"Dude, don't tell me you actually think she deserves to continue living!?" Jack exclaimed, exasperated. He looked at his daughter, "What about you, firecracker? Yuuki?" He looked at the brunette and sweatdropped. "Come on! You gotta be kidding me!"
"I don't... But I also don't want her to die. I think the same about you, Kaname." Takuma explained, a sad smile growing on his face. "The only difference is, I think, is that I'd rather be separated from Sara-Sama than from you. So please, drop your weapons!"
"I..." Yuuki tried to find her voice after that speech.
"Oh, boy..." A high, female voice said.
"Well, if it isn't the Disciplinary Committee." Amaya's head snapped over to the voice and exclaimed,
"Sarah!? Aunt Aliza!?"
"Yeah, yeah, glad to see you too." Sarah grumbled, annoyed at her half-sister's face.
"Look out!" Aliza shouted, causing everyone to look at Sara, who was raising an arrow at Kaname,
"Sorry, Takuma, even so, I want to become the Queen." She raised the object to stab Kaname, causing Yuuki to tackle her fiance, shouting,
"Kaname!" Kaname quickly wrapped his arms around Yuuki and jumped away from Sara, who was pierced in the chest and thrown in the air by a lava-like tendril. Rubble flew everywhere as more tendrils flew out of the ground.
Jack snorted, looking up at Sara, and stated, "She deserved it."
Sara gasped, the tendril piercing her chest and lifting her in the air, multiple feet off the ground. Her cerulean eyes widened as she gasped, unable to speak. "Ah..." There was a silence in which she let out an ear-splitting scream, "No! I WASN'T BORN TO BECOME LIKE THIS!"
"Sara-Sama!" Takuma exclaimed, alarmed and took a few steps forward, only to find that he could not get past the lava-like tendrils. "I can't touch it...Could this be the Association's Weapon- The Parent?"
"Takuma..." The blonde, Sara, extended a hand towards the Acacia haired male, a pained look on her face, "Help me..." As an order from a Pureblood, add to the fact that he was forced to drink her blood, he had no choice but to extend her hand out towards her.
Yuuki blinked and looked at Kaname's blood stained arm for a second, mind completely white, until she realized what happened. Her eyes widened as she stared up at Kaname, alarmed. He looked down at her, catching her gaze, before moving away from her.
"Wait!" She shouted, chasing after him.
That was when all Hell broke lose. Rubble exploded in front of the Kuran siblings, tendrils flying out of the ground.
"Yuuki," Amaya shouted. ",Get away from there!" She charged towards her cousin, only to freeze when tendrils wrapped around Luna and to tug it out of her grasp. She growled and grabbed the weapon with both hands, pulling with all her might, "Let...GO!"
"Artemis!" Yuuki exclaimed, tendrils wrapping around the scythe. Zero let out a gasp, Blood Rose being tugged on as well, along with Jack's knives, and Kaname's sword.

Rubble exploded everywhere, some even landing on a few people. Hunters and Vampires alike were screaming in alarm.
"What the hell is going on!?" A man exclaimed, his weapon being tugged out of his grasp by a tendril and stolen away.
"It's the Parent!" A woman cried out, trying to make sure the tendrils didn't take her gun, only to have her fingers slip and lose it as well. "It's the Parent!" She repeated.
"Why is the Parent doing this!?" A man growled, his sword being ripped away from him. Men and women alike screamed and shouted in protest as their weapons were tugged away from them.
"The Parents is absorbing it's children!" A man exclaimed, fighting against the Parent so he could keep his crossbow.
"It's going on a rampage!" Yagari growled, tugging on his rifle to keep it from getting stolen. Seirin paused in her fighting to watch.
"The parent itself is...desiring power!?" Kaien exclaimed, alarmed. He gained a worried face, sweat beading down the sides of his face, "Don't tell me it's happening at a time like this!"

