The families meet up to help select the wedding menus. What could possibly go wrong? Enjoy.

Steph's POV

Saturday started out simple enough. Carlos and I took our time getting out of bed. Neither of us was physically cleared to do much more than kiss, so too much time in bed could be a little frustrating. Since we decided to get together, we've been apart, if you get my drift. Being so close to Carlos could be hard, but we managed because neither of us was really up to doing much. This morning, we lounged in bed and ate a basic breakfast of bagels, cream cheese, orange juice and coffee.

We took our time getting ready as there was only one thing we really needed to do today. We needed to go to Chimney Rock Park and meet my parents, Carlos' parents as well as Ella and Luis. We were going to be sampling the menu for the wedding. Carlos also arranged for a few local bakers to prepare wedding cake samplers. I have already decided what I want the cake to look like. It will match our wedding colours and the damask pattern that will be on the men's waistcoats. We just had to decide on the flavour or flavours. Carlos even requested some less indulgent options that I was looking forward to tasting.

We got showered, Carlos helping me with my cast and took our time getting ready. Once again, we realised that we still haven't replaced our wardrobes, so we were stuck wearing the things I bought in D.C. Luckily, those clothes were relatively smart and would suit a day out with our parents.

We were to meet our parents at 3PM, so we had a leisurely lunch and then took our time driving to the park. When we were passing through Hillsborough Township, Carlos saw a small clothing boutique and decided to stop. We walked in the front door and straight away, I could see why Carlos wanted to stop. He pointed to a cornflower blue sun dress that was hanging in the window.

I looked at the dress and agreed that it was very pretty. He told me to try it on, so I did. I came back out to show him what it looked like. He growled and said, "That's perfect Babe."

He turned and looked at the shop assistant and asked, "Can she wear that out of here?"

The woman nodded and said, "Please come over here and I'll cut off the tags for you. It's a beautiful dress, but it looks better on you than most."

I turned a bit red and thanked the woman for the compliment. Carlos paid and we put my other dress in a bag and headed back to the car. He put the bag in the back, but instead of climbing in the car, he took my hand and helped me hobble down the street to another shop. This one sold costume and semi-precious stone jewellery. Carlos picked out some silver drop-earrings with blue beads and a matching necklace. He also found a very pretty statement necklace that had purple beads of varying colours. He thought it might be nice for Julie to wear to the wedding. I looked at Carlos and said, "I think we should give it to Julie as a gift, but not for the wedding. Her dress is purple, so purple jewellery won't really suit it. I was thinking of giving silver jewellery to my bridesmaids. The dresses that the women are wearing already have integrated jewellery. The one that Julie is wearing does not, but it had a busy neckline. I was thinking of a bracelet or decorative watch instead.

Carlos nodded and said, "Let's pick up a few catalogues from the various jewellery shops in town here. We can get more in Trenton. I want to get something for the guys as well. I was also thinking about a watch, but something a bit more substantial and useful."

"That's a good idea. If I can find something like that for the women, that would be good. The difference is that I want something that is more jewellery-like, but something they can wear again."

"OK Babe, let's go for a walk. We have an hour to drive about 10 miles, so we have plenty of time."

We went into several shops. Some made custom jewellery and other sold typical brand names that we could get anywhere. We got a pamphlet or catalogue from each. We may end up buying a gift for each to wear for the wedding and a second gift as a thank you present as well. We hadn't decided yet and we would discuss it a bit more before making a final decision.

One of the shops we passed sold handmade pottery. Attached to the back of the building was a studio where the owner made the things she sold. I looked around and saw so many things that would be beautiful in our kitchen. Carlos also seemed impressed with the selection and style of the plates, bowls and other tableware.

Carlos' POV

We had looked in several shops and when we walked into a shop filled with handmade plates, bowls, mugs and various other things, I looked at my Babe and said, "What do you think about asking the potter to make us a set of tableware and serving dishes for our new house?"

"I think I'd love that. This is all so beautiful and elegant. We could mix and match it and set a very nice table."

I agreed so I walked up to the woman behind the till and asked, "Is this your work?"

The woman shook her head and said, "No. My sister is the potter. I just work in the shop. Would you like to talk to her?"

I nodded my head so she pressed a button and another woman appeared through a back door moments later.

"Hi. How can I help?"

"Actually, we were wondering if we could commission you to make a full set of tableware for us."

