I don't own Harry Potter or Code Lyoko

Revelation

Aelita was using the interface as Odd, Yumi, Ulrich and Sissi defended her. Harry was off talking to Franz. Yumi hit a manta.

"I've got a bad feeling about this," said Yumi. "Are you almost done Aelita? Can you tell Harry to hurry up Jeremy?"

"Sorry," replied Jeremy as he looked at the display. "Harry's gone off the screens. Franz must be hiding him."

"Yes. Almost."

Ulrich sliced the underbelly of a manta. Odd shot at it as it started to fly upside down and he destroyed it.

"Watch out. Another squadron of mantas is heading your way."

Harry walked slowly out of the sector.

"What's up Harry?" asked Sissi as she rubbed his shoulders.

"I don't feel like talking about it. It's the reason Xana is after me."

"This isn't the time for you to be wallowing in misery Harry," said Ulrich as he slapped him. "We need you, as always."

"I'm done. The controls are all yours Jeremy."

"Great. Here come your vehicles," said Jeremy as he regained control. They appeared and the six climbed aboard before flying away. One of the tunnels opened and they flew through it.

Lab

Jeremy looked through the data as they walked in.

"So? Anything good?" asked Aelita as they peered over his shoulder.

"No, I wouldn't call it good…"

"Huh?" asked Harry and Aelita.

"More like amazing!" continued Jeremy.

"Ha!"

"With this, I bet I can crack the code of Franz Hopper's diary!"

"Way cool," said Ulrich. Harry and Sissi nodded.

"The only problem is I'm going to need a supercomputer to process such a large amount of data! I'll have to activate a tower or two," said Aelita.

"Uh, that didn't go very well last time. Xana hates it when we play with his toys," pointed out Yumi.

"Like nearly killing Odd is a way of telling us to back off," muttered Harry.

"I know," said Jeremy as he put his head on his hands. "But we don't have a choice. What did Franz talk to you about Harry? You're kinda out of it."

Harry sighed. "The reason Xana is after me. Apparently I've got this program."

"You have a lot of programs," said Yumi.

"Not like this one. Apparently it allows me to override anything. It's more advanced than anything else. That's the reason why Franz has been giving me so many powers. So the program can be hidden. And so I can protect myself."

They gaped at them.

"Close your mouths before you catch flies."

"If Xana gets hold of that," said Jeremy. "We'll have no chance. He could get into anywhere."

"And get past any encryption," said Harry. "Like the one on the restricted part of the supercomputer so he could get rid of all the data there. Xana can hack into anything already but he'll be noticed unless he uses a tower and it would take time. With this program, he can do it without anyone noticing in an instant."

"So why doesn't Xana just take it from you?" asked Sissi.

"Because Franz locked it to my DNA. Only I can use it so if he controls me, he can use it."

"Right, can we go eat now?" asked Odd. Everyone stared at him like he'd grown a second head. "It's mashed potato today!"

"You have a one track mind Odd," said Harry.

"You can have mine. I'd better stay here to prepare the mission. That way, we can set out right after lunch," said Jeremy as he turned back to the computer.

Kadic

"Um…Jeremy's not coming, he said I could have his portion too, Rosa," said Odd as he was served. Rosa gave him more.

"With everything you put away I just don't understand how you can still be so scrawny!"

"I am not scrawny, I'm svelte!" yelled Odd. "So come on Ulrich, stop holding out on us! What's your overall average?"

"Seventy-three for the term," said Ulrich reluctantly as they sat down. "Dad's going to kill me."

"Well me, I got seventy-five! I beat you!"

"I got ninety six for the term," said Harry proudly.

"Only because you made up some points in art class! And Harry is a genius. What about you, Aelita? What's your grade point average?" asked Ulrich as he turned to her.

"Ninety-five point two."

"Huh?!" asked Odd and Ulrich.

"Um…but it's only because of math!"

"Yes, but still, you must've gotten good grades in all your classes! That's great! Especially since you're not really…uh…I mean…" Ulrich looked for a word.

"Don't worry, I know very well I'm not really human. Still, sometimes I get a strange feeling, as if…as if I've already lived here…weird, huh?" asked Aelita. Harry facepalmed.

"You have lived here before Aelita."

