungeons and dragons and you taught him smoke, to ditch, to drink, and to illegally ride a motorcycle. poor bastard was obsessed with you." Logan frowned remembering when Dakoda had first introduced them two years ago.

"Yeah, he was a quick learner. Too bad he wouldn't quit his bi-weekly dungeons and dragons games, I think we could have had a future..." She reminisced.

"Koda, if he had quit, you would have said something like 'its like hes not the guy I use to know anymore, its like hes given up his free will!' Joshua was not good enough for you no matter how you dressed him. Just keep that in mind with this new crush, ok?"

Chase shuffled across the campus, trying to wrap his brain around everything Michael had said to him. He looked up, suddenly noticing the looks and whispers. He groaned internally. Michael wasn't messing around, this seemed to be the most popular rumor on campus. He blushed, hoping it wasn't as obvious to Logan. After all, Logan hadn't done anything; sure, he didn't push Chase away, but Logan was having a hard time, maybe he just needed someone to hold him, someone to care until his anxiety passed. Maybe this would all blow over for him.

"Logan!" Logan turned to see John's beat in face grinning sadistically at him.

"What John." Logan replied exasperated focusing back on his notes.

"How many faggots does it take to screw in a light bulb?" John snickered out quietly. Logan just glared at him, but Dakoda replied smoothly.

"Three. One to deny it's there, one to screw it in, and the third to get the bloody pulp beaten out him." Logan and John stared at her shocked. "And you really should think of a less provoking word than faggot if you want to live to the end of the week." She added softly.

After world geography, Chase plopped down on the edge of the fountain with a loud groan. Briefly he considered ditching, but in reality he knew he couldn't. it was just too close to the end of the year, and he had been working really hard to do better than straight Cs. He rubbed his eyes with the palm of his hand.

"Wow. And I thought I looked tired." Zoey smiled, as she sat next to Chase. " You ready for Biology?"

"Not at all." Chase rubbed his eyes again, as Zoey made a contemplative sound. Chase looked up at her as she looked at the crowd passing by. As soon as Chase came into view they all began whispering to each other.

"So what happened?" Chase blushed deeply, turning away.

"Nothing, let's just get to class."