"Lucifer-let go, damn it!" Aiko growled, Senri and Rima looking down at the girl in surprise. The tendril had tugged her bracelet off and caused Lucifer to transform into its "Sword" form. She had a tight grip on the handle and even resorted to placing a hand on the blade to prevent it from being taken, "My sword! Get your own, bitch! RAWR!" And she's switched. "I will kick yo ass, so help me, woman, I'll beat you up!"
Rima sweatdropped, Senri sighing and shaking his head,
"Aiko..." And the scent of sweets wafted in the air. Senri tensed, Rima grabbing hold of Lucifer's handle to help tug it back. Aiko had sliced her hand on the blade, but she ignored the stinging pain as it dug deeper into her hand, and blood dripped down her palm, onto her wrist, and dribbled onto the ground.
"Let go of it!" Rima growled angrily at the tendril sent a blast of electricity at the tendril. Her eyes widened, "Deflected!?"

Aliza screamed and jumped, barely dodging an oncoming tendril, "Stop trying to kill me, already, damn it! Sarah, come on!" She tugged on her teenage daughters hand, who gained an annoyed face at being treated as a child, and led her out of there, "We can't stay here! Oh, and Jack!"
"Yes, dear!?" Jack called from all the way across the room, a goofy grin plastered across his face. She gave him a look and ordered,
"Watch over Amaya and don't do anything stupid!"
"Got it! Love you!"
"Love you too!"
"Hope you die, Amy!"
"Shove off, Sarah!"
"Can you all stop fighting and being all mushy and resume back to our current positions!?" Zero barked, pissed. He tightened his grip on Bloody Rose, who seemed to want to leave him.
"Oh, you know you love us!" Amaya barked at him, smirking. Zero rolled his eyes and watched as Amaya stumbled to hold Luna at bay.
The tendril that stabbed Sara released her, chasing after Aliza and Sarah.
"Sara-Sama!" Takuma cried, running towards the woman who had just face-planted into the ground, after falling about twenty feet. He cast a glance behind him at the battle that was taking place and frowned deeply, feeling like he was going to regret doing this, and lifted Sara up bridal-style, carrying her away to safety. Why couldn't it be Rima in his arms right now...?
"Why...is this...?" Yuuki asked nobody, alarmed, as she tightened her grip on Artemis.
"What the hell is going on!?" Amaya demanded, surprised.
"I don't know!" Zero growled, rose vines surrounding him. "Why is it doing such a thing!? Why does it intend to take back its fragments!?"
"I...can't hold on to it...any longer!" Yuuki gasped out, her grip slipping on Artemis. Amaya shot her head over to Yuuki, crying out,
"Yuuki!"
"Damn it all-no! Thunder, Lightning!" Jack shouted, losing his grip on his knives. Amaya couldn't help but sweatdrop at that and look at her Dad,
"Thunder? Lightning? Really?" He shrugged,
"I was bored." She rolled her eyes, holding back a laugh.
"Cooling down." Yuuki blinked in surprise and lifted her head,
"Huh?"
"I'm cooling down...If I don't take my fragments back..." Yuuki recognized this voice... The female Ancestor that look so much like her...Was right behind her. "If I don't take back my powers..."
"Yuuki!"
"Look out!" Zero quickly grabbed Yuuki with his free hand and pulled her aside, barely preventing her from getting stabbed to death. Rocks exploded and flew everywhere and Yuuki turned her head to look at Kaname, who was wrapped tightly in the lava-like tendrils. "It's targets-"
"Are our weapons and you Purebloods!" Amaya supplied, information piling her head quickly-she was starting to feel slightly lightheaded.
Sacrifice. Death. A Masquerade. A kiss and love. Reunion. Ice Coffins... A sad smile and a blessing. Isaya. Yori's death as an old woman. A funeral. A blonde asleep in a coffin. A cure and a fight. A thousand years and the smiling face of a loved one who dies...
Pain, anger, surprise, happiness, sorrow, love, endearment, anxiety, defeat, almost every emotion there was filled her as the flashes continued.
Twins with Mahogany hair. Emerald and Ice. Models and designers. Academies... Wine-red eyes and dark hair... Amaya started to sway, her eyes fluttering closed as her grip on Luna started to loosen.
"Amaya, damn it!" A voice growled and caught her. Mint... "Don't fate during a time like this! You almost got yourself killed!"
"...You're a regular Tsundere, you know that?" Amaya cracked an eye open, jokingly. Zero frowned deeply at her. She chuckled slightly and she tightened her grip on her Luna considerably. "Let me up, I can still stand." Zero stared at her for a moment before reluctantly letting her go.
"At this rate..." The voice continued, making Yuuki's eyes widen. "I can't allow myself to cool down at a rate like this...until I fulfill it. I won't be destroyed until they have been... To destroy Purebloods who draw others into the Darkness... That is the meaning of my existence."
"You have...already done your best." Kaname told the woman slowly, who stood in front of him. "Ten thousand years...is sufficient so rest in peace..." The woman with the dark hair in the white cloak stared down at him, her Wine-Red eyes staring blankly at him. Kaname placed a hand against his chest, over his heart, and said, "I will succeed you, so don't worry."
Yuuki's eyes widened as she watched the woman's Wine-Red eyes water and extend a hand towards Kaname's cheek, caressing it softly. Kaname leaned into her touch and closed his eyes, only to feel her shatter away...again. He ducked his head, biting his lip in an attempt not to cry. Yes, even he can cry. He opened his eyes after a few moments and Yuuki felt taken away by the look in them... Pure and utter sadness.

