Allie
How dare her. Ashley dared to let Allie be alone with Akisame, and it was Ashley's fault that Allie was hurt! Now Allie had to lay there on the table while Akisame examined her broken bone, and she had to be with him alone.
"Okay, Allie. Tell me if this hurts," Akisame said. He pushed down on Allie's side gently and Allie winced as pain shot through her body.
"Ow," she muttered. Akisame nodded.
"Well, your bone is definitely broken. But the good news is that it won't cause you to miss any training other than the rest of today," Akisame said. Allie nodded and sighed. "Now, please hold still. I need to put you to sleep for a while to get that bone back in place."
"Why do I need to go to sleep?" she asked.
"Well, moving something like a bone can cause serious pain, and I don't really want to cause you any more pain than you're already in," Akisame explained. Allie nodded.
"Okay," she said. Then she blushed as she felt Akisame put his hand on the side of her face, looking into her eyes.
"Don't you worry. When you wake up, you won't feel a thing," he said. Allie didn't know what to say to that. So she remained silent as he put an oxygen mask over her and she fell asleep.
She woke up a while later, feeling something pressed to her lips. She slowly opened her eyes to see Akisame bent over, his lips caressing hers. She felt dizzy as she turned into a red tomato. Akisame stood up and gazed into her eyes.
"All done, Sleeping Beauty. You may wake up now," he said.
"Um, uh, tha-thanks. Is um, my bone healed now?" Allie muttered. He stood straight and allowed Allie to sit up.
"Thanks to Kensei, your bone should be healed up and ready to go in a few days. Just make sure you stay off of it, okay?" he said, smiling at her. Allie's face got even redder.
"Um, yeah, sure." Akisame chuckled and he offered her his hand.
"Shall we go see how your friend's progress is going with Sakaki?" he asked. Allie nodded and took his hand. He helped her stand up and gave her crutches so she could walk on her own. She didn't dare mention the fact that he kissed her to wake her up, or that he called her sleeping beauty. Just the memory of that was enough to make her blush insanely.
They arrived at the dojo and saw Haley punching mits that Sakaki had on. She wasn't doing too well by the looks of it. Allie heard laughter and she looked to see Ashley talking with Takeda and Kenichi. For once, Ashley looked really excited about what they were talking about.
"Wow, looks like Ashley's getting along well with them," Allie pointed out. Akisame nodded.
"Yes, but I wonder what they could be talking about?" Akisame wondered. Allie wondered the same thing. It was rare that Ashley actually looked excited about something. So, in order to find out, Akisame and Allie walked over to them.
"Hey Ash!" Allie said.
"Oh, hey Al! Whoa, crap. I didn't know you would need crutches," Ashley said, laughing nervously. "Sorry."
"It's fine. It's only for a few days. Anyway, what were you guys talking about?" Allie asked.
"Just my upcoming concert and some of the songs we will be preforming," Ashley said.
"Yeah, and it sounds like a lot of fun!" Kenichi said. Allie laughed.
"They are! I've been to almost every concert Ashley's been in! And let me tell you, she's an awesome performer! And her voice isn't something to laugh at!" Allie praised. She saw a smile grow on Ashley's face and Ashley rubbed the back of her head.
"I wouldn't say I'm that good," Ashley muttered. Allie laughed.
"Then why do they ask you to be in every concert at that school? You're the only one who is reoccurring in the concerts!" Allie said, smiling. Ashley laughed.
"Wow! So you're a really good singer and dancer then? That's really cool!" Takeda said, looking at Ashley with awe. Ashley laughed.
"I guess I'm okay," she said. Just then her phone rang. "Hello?" She nodded a few times, then smacked herself on the forehead. "I am so sorry. I completely forgot that was today. Got it. I'll be there in about an hour." She closed her phone.
"What's up?" Allie asked.
"I have to go to rehearsal. I completely forgot it was today. I'll see you all later! Oh, and I'll be sure to give you guys the date and time for the upcoming concert! Bye!" Ashley said, running out of the dojo. Allie sighed.
"She's so forgetful. Honestly, she forgets those kinds of things so easily," Allie muttered. Akisame laughed.
"Well, since she had to leave in such a hurry, why don't you stay here until Haley is done training for the day?" Akisame suggested. Allie looked at him and nodded. While she was uncertain what that kiss meant, she really didn't feel like walking home alone today. Especially with crutches.