The woman seemed shocked. "You want a full set? Nobody has ever asked for that before. Do you want a specific pattern or colour?"

"We would like a specific mix. Do you have a catalogue that we could look at?"

The woman turned and riffled through the desk and pulled out a worn booklet. She handed it to me and said, "This is the only one we have. I can make anything in that book in any colour you see here."

I nodded and said, "Do you have a piece of paper? My fiancée and I can take a moment now and come up with a list of what we want."

The woman handed us a piece of paper and left us to talk. After about 15 minutes, we handed the woman the paper. She took a look at our order and said, "I have quite a lot of what you requested out back. If you want, you can come into the studio and take a look. I can make you a complete set, but it will take about 6 or 7 weeks to get everything finished."

I looked at my Babe. She smiled at the woman and said, "We'd love to take a look at what you have in stock. There's no point in you working yourself to the bone when you have what we want already made."

The woman looked a little relieved and we followed her out back. By the time we left later that afternoon, we had almost 1/2 of what we wanted. The potter would make the rest and call us when it was ready. She carefully packaged everything into 3 boxes and helped us load them into the back of the Cayenne. We thanked her, paid her the full amount and then hurried to the hotel. Of course, we were the last to arrive, but none of our parents complained. We weren't late. We were almost exactly on time.

Ella's POV

Luis and I arrived a little early. We expected to be the first people there, so we took a walk around the park before heading to the hotel. When we walked in, we saw the Plums and the Manosos deep in conversation. Ellen looked up and saw us approach and stood to greet us. She introduced me and Luis to her husband Frank and then Maria did the same for her husband Ricardo.

I looked down at my watch to see that it was only 2:30. We agreed to meet at 3, so I was a little surprised to see we were all early. Ellen must have read my expression because she said, "Frank and I decided to come a little early and take a walk through the park. It's a beautiful day and we wanted to take a look around."

Maria laughed and said, "That's exactly why we arrived early. We knew that once the kids got here, we'd forget about the scenery."

I laughed and nodded. "We had the exact same thought. Also, Luis and I enjoy walking. We might come back here a bit more. The scenery is beautiful and it's near enough to home that it doesn't take too long to get here."

Well, we were all here early, so we decided to head into the dining room early and have a drink. Those of us that were not driving were on our second drink. We ladies were sitting on one side of the table giggling away as the men talked about sports, the wedding. Frank was once again expressing his wish that Stephanie and Carlos provide him with a grandson soon. He wasn't getting any younger you see.

Ellen overheard this and rolled her eyes. She said, "Give them a chance to be married before you rush them into being parents."

Just then, Carlos and Stephanie walked in and the conversations stopped so we could greet the young couple.

Steph's POV

We walked in and heard the end of a statement made by my mother of all people. She was chastising my Father about wanting a grandson from us so soon after the wedding. Carlos raised his eyebrow at us as we walked in. Of all people to suggest we wait to have children, my mom was the last person I expected to have that opinion.

As soon as we entered the room, I looked around and asked, "We're not late are we?"

Everyone stood and greeted us with hugs and handshakes.

My Dad looked at us and said, "No Dear, you're not late. We all wanted to come and do a bit of exploring around the park before we ate. We just decided to sit down and get to know each other a little better, now that we're going to be family."

Carlos went off to get us some drinks and to find Rob. He wanted Rob to meet our family because he will have to deal with them while our engagement party and wedding are planned. Carlos returned a little while later with Rob. He made the introductions and the ladies took Ron off to the side to talk about the party.

The wedding plans came up, but instead of offering to help, they had questions on how we wanted the fathers to dress. I looked at Carlos and asked, "Do you think we should have our fathers match the rest?"

"Not necessarily Babe, but I think a new suit for each would be a good idea."

Carlos turned and looked at our fathers and said, "If you can both be available for a measurement session and later a fitting, we'll provide the suits. We'll be wearing charcoal grey, so perhaps you can wear classic black or navy blue, or even pinstripes. It's really up to you."

My Dad looked at me and said, "Your mother has already bought her dress. I think a dark navy blue suit for me would match her extremely well."

I smiled and said, "That's great Dad. Why don't you get Mom to bring her dress on the day you go for your measurements. The tailor will have tonnes of fabrics available and she can help you choose."