"Oh, that's just the "magical Odd effect"! You know, you see me once, and you feel you've known me forever," interrupted Odd as he managed to get potato on his nose. Sissi sniggered as Herb glared at the table.

"Hey, magic Odd effect, you know you got some mashed potatoes right on your face," point out Ulrich. Aelita laughed.

Outside

Odd's phone buzzed and he read the text. "No way!"

"Something wrong?" asked Ulrich.

"Not really. Some girl wants me to meet her in the woods!"

"You kidding? Who?" asked Aelita.

"The number's masked. No doubt about it: it's just another girl who's too shy to admit she's crazy about me!" exclaimed Odd.

"You know, Odd, your love life is like something out of a soap opera," said Ulrich as he smiled.

"Oh yeah, and yours is real simple, hm?"

"Be careful Odd," warned Harry as he rubbed his head. "It could be Xana setting a trap. It is Xana setting a trap. I really need to sort out that program. I have had enough headaches."

"Harry's right," said Sissi. "It could be a trap."

"Or it could be real," called Odd as he walked off.

Lab

The Superscan popped up with an activated tower.

"An activated tower? Oh boy, that's all I needed!" moaned Jeremy as he called Ulrich.

Kadic

"Yeah? Jeremy? Ok. Be right there. Activated tower."

"How did I guess?" asked Harry with an eye roll.

"You call Yumi. I'll call Odd," continued Ulrich. "You knew because you're the living Xana detector."

Harry winced.

Odd

Odd jogged into the woods.

"Uh…are you there? It's me, Odd!" called Odd as his phone rang. "What do you mean, SOS Xana?! No way, not now!"

He heard a rustling noise behind him.

"Huh?"

A shadow slipped behind him.

"No!"

Lab

"Where's Odd?" asked Jeremy as they walked in.

"I sent him a text message, but he was supposed to be meeting some sort of mystery girl," explained Ulrich.

"A girl? What girl?" asked a confused Jeremy.

"Mystery girls don't leave their names!"

"I hope he won't be much longer. Not only do we have to decode Franz Hopper's notes, but now we have to deactivate the tower as well!"

"That's easy," said Harry. "Send me to deal with the activated tower as you sort out the decoding."

"Let's go then," said Sissi. Jeremy called Odd.

"Come on Odd. Pick up!" There was no response. "No answer. Forget him for now. I'll send him over when he gets here. Transfer Harry. Transfer Sissi. Scanner Harry. Scanner Sissi. Virtualisation. Transfer Yumi. Transfer Aelita. Transfer Ulrich. Scanner Aelita. Scanner Yumi. Scanner Ulrich. Virtualisation."

Lyoko

"So, where's the tower?" asked Harry as the three appeared.

"Here I am, Jeremy!" called Odd as he walked into the scanner room.

"Not a minute too soon, I've been trying to call you," replied Jeremy.

"I was…busy."

"Huh? Well then, get ready. I'll launch the process. Transfer Odd. Scanner Odd. Virtualisation." The computer came up with an error. "What? What's going on? Odd?"

"Everything's ok. I'm on Lyoko." Harry looked at him suspiciously.

"There was a bug during the transfer. No way. The tower has just deactivated itself!"

"Are you sure?" asked Ulrich.

"Yeah! The Superscan shows all clear! As if Xana has called off his attack…"

Odd folded his arms.

"What's wrong Harry?" whispered Sissi.

"I don't think that's Odd."

"Are you sure?" whispered Yumi. Harry nodded.

"As sure as I can be here. My Xana senses don't work here.

"Well that's one less thing for us to worry about, right?" asked Ulrich. "Right Odd?"

"Right."

"What's up with him?" asked Ulrich. "Is he sulking?"

"Maybe his rendezvous didn't go well…" suggested Aelita.

"Here are your rides. Please remember we have a diary to decode. I've chosen the tower at 72 degrees south and 55 degrees west."

They headed off in the right direction.

"There it is," said Yumi as she pointed at it. Harry studied it.

"Easy to defend… we'll have to keep an eye out for flying monsters though. Or I could give us same back up."

Aelita entered it as soon as they landed. Harry called up some Scorpions and Eagles.

"As soon as I activate the tower, start the decoding process."

"I'm ready, Jeremy," said Aelita as she started to use the interface.

"Ok, I'm activating the tower…now!"

The tower turned green.

"It's working!"