"The building is crumbling! Run!" A man shouted, barely dodging an oncoming attack from a boulder.
"We can't do anything about it!" Another shouted, talking about the rampaging furnace.

"Sara-Sama..." Takuma shook the Pureblood, causing her to open her eyes.
"Takuma...Where are we?" He sweatdropped, unsure of how to answer. He turned his head and said,
"Well...look. The Association is crumbling." Sara looked at it for a few second before giggling maniacally.
"Sara-Sama...?" Takuma questioned, unsure, the urge to run away from her growing even deeper and deeper by the second. He felt her place a cold hand against his cheek and he flinched, alarmed. She smiled up at him and said,
"Look at the ugliness that is us Pureblood, Takuma." She told him, smiling. "Look at the end of the Ancestor, who has turned into a mere Monster. And look at the foolishness, where he continued to advert his eyes from the light... From "Salvation" again.

Yuuki charged towards Kaname alarmed and tackled him in a hug, desperate for him to remain there with her. She didn't want him to leave...not again. She was sick of fighting him.
Kaname cast her a glance, before disappearing into bats. She let out a gasp as she fell onto her knees, palms pressing against the ground.
"Kaname..." She whispered, clenched her fists.
At the sight of Kaname disappearing, Amaya whirled around, only to see flames fizzling out. Jack was gone as well.
"Damn it all..." Amaya cursed.

"You will see it with your own eyes," Sara told him, still smiling. "You, Ichijou Takuma, who was captured by a Pureblood and lured to do her will...So then, you can come to your senses." He let a bitter smile grow on his face,
"It's only because of your blood that I'm even here right now, Sara-Sama. Tell me, why did you keep me around? Why didn't you just kill me for my defiance and disobedience? Is it because I refused to be your minion or because you have feelings for me?" He really hoped it was the former.
Sara's smiling broadened as she reached a hand towards Takuma saying, "I wonder..." Softly, before gripping his tie and roughly pulling herself up to smash her lips against his.
Takuma tensed, alarmed, eyes wide as can be, as Sara stayed like that for a few moments before pulling away. She smiled gently at his shocked face and said,
"As I thought...There's no such thing as a normal love here." And she shattered into diamonds. Takuma's arms lay outstretched as he stared blankly at the spot where she once lay, the diamonds flying everywhere. He stayed in that position for a few moments, until the scent of Roses and raspberries wafted in the air. His forest green eyes widened and he slowly turned his head to see Kaname and Jack standing there.
Takuma, once again out of loyalty and slightly out of disbelief, caught a diamond and stared at it. For a split second, he could've sworn he saw a pair of cerulean eyes staring back at him and a pair of red lips smirking. He crushed it in his hand, looking determined at the two Vampires, and thought,
'Yes...I will see it with my own eyes, Sara-Sama.'
Don't get Takuma wrong or anything; he hated the woman. But he did drink her blood, so he was going to feel something other than hate towards the woman. He mourned her-she had grown on him after a time, so of course he might miss her. But he doesn't care for her ..., does he?