My Dad nodded and we looked at Ricardo. He looked over at Maria and said, "I think my wife plans to wear something bright. I think black would be better for that."

"OK Papa, we'll give you the time and location so you can join us for our measurements. If Mama wants to come too, that's fine."

I looked at Carlos and asked, "What about Luis and Ella?"

Luis overheard and said, "Ella has a dress and I already have a tailored suit from our son's wedding. It's black with grey pinstripes and if you think it will be suitable Carlos, I don't need another suit."

Carlos nodded and said, "Come along the day we do the measurements and bring your suit. We need to make sure it still fits and that its style matches the others. If necessary, we'll make you a new suit."

I looked around and I realised something. There was no sign of Grandma Mazur or Carlos' Abuela Rosa. I looked at Ricardo and asked, "Did Abuela Rosa come with you today?"

Ricardo looked around and said, "She did. She and your Grandma Mazur took to each other straight away. They're around here somewhere. They didn't want to walk with us so they went to sit outside and have some tea."

I looked around a little but didn't see them anywhere. I caught Carlos' eye and nodded my head towards the door. We met at the door and I said, "Apparently Grandma Mazur and your Abuela are here somewhere. They didn't fancy a walk earlier so they went off on their own. Should we look for them?"

"We'll look for them if they haven't returned by the time we're supposed to eat. They still have another 30 minutes until we need to worry."

I shrugged and returned to our parents and Ella and Luis. They all seemed to get along really well. It was sort of unexpected. I guess removing the need for them to plan the wedding has removed any possible tension that usually happens between future in-laws. Or at least that's what I thought. I remember my first wedding. My mother and Dickie's mother almost came to blows a few times over specific details. This time, the specific details will be left to me and Carlos.

Speaking of Carlos, he walked over right then and asked, "Is now a good time to ask our parents to help with certain things for our wedding?" I nodded and Carlos took over from there.

He cleared his throat and said, "As you all know, Stephanie and I have decided to plan our own wedding. We have made a bunch of decisions, but we have a few things that we'd like to allocate to each of you."

Ricardo said, "Sure Son, we'd love to help."

"Thanks Papa. I'll start with you, since you spoke first. We were hoping that you could organise the transportation needed to get the male 1/2 of the wedding party to the wedding. You may also have to transport the flower girl if she prefers to travel with her father, so we'll need to be flexible. Mama and Abuela will also need to be accounted for."

Ricardo smiled and said, "I'd be happy to organise that. Do you have any special requests?"

Carlos shook his head and said, "As long as I get there, I don't care if it's a rusted out bucket."

I laughed and said, "Please don't use a rusted out bucket. There's a chance it would get blown up with me around."

This caused everyone to laugh, so Carlos nodded at me and I looked at my Dad.

"Dad, we were hoping that you could arrange the women's transport on day of the wedding."

My Dad beamed and said, "It would be my honour Pumpkin. I have a great idea. I'm assuming transporting your mother and Grandma Mazur is also my responsibility?"

I nodded and he looked a little less enthusiastic, but he was happy enough.

Carlos took the next topic. He looked over at Ella and Luis and said, "We haven't discussed exactly what we'll do on our wedding night, but we do know that we want to go somewhere special. We were hoping that you two could arrange a car and non-RangeMan driver to transport us."

Ella raised her eyebrow and asked, "Why do you want a non-RangeMan driver?"

"Carlos grinned and said, "The driver won't be told where we're going until we get in the car. This is for privacy, security, and so my men can enjoy the party. If one of them has to drive us, they wouldn't be able to drink or have as much fun."

Ella seemed to accept this and I moved on to the next topic. "I have already decided what flowers I want for the bouquets and buttonholes for the men. I am hoping that you three ladies can work together to make my dream a reality. I also have a pretty good idea about the flowers I want for the wedding and the reception."

All three women smiled and looked at each other. My mother said, "Why don't we go over the basic wedding plans you already have after we eat. That way, all of us can see the colour theme and you can explain the flowers you want. We can then go to several florists and see about getting samples or trial pieces so you can approve or request changes."

"That sounds good. I have dress drawings, fabric swatches, photos of flowers and a bunch of other things."

Carlos' POV

I looked at my watch and saw that we were due in the dining room. I looked around and still didn't see Grandma Mazur or Abuela Rosa. I was beginning to get a bit worried so I excused myself and went looking for the missing women. I walked into the lounge and found them sitting on a very high-backed love seat chattering away.

