This was it. The not so almighty Pan was terrified, for whatever would the monster outside his tree do to him? Peter was helpless and weak, his strength was a minimum. He could easily be defeated now, unlike when he possessed the body of a child. He was now a feeble boy with little motivation or strength to defend himself.

As Hook kneeled down and slowly creaked open the hollow entrance, Peter squinted his eyes shut. The rope holding the entrance in place lifted as the entrance door rose and Captain James Hook placed his heavily curled head inside. Peering around, he caught a glimpse of the fragile body curled up in the corner. The body was of a boy's. He was large and pale, like he had not been exposed to sun light for many moons. He was covered in strings of leaves that hugged around his chest, shoulders, legs and inner body. Hook grew confused, as he had never seen this being before.

"Tell me your name, mere boy." He quizzed. Peter shook in distress. He was not like this last time he encounter Hook's wrath. He was ashamed of himself for what he had become. "P- Pet-" Was all he managed to croak out. However, that was all Hook needed. His voice. It was courageous and wise, and was coated with a hint of adventure. It sounded familiar, like a previous soul whom he had met. But, it had changed, it was now deeper and wiser. The captain sighted the boy's blonde locks fall clumsily down over his sun kissed skin. Only one boy had such golden hair and skin to match.

Consulting what to do, Peter gazed at the entrance. Heaving in fright, he needed to come up with a plan, and fast. Then, it hit him. All he needed to do was take hold of the rope holding up the entrance door.

Suddenly, the crew standing outside the tree started buzzing around frantically, shouting for the captain's attention. "Shut it my men!" The captain shouted furiously. "Bloody scoundrels..." he muttered to himself. Turning his head around to see what all the fuss was about, Peter decided to make his move. Reaching his arm across the hollow tree, he grasped the roughened rope and took it into his mouth. Silently, he started biting down on the rope, hoping to break it apart. His k9's were sharp from all the raw meat he chewed, like those of a large dogs. Soon enough, the rope broke apart, and the entrance door gave way. Plummeting down, the door toppled on top of the now lightheaded Hook, causing him to retrieve back to the outside world in a disorientated mess. This was it, it was Peter's time to escape. Gathering up all his energy, he unraveled himself from his curled up position, and took a leap for the clouds, picturing the minimal happy thoughts he still had, those of Wendy. He so desperately wished he didn't think of her, but without the thoughts, he would never be able to fly away. It was either not to think of Wendy and stay to face Hook, or to fill his head with her blissful thoughts and escape. Peter figured it was alright to sacrifice the thoughts this one time.

Hook's eyes darted towards the boy that flew above his head. Flying? Was this boy really flying? It couldn't be, the one who everyone thought had abandoned them all. He was back, the almightily Peter Pan was back.

Flying out the entrance, Peter breathed in the scent of liveliness. As he passed each flower, they slowly rose from their sorrowful state, and as he passed the trees, the cocoons attached to their branches slowly broke free and cascaded the sky with effervescent soaring butterflies. Allowing himself to feel the "feelings" Wendy made him sense, Peter finally smiled for the first time in a very long time, and as the sun drifted from behind the clouds and bathing him in sunlight as result of his glorious smile, Neverland and all its creatures smiled with him.

Soooo- Peter's back! What do you guys think? Should he stay? What about the general story. Is it bad/ good? Please pretty please tell me in a review!