"Yuuki..." Amaya said, placing a hand gently on her cousin's back, attempting to comfort her. "Come on..."
"He...He said that he will "Succeed her." Yuuki told her as Zero walked over. He placed a hand on both of their heads and ruffled their hair. "So he intends to do what she couldn't."
Amaya hesitantly reached up for the hand that rested upon her head and grabbed it, saying, "You realize that we're going to have to kick some serious Vampire ass, right?" She stood and released Zero's hand, ignoring the feeling of cold that spread across her hand from the lack of warmth that radiated off of Zero's. "C'mon, Yuuki, stand up. Go back to being the corrupted girl I knew."
Yuuki blinked for a moment before letting a grin spread across her face as she took Amaya's hand and stood, Zero removing his hand from Yuuki's head in the process, and said, "Let's give chase then! I don't want to see rampaging Vampires again."
"Damn straight." Amaya nodded. She frowned deeply again, images flashing across her mind again and making her slightly lightheaded. She ignored the feeling thought and said, "Let's go. I still have unfinished business with those two."
"Forgive me, Yori-Chan. I won't erase your memories of me." Yuuki gave a sleeping Yori a sad smile. Yuuki was dressed in a black jacket with intricate white designs. She had on a white, button-up shirt with frills, a white belt that had a purse attached to it, a black skirt that stopped at mid-thigh, and black stockings with light purple lace at the ends. She had on a pair of black boots with a red ribbon on it. "Forgive my selfishness, Yori-Chan. I want you to remember me."
"You done yet?" Amaya questioned from her spot lying against the door frame. Her arms were crossed and one of her feet were pressed up against the frame. She was wearing a black jacket that had a red peace symbol on it. Her shirt was a dark red, a mahogany color, that read in black letter, "I'm not yours to Bite, Bitch." She wore a pair of black shorts that stopped at mid-thigh and brown army boots. She also had on a brown belt that had chains on it that drooped down to the short pockets.
Yuuki glanced at her cousin and nodded, "Yeah. Let's go." They raced out into the court and climbed the fence, jumping over it. They only stopped running when the smell of Mint wafted into the air and someone said,
"Were you both planning on leaving without saying anything?" They looked up to see Zero standing in front of them, wearing a brown trench coat and blue jeans." The girls smiled at him.
"So you did come." Amaya stated bluntly, smirking.
"We certainly thought you would." Yuuki added, smiling at him and brushing some hair out of her face.
'Just a few days ago, we couldn't save Sara or stop Kaname and Jack.' Yuuki thought, reminiscing past events. 'And now, the Central Headquarters to the Vampire Hunter Association has fallen apart. The "Mother Metal" the origin of all Anti-Vampire weapons, went berserk randomly, destroying part of the Association and consuming its weapons to prevent itself from cooling down during its rampage. 'Ultimately, the "Mother Metal", the woman, shattered instantly after addressing Kaname. The Hunters didn't suffer any casualties, but they were still undermanned.'
'I'm kinda relieved that nobody else died.' Amaya thought, remembering what all transpired a few days ago. She recalled what happened right after she and Yuuki were gonna chase after Kaname and Jack,
"Oi! The Vampires over there!" Yagari had called to Amaya, Zero, and Yuuki's attention. He was holding a rock up that had crushed him with one arm, saying, "Lend me a hand."
"Yagari-Sensei!" Yuuki had exclaimed.
"Yagari?" Amaya had questioned and realized that this was one of the scenes she saw in her "Vision." If that was true, then that would mean that he would be carrying... Amaya shook the thought off and moved over with Zero and Yuuki and helped lift the rocks off of him. "Dude, are you okay!?"
"Help, she's-" He released his grip on Seirin a little, the silver-purple haired girl unconscious in his grip. He cut himself off when he tried to move, pain flaring through one of his legs. Yuuki took Seirin and questioned,
"Yagari-Sensei...Did you protect Seirin?" There was a silence in which Zero and Amaya looked at Yagari, who purposefully avoided their gazes.
"Listen," He bit out, "give me some assistance before the other Vampires hear about this. Because the confrontation has lasted until now, the Hunters have readied themselves against possible assault. Without defense from the Headquarters, The Vampires could easily launch an assault in great numbers. No...apart from that, I think they'll be an increasing threat to the general public. Even most of the weapons have been devoured."