Abuela Rosa speaks very little English, and up until now, I didn't think Grandma Mazur spoke Spanish. They were communicating perfectly well, based on their giggling and whispers. I couldn't quite hear what language they were speaking, so I moved closer, trying to stay hidden. I approached and was very surprised to hear a language I did not recognise. They were speaking a mixture of three or four languages, one of which I did not recognise.

Edna looked up and saw me and grinned. "Carlos, is it time for food? Rosa and I were just discussing our hunger."

I nodded and asked, "What language were you two just speaking?"

Edna smiled and said, "Well, Rosa speaks little English and I speak only a little Spanish. As luck would have it, she and I both know a little Hungarian and a little Italian. Between the 4 languages, we seem to be able to communicate sufficiently."

I looked at my Abuela and asked in Spanish "I didn't know that you spoke Italian or Hungarian."

Abuela Rosa grinned and replied in Spanish, "There's a lot about me that you don't know dear Carlos."

I told them that we needed to move into the dining room, so they both stood with my help. I held out my arms and each woman took one as I led them into the dining room.

I saw the relief on my Babe's face when she saw our grandmothers intact and looking happy. She tried to raise her eyebrow, causing me to smile. I deposited the women in two chairs and then joined my Babe.

"They were just sitting out in the lobby. They were getting on like a house on fire."

My Babe looked a bit confused so I said, "Apparently, they are able to communicate with a mishmash of English, Spanish, Italian and Hungarian."

My Babe looked a bit surprised, but she had other things on her mind. Rob just came in with the caterer. They were pointing to the various dishes and explained what they were. The appetisers went down OK. My Babe didn't find the Steak Tartar all that appetizing, but she did like the Carpaccio. I think part of that was because I didn't tell her what she was eating after she turned her nose up at the Steak Tartar.

This time, it was not only Steph and I who were struck by the lack of ethnic foods. My Mother walked over to the caterer, and after a few minutes, they both walked over smiling.

"I've just talked to Marissa here. She's the wedding caterer. I explained our family dynamics and she's agreed to let us teach her how to make a few Cuban and Hungarian appetisers."

I looked at my Mother and then at Marissa and asked, "Are you sure you want to do this?"

She smiled and said, "I'd be happy to do this. This area is a melting pot of cultures and ethnicities. Being able to offer more options will be better for my business. Maria here says that they'll teach me all of the things that they plan to server for your engagement party and I will take over that catering so everyone can enjoy the party and not have to worry about the food."

I smiled at Marissa and said, "Thank you. I was worried that our mothers and Ella would work too hard and be too tired to enjoy the party."

I left Marissa to talk to Ella, Ellen and my mother and returned to join my Babe. We had picked 3 appetisers so far, but decided to wait until after the party to choose the rest. Ron and the waiting staff carried out several plates and placed them on a long table rather than on our table. Ron looked around and said, "Each meal here corresponds to one that Carlos and Stephanie have chosen. I have listed the meal on cards placed behind each plate. If you have any questions about the meals, Marissa and I will be available to answer your questions."

Ron pointed to a stack of cutlery and we all walked in front of the table making comments about the appearance of the food. I looked over and noticed that my Babe had a notebook. She wrote each meal down and then asked everyone to score their appearance out of 10. After everyone gave their marks, we moved on to actually tasting the food. This time, we went plate by plate. Everyone took a few bites and then was asked to score the food from 1 to 10. Everyone took a drink to cleanse their palate and we moved onto the next meal. We repeated this for the 10 dishes and then sat down to review the results.

My Babe had her thinking cap on and was busy calculating the totals. When she was finished, she looked up and said, "There is a clear winner. Is anyone willing to guess which one?"

I saw Rob out of the corner of my eye and wondered if it was his chicken. Nobody was willing to guess. That is until my father translated the question for Abuela Rosa. She immediately stood and said, "Cream chicken."

Stephanie laughed and said, "You're right Abuela Rosa. The chicken was the clear winner."

She turned to Rob and Marissa and said, "I guess you're going to have to learn another dish Marissa."

"No worries Steph, Rob taught me how to make that dish last week. I made the one you ate tonight."

My Babe grinned and said, "I can definitely tell you that chicken will be one of our options. Carlos and I decided that we'll have a menu for an appetiser, a main and a dessert. Each invitee can choose which one they want so that Marissa has a basic idea of numbers ahead of time."

