Chapter 15: Journey to the Akatsuki's Base

Ashley's P.O.V

Our family on earth is not...the most normal family there. So it was only natural that Raeden's family in the Naruniverse wouldn't either. After dinner, we all decided to go to bed. The Okashi/Hatake household was huge...I mean these sons of bitches must be pretty damn rich. Everyone had their own room. Alaena, Cobi and I slept in our own seperate guest rooms. Erie left, but Kana lived with Rae's parents, and she even had her own room to sleep in. It was really nice to be able to finally sleep in a room alone now a days...even nicer to sleep in a home not filled with murderers to.

The next morning we had to explain to Raeden's parents about how we had to leave. Of course they didn't take it well. We then told them our story (Minus the Akatsuki of course) about how we had to leave or we would be in danger. They totally disagreed stating that they would make sure that doesn't happen until Raeden said: "Listen, the four of us have to go. Then we'll come back. Comprende? "

"Alright." they said finally. Seriously, it took us two hours to convince those bastards. Any who, now we were off to the entrance gate. To my surprise, It was very easy leaving the leaf village...especially since we weren't business there in the first place.

"I think this vacation is starting to get really weird..." We all paused, stopped and looked at Cobi.

"You're calling this vacation...Bitch, we are in a different universe, affiliated with a murderous organization and could be killed at any moment by random ninjas. How in the hell did this become a vacation." Raeden replied,

"We're not home, are we?" Cobi asked,

"Noooo~" Alaena, Raeden and I replied.

"Then we're on vacation." He said giving us a toothy grin.

'Idiot'

Now, we knew where the base was. All we had to do was go through the forest, through the two villages we were at a yesterday, then through the woods and boom. We would be there. Sounds simple right. But nooo~ when you are traveling with some people, simple things aren't so damn simple!

We were walking through the forest. Cobi was explaining to us about he met the Feudal lord of the land of fire and how he stated that he was his adopted dad. Even went on to say he had a bratty sister. Before actually meeting Rae's 'Narutoverse' parents I would of said "Bull shit." but now I could actually believe such a thing.

"Anyway, what do you think Pein will do to our asses when we return." I simply asked,

"I'm scared to even find out." Alaena answered. Being stabbed in the leg a two days ago, she was still limping slightly. Calm down, Kakuzu did stitch the wound up and treated before we we chased out of the town, yesh.

"I know we won't have an ass if we don't hurry up and get back." Raeden said.

"Well w-"

"Shhh~" Cobi said cutting me off...me!

"Do not 'shh' me bitch."

"You guys hear that?" Cobi asked.

"No," we answered. His eyes widened.

"Hide in the bushes!" He said in a loud whisper. Being slight thugs, when we heard 'jump in the bushes', we knew we had to jump in those goddamn bushes. About a minute past, then we saw about 4 ninjas leaping through the bushes past us. Of course we weren't seen, I guess its because we don't have chakra. As we were watching, we saw one stop.

"Oh shit." Raeden and I said in sync, as that ninja headed back in our direction. Our mouths we pin shut. He looked over at the spot were we were hiding. he stared, but then I guess he felt like no one was there because he set back off catching up with his teammates. We sat in the bushes.

"They're gone." Cobi stated before getting up.

"How do you know?Wait...how'd you even know they were coming?" Raeden, Alaena and I asked still kneeling behind the bushes.

"I don't know...its like I sensed them. I sensed their chakra I guess." Cobi stated before we shrugged.

"Thats pretty neat." Raeden said smirking at Cobi.

"I know, hehehe, I'm just that awe- SNAKEEEEE~" Cobi said holding up his arm where indeed a snake was rapping around it.

"Oh shit." I said before Alaena and I stepped about 10 feet back.

"OH SHIT!" Raeden said before she grabbed very lengthy, thick stick.

"Get it off me!" Cobi said panicking before Raeden whacked him with the stick on him arm. It hissed at her. She then closed her eyes then started beating away at Cobi in hopes of killing the snake. "Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit." Cobi gritted through his teeth while closing his eyes as the snake slithered up to his neck.

"Oh FUCK." Raeden said as she walked closer to Cobi. "Stay still Cobi." She then instructed while still walking towards him. The snake then bit Cobi, causing him to freak out before dropping to the ground unconscious. Raeden the grabbed that mother fucker, yanked him off of Cobi, slammed it into a tree with all her might, the stabbed the stake with the stick as hard as she could killing the snake. "Hot damn~" she said in sorrow as she stooped next to Cobi's unconscious body. Alaena and I then ran over there to help her out.

"Crap." I said as I stooped down next to Raeden looking over Cobi's wound.

"We have to suck the venom out!" Alaena said looking quite frantic at Cobi.,

"Not unless you want to get poison in your own lungs and die." Raeden looking examining the bite mark.

"Then what do we do?" Alaena asked,

"We need to get him to a hospital ASAP." I stated. The two small villages we were at yesterday had a small clinic and we were only 10-15 minutes away. Raeden and I picked up Cobi together and we all started running towards the village. We were there in 8 minutes. It took us no more than two minutes to actually find the clinic however.

"Whats wrong with him?" A nurse asked taking Cobi out of our possession then placing him on a gurney.

"He was bitten by a snake." I said, Alaena gave her the dead snake. Yes, we forced her to carry it. And no, It was not mean that we made her. You are suppose to try and kill the snake and give it to the hospital so they can know what kind of treatment to give him...duh. Anyway. They said they would be able to treat him and he should be just fine.

After treating Cobi the nurse said we could take him. Okay she didn't because he was unconscious, but she allowed us to...okay we kind of toke him. All in All we were back on our way to the Akatsuki base. We walked through the two villages, and through the woods before we noticed a familiar place.

"Okay...how the hell do we get in?" Raeden said while we both rested down a sleeping Cobi. Yes he was still unconscious. And before we knew it.

"Ashley-chan! Raeden-chan! Alaena-chan! and... What happened to Cobi-kun!?" Tobi said appearing out of no where. We explained to him about the past situation. He just nodded and opened the entrance to the base for us.

"Yes we're finally back!"

"I know ri- Wait how the hell did you wake up." Raeden said glaring at Cobi.

"Hey, you guys were willing to carry me, why pass on a free ride?" Cobi said grinning at us. Alaena just sighed.

"So your back, un." Deidara said emerging from his room to the living room. Sasori just shock his head at the scene of Raeden and I beating the fuck out of Cobi. Now, we were back with the Akatsuki again...I don't get paid enough for this shit.
