"Morning," Christi said. She had brown hair that went down to her shoulders, messed up after last night's sleep, and a light blue night gown embroided with ocean waves.
I smiled. "Morning, Christi," I said back.
I guess I should explain what I look like. My night gown was orange, embroided with flames, and my blonde hair went down half my back, also messed up. I went to my dresser picked up my brush, and started brushing my hair. I had to be ready for breakfast by 6:30.
My younger sister stretched and stood next to me. By then, my hair was almost done with its pre-brushing. "Nicole," Christ asked, "what did it feel like to do something right when you controlled your element for the first time?"
"Hmm. Well, it felt great knowing that I could actually use my powers." I finished my hair and picked up her bright blue brush. I started Tut her hair. "Knowing I could, just made me feel stronger and like I could do anything, like scale Mt. Ersten without a break." Mt. Ersten was the tallest mountain in our world. Topped with layers of snow miles deep, it was named after the first person to climb to the very top without dieing, Charles Annorld Ersten. Of course, he died of hypothermia days later.
"Really?"
"Really?"
I finished brushing her hair a few moments later, and I grabbed some clothes from my dresser. An orange, short-sleeve dress with a removable skirt, with orange leggings. The orange leggings were just a little darker than my dress. For Christi, I pulled out a blue dress with a removable skirt like mine, and black leggings. I got her dressed first, then brushed her hair one more time. Mom told us to do that; we need to brush our hair a hundred times a day.
By six twenty-five, I had gotten dressed and put my hair in a braid that fell over my shoulder, leaving some hair out from the front on my right so it covered that cheek. I heard a knock at the door. "Your Highnesses, are you ready?"
That may have caught you of guard, hearing somebody call us Your Highnesses. The answer is yes, we are royalty. "Yes, what is it you want, Elisa?"
"Just checking up on you. May I come in?"
"Of course you can," Christi called through the door to her.
Elisa opened the door, her short black hair glistening in the light of the rising sun. "Good morning, Your Highnesses. And may I say you both are looking lovely today.
Christi giggled and twirled around. "Why, thank you." I put a hand on her shoulder. Soon, the clock read thirty after six, and we headed out of the room.
Okay, hey guys! As you all should know, my name is DalekvsCybermen, and I decided to be more cheery. And some people might be wondering, "Where is the Doctor? I want to see the Doctor!" Well, the answer is this, he will not be appearing until later in the story. Also, sorry I haven't updated in a while. I have been really busy with school work, mainly pre-algebra. So, see you guys later. Bye!