Ellen looked at Stephanie and said, "That's a great idea Honey. Most people just get a dry piece of chicken and are happy to get it. This wedding is going to different from the normal Burg wedding and I think it will be great."

Stephanie blushed a little and said, "OK, next highest meal was the Red Pepper and Basil Pesto pasta. The funny thing is that was vegetarian pasta."

I laughed out loud at the look of shock and surprise on Frank's face. "Are you serious Pumpkin? That had no meat in it?"

I nodded and Marissa confirmed that it was 100% vegetarian."

Frank looked between Marissa and Ellen and said, "Wow, I didn't even notice."

Ellen smiled and said, "So if I make something like that at home, you'll eat it?"

Frank nodded and said, "Just as long as you don't tell me that it's vegetarian, I'll probably not know the difference."

"Then that's settled. The pasta is added to the list. Next is the Fillet Mignon followed by the Moussaka. This was also a vegetarian option that has lentils instead of lamb."

I walked over and said, "I think we should offer 2 meat dishes, 2 vegetarian dishes and one fish dish. How were the numbers for the lemon pepper sole?"

"That was the next highest rated meal. If we take the top 5 meals, we have our menu for the wedding."

Marissa walked over and said, "I can't believe how quickly and efficiently you made your decision. Most people come in, narrow their list down to 10 dishes. They then narrow that down to 5 and request a repeat. They come back in and can't narrow things down further, so they go away and think about it some more. Eventually, they settle on a single meat dish and a vegetarian option just in case."

I smiled and said, "Once we finally decided to get married, the decisions for what we wanted for our wedding have come pretty easily. We've been lucky that we have similar tastes. Or maybe it's more like they're complimentary. Steph decided pretty early on a colour for the dresses. I had an idea for the suits that matched the dresses. Our designer took things one step further and has come up with something that will be truly spectacular for us."

Marissa smiled and said, "Oh, you have a wedding planner?"

I shook my head and said, "No. We hired a dress designer to make the dresses and some of the clothing for the men. My tailor will make our suits because some of us can't really buy off the rack."

Marissa handed me a form and said, "Just fill this in and give it Rob before you leave. Since you are giving your guests a choice, I'll need to know the numbers at least a week in advance so I can make sure everything will be ready in time."

I nodded, took the form and shook Marissa's hand. She then went to talk to our mothers and Ella and Steph came over to me and said, "Rob just told me that the cake is on its way in. Apparently Tammy has brought 15 different flavours for us to choose between. We have 5 tiers so we can choose up to 5 different flavours. The top tier is the one we keep for ourselves, so that can be our favourite. The others we can separate into favourites based on size."

My mind was boggled. I didn't know that there were 15 different flavours of cake. Vanilla, chocolate and carrot were the only ones I could think of off the top of my head. I watched the woman who was going to make our cake carry in 2 huge covered trays. I watched her set out 15 different large pieces of cake and then say, "I have labelled these from 1 to 15. I want to hold back on what the actual flavour is until after the tasting. I find this helps eliminate preconceptions and helps people decide on their preferences."

Steph's POV

I liked not knowing what the actual flavours were. It added a bit of mystery to the whole thing. Once again, I opened my notebook and made a table. We would rate the cakes based on our preferences, but Carlos and I would get to make the final decision.

The cake tasting went well. Even Carlos took a small bite of each cake and marked his score in the book. He washed his palate each time with water and moved on to the next cake. By the end of the cake testing, I was very curious about a few of the flavours. We did the tally and it turned out that we all had similar favourites.

Tammy revealed that our highest rank went to a vanilla chiffon cake with pistachio butter cream. The second flavour was a chocolate and coffee mixture. The cake itself was chocolate. It was moist and light with a coffee flavoured ganache-type icing. The third favourite was vanilla and lemon. It tasted like lemon meringue pie and it was delicious. The fourth was hazelnut and chocolate and the fifth was plain yellow cake with a chocolate frosting.

Carlos and I went to the side to discuss the layers and we decided that we wanted the top layer to be the vanilla and lemon cake. The largest layer at the bottom would be the vanilla pistachio, followed by the chocolate and coffee cake. The bottom two layers were followed by the chocolate hazelnut and finally the yellow and chocolate layer.