"The decoding of the data's underway, Jeremy! But it might take some time…" said Aelita.

"No problem! Whenever Xana leaves us in peace, everything's cool!"

The scorpions surrounded Odd.

"Are they meant to do that?" asked Ulrich.

"Their orders are to attack any monster."

"Uh-oh, I spoke too soon. Watch out, Xana's creatures heading your way!" warned Jeremy.

"Where from?" asked Yumi as she looked around.

"I can't see anything," said Sissi.

"There!" Harry pointed at them. the Eagles attacked and they blew up.

"Nice going Harry," said Ulrich. "It's a good thing you developed those monsters. Xana's pulled out the big guns though!"

Odd shot Harry who dodged without looking. "Ninja instincts. Got to love them."

Odd then hit Yumi twice and she devirtualised.

"Jeremy! Xana's taken over Odd!" called Ulrich.

"What?!" asked Jeremy in disbelief.

"Yes, I'm sure of it! He tried to attack Harry but it didn't work." Ulrich blocked Odd's shots.

Hermitage

Odd woke in a drain that was filling with water. He tried to climb up but he slipped and fell. He tried again.

"I wish I was harry. He can climb up anything. Hey! Is anyone there?! Help!"

The water continued to rise and Odd couldn't touch the bottom.

"Help!"

Lyoko

"I don't know how Xana did it," said Ulrich as Harry shot at Odd. Yumi joined Jeremy by the terminal.

"I do. It's not the real Odd," said Jeremy.

"What?" asked Yumi.

"It's one of Xana's polymorphic clones."

"Where's the real Odd?" asked Sissi as she tried to shoot Odd but she got devirtualised. Harry closed his eyes.

"He's at the Hermitage. If we don't hurry, he'll drown."

"Talk about a tailgater! Worse than Herb," muttered Ulrich as he led the clone away.

"He's trying to get all of you away from the tower."

"Why?" asked Harry.

"What's going on?" asked Aelita. "Is there a problem?"

"Oh man. Xana's trying to gain control of the Tower. Abort the mission! Stop decoding and come back to Earth!" ordered Jeremy.

"Ok."

She started to move the files.

"Yumi, where are you?" asked Jeremy in to the microphone.

"In the woods. But it's trying to find a needle in a haystack! I know Harry said the Hermitage but…"

"Wait, while I was hacking into the network, I managed to locate the emergency telephone closest to Odd's phone."

"You can do that?" asked Yumi in surprise.

"Of course I can! He's in the north east corner of the woods. That's if he has his phone on him."

"That's near the Hermitage."

"Jeremy, we've got a problem…I can't stop the decoding program! It's taking up too many resources, it's out of my control now," said Aelita.

"Bad news: if Xana manages to get control of the tower now, he'll be able to get into the restricted access part of the Supercomputer! I could lose all the data in Franz Hopper's diary!" said Jeremy worriedly.

"Not to mention everything you've programmed in yourself! Our combat gear, the vehicles, the transfer codes…and my materialisation program…"

"This is a nightmare. Ulrich! Harry! Xana's about to get control of the tower, you have to stop it!

"Uh…right, ok…but how?" asked Ulrich.

"Isolate the tower but cutting the wire that leads to it."

Harry ran over and started hacking through it.

"You're wasting your time, Xana! Odd has never beaten me yet!" yelled Ulrich.

The clone of Odd turned into Harry.

"Uh…yeah…well ok, uh…that changes things…! Harry! Get yourself over here! The clone has changed into you!"

The clone rushed Ulrich but Harry pushed him out of the way.

"You sort out the wires. I'll deal with this."

Yumi

Yumi called Odd's phone. She looked around and noticed it lying on the floor.

"Odd!"

Lyoko

The tower turned red.

"Jeremy! Send more energy to the tower!" ordered Harry. "It will help slow Xana down!"

"Is there anything new Aelita?" asked Jeremy

"There's no way to stop the process! Everything's buggy!"

Harry and his clone continued to fight.

"No attempts at manipulation? Looks like I'll have to use some tricks."

He shot of and used Ulrich's shadow to get behind the clone. Harry then stabbed it and it devirtualised.

"Hey, you're not so bad there, Harry! Full of surprises, huh?" asked Ulrich as Harry started to help. The ninja rolled his eyes and went to top speed. The wire was soon cut through.