Everyone seemed to like this idea so we filled out the form for Tammy and then she and I stepped into the lounge to talk about the cake itself. "Steph, Do you have a fabric swatch that I could use to colour match the icing? I want to do a few sample flowers for you so you can make sure everything is how you want it."

"Sure Tammy. I actually have 2 different coloured bridesmaids dresses. Would you be able to do a sort of graduated colour? Some in one and some in another?"

"Of course. What about the men? Will they be wearing any other colour?"

"Yes. Some will wear silver to match the two purples."

"I can do a subtle colour transition from grey to the darker of the purples. Hydrangea flowers tend to have subtle colour fluctuations anyway."

"That sounds good. I can give you the two purple colours today. I don't have a silver fabric, but I do have a small swatch of the grey suit that the ring bearer will wear. That should be close enough."

"If you can come by the bakery next Saturday after we close, let's say around 8, I can show you what I can do."

I made plans with Tammy and thanked her for her delicious cake. Tammy gathered up her cases, left the remaining cake and left. I walked over to my mother and said, "I hope that nobody minds that Carlos and I aren't going to share the top layer of the cake. I know if was liked more than some of the other layers."

"Not to worry dear. We were just talking and we are going to ask Tammy to make a couple of basic cakes for the engagement party. Maria is going to get one of her local bakeries to make a famous Cuban cake and we'll bring a couple of cakes, including that vanilla lemon one that we all liked. That way everyone can get some and not miss it at the wedding."

"That sounds great Mom. Tammy will love the extra business. She's been struggling a bit lately, ever since her husband ran away with the babysitter. She was so happy when I showed her a drawing of what I wanted for my cake. She loved the idea of making it and she would love to make more for you."

My Mom smiled and said, "I've seen her work. I'm sure she'll make lovely cakes for the party and the wedding itself. Now, I have that catalogue if you'd like to take a look. It has everything from cutlery and tableware to high tech gadgets."

"We actually already bought plates, bowls, mugs and the like. We just need glassware, cutlery, cooking pots and pans, and other typical things you'd need in a kitchen."

"You and Carlos can flip through the catalogue tonight and bring it over in the morning if you want. I can go shopping tomorrow afternoon and then come bay afterward."

"I think that's a great idea. Why don't you invite Dad and Grandma and we'll get some pizza or something."

"Sure. If you call in your order, we'll grab it on our way over. Pino's is right on the way."

I agreed to this plan and then went to find Carlos. He was talking with his Abuela Rosa. When I came near, she stopped talking and held out her hand to me. I took her hand and was a little surprised when she pulled me into a very strong hug. I heard her say something but I didn't understand her. I looked at Carlos and he was smiling. He said, "Abuela Rosa likes your choices. She thinks I'm your best choice though, and you're mine."

I must have turned a bit red because Rosa touched my cheek and said something soothing. She then gave me another quick hug and then went over to Carlos' parents, who were getting ready to leave. They hugged and shook hands all around. We promised to stay in touch, but couldn't promise to make it over to Newark before the party.

After Ricardo, Maria and Rosa headed home, the rest of us gathered our belongings and made our way out to our cars. I hugged my Mom, Dad and my Grandma Mazur before climbing into our car. When we got home, we unloaded our dishes and then spent the rest of the evening going through the catalogue that my mother gave me.

Who knew there were so many gadgets and gizmos for a kitchen? I mean honestly, who needs a banana slicer or a special tool to husk a strawberry? We marked obvious things like pots, pans, glassware, cutlery and baking tins. We also spent a lot of time talking about coffee makers. I suggested a typical brewing machine with a timer. Carlos wanted a fancy one that made espresso and cappuccinos.

I did like the idea of a fancier coffee machine, but Carlos wasn't convinced by any of the brands or models shown in the catalogue. He wanted to do a bit of online research to find his ideal coffee machine. I decided to let him have his way. It wasn't something I cared that much about anyway.

After another hour, we headed to bed. We had to drop the catalogue off with my mother the next day so we decided to do a bit of shopping for the house afterward. I wanted to get a clock for the living room and Carlos wanted to buy some lamps. We would have a leisurely day shopping and then host my family in the evening for pizza. I even called Val and invited her over and made sure I wrote myself a note to increase the order for Pino's tomorrow.

What a day. More to come. Thanks for your reviews.