"Hey, no fair!"

Hermitage

"It figures, at least I don't have to climb anymore!" muttered Odd as he clung to the grate. The water was up to his neck. "Aaaargh! Well I guess you could say I'm really up to my neck in trouble this time!"

Yumi ran over and attempted to lift the grate.

"Odd!"

Lyoko

"Oh! Xana is about to steal all my data! We're done for…" Jeremy trailed off. "What are you doing?"

"Cutting the wires?"

"Make it fast!"

Several Tarantulas arrived and devirtualised Ulrich.

"Ulrich! Harry watch out! The Scyphozoa is nearly there!"

"Oh great. I don't want to be possessed!"

The tower turned white as Harry glanced at it.

"What the…" Harry stared. "Franz has taken control of the tower!"

The Scyphozoa picked up Harry.

"Not now! I belong to no one!"

"I don't get it, it looks like Xana has lost control of the tower," said Aelita, not hearing Harry.

"Franz Hopper! Franz Hopper's helping us!" said Jeremy. "What's going on your side?"

Ulrich and Sissi looked over his shoulder.

"The decoding program is going full speed!"

The diary opened.

Hermitage

Yumi continued to strain at the grate. It came off and she pulled Odd out.

"No girl's ever kept me waiting that long!" They laughed.

Lyoko

The tower turned blue. Harry concentrated and the Scyphozoa dropped him.

"Just forget about possessing me Xana. It's not going to happen."

The Scyphozoa floated away.

"Yumi?" asked Jeremy as he rang her.

"I've got Odd. What about you?" asked Yumi as Odd tried to sort out his hair. It didn't work.

"Decoding Franz Hopper's diary."

Jeremy looked at Ulrich who smiled.

Harry's and Jeremy's Dorm

"Franz Hopper was the creator of Xana. In his diary, he wrote down everything that happened during the creation of Lyoko. Everything," explained Jeremy. "Some of it we already know thanks to Harry's efforts with his mum's diary."

"That means we'll be able to find the antivirus," said Aelita joyfully.

"It does. Nut there's more. It confirms something Harry has been saying for ages."

"What?" asked "Ulrich. "Speak up. Harry has been saying lots of things which are normally right."

"Well, before Franz Hopper virtualised himself on Lyoko and before being a prisoner of Xana he lived on Earth."

"We knew that," said Sissi. "I remember Daddy saying something about his disappearance. And there were police around."

"Yes, but what we didn't know, was that he had a child. A little girl."

"Really? Well what became of her?" asked Odd. Harry's mouth twitched.

"He virtualised her on Lyoko at the same time as himself," said Jeremy.

"And? Did she fall victim to Xana too?" asked Yumi.

"Not exactly," said Harry. "She lived on Lyoko with Xana attacking her."

"No, she stayed on Lyoko like Harry said," said Jeremy as he looked at Aelita.

"Huh? But that's impossible! If Hopper's daughter were on Lyoko, I would've definitely known, I…! …I'm…not…" Aelita trailed off as Jeremy nodded "…oh!"

"I told you that you were human," said Harry as he grinned like the Cheshire cat.

"I never really believed it."

"This confirms what Harry has been saying for months," said Jeremy. "You are actually Harry's cousin and not an identical stranger. Harry, there's are file just for you. I'll send them to your laptop. I think they're from your parents."

"My dad knew about this?"

"Apparently."

Harry frowned and closed his eyes to find himself on his mindscape.

"Mum? Dad? Are you here?"

"We're always with you, even if you don't realise it. Go back…"

He opened his eyes.

"Send me those files Jeremy. Do you mind if I watch them on my own?"

They shook their heads. Harry plugged in some headphones and started to play the files.

"There's also something about Xana possessing Harry when he was younger."

"WHAT?!" Harry stared at him.

"Apparently you showed no fear when he sent his monsters to attack you and just defeated them. That intrigued him so he took control."

"No wonder he wants you," said Ulrich. "He wants the same level of control as he did then."

"A one year olds mind and a thirteen years old mind are different. A one year old doesn't' exactly have much of a personality. And a one year old defeated monsters?" asked Harry sceptically.

"Look." Jeremy showed him the file. Harry watched the small ninja reach a hand towards a Krabe. It attacked and the young Harry dodged and defeated the three Krabes.

"How?"

"I don't know."