'The Vampires have stayed quiet,' Amaya thought as she and Yuuki walked in the hallways of the Night Class.
"Yuuki-Sama, Amaya-San," A brunette Vampire girl began, stopping them in their walk. "Due to the current situation we don't think it's sensible to go against the Association just because we're on different sides."
"We currently have two common enemies," A boy added. The girl, who seemed to be the leader of the group, said,
"The criminals Kuran Kaname-Sama and Chouko Jack-San. They whom aim to annihilate any other Purebloods." She bowed, the other Vampires following her lead, "We will assist you."
Not long after that, they bumped into Hanabusa, who instantly gave Amaya a tight hug, glad that she alright. He held her tightly for a few moments, Amaya hugging back just as tightly. They breathed in each others scent and reveled in the warmth the other gave, happy to see each other again. Hanabusa let a small smile cross his face as he kissed her forehead, before lifting his head and glancing down at Yuuki, asking,
"You're going to be pursuing Kaname-Sama, correct?" Yuuki nodded,
"Yes."
"And Amaya is going with you?" He tightened his grip on the ginger, causing her to blink and looked up at him.
"Yup." The ginger told him and stood on her tip-toes, giving him a quick, chaste, kiss on the lips. "And don't give me that look, I'm going whether you like it not, Hanabusa." He sighed, frowning at his fiance,
"Unfortunately, I know that." She grinned up at him.
"Damn straight." Hanabusa turned his attention back to an awkward Yuuki and couldn't help the grin that rose on his lips,
"Sorry," Not. "but just to let you know, we'll certainly destroy those tablets of Darkness, by using the valuable blood we've received from you." Yuuki nodded to show she heard, but gave him an annoyed look to show that she didn't quite fully accept his apology. "Ruka is also fully recovering from her injury." Amaya glanced up in surprise,
"Seriously!?" 'That's good...That's really, really good...No death. No more death here.'
"Yes," He gave her a charming smile that would make fangirls swoon, but Amaya's heart flutter. "You both can leave the affairs of the Night Class to us."
Yuuki nodded again and watched Hanabusa reluctantly release his grip on Amaya, allowing her to walk over next to Yuuki, but not before handing the ginger a big, bright orange, envelope.
"So, there's no need for you to worry or hold back. And please, ask Kaname-Sama and Jack-San," He walked past the two, his gaze hardening, "Why my Father had to die." Amaya's bangs covered her eyes as she looked down, whispering so quietly, Hanabusa almost missed it,
"I never stopped asking." Hanabusa had stopped walking for a moment, turning back to look at his depressed fiance, and continued on walking.
"I'll chase after him..." Yuuki stated aloud.

And that was how they got to where they are now.
"We thought you would come," Yuuki continued, looking at Zero. "but the Association can't carry out their responsibility." Amaya sighed dramatically as she slung an arm over Yuuki's shoulder, causing the girl to lose her poise and stumble a little.
"Isn't that right, Mr. Grumpy Face?" Amaya cracked a grin at Zero's annoyed face. "Okay, my bad, "Kindhearted, Future President of the Association." She winced when Yuuki slapped her on the back of her head, causing her to let out a whine,
"What was that for!?"
"For being rude!"
"I'm bored and sick of all this war and death! Can you blame me for trying to be more cheerful!?"
"N-No...but still!" Yuuki argued, frowning deeply. She watched as Amaya removed her arm from Yuuki's shoulders and looked down, her bangs falling into her face,
"I just...I just want thing to go back to how they used to be. Where Zero would always yell at Kaien for being an idiot and shouting that he wasn't his son... How you always made those annoying googly eyes at Kaname and stare at him from the balcony...How Hanabusa always sexually harassed me, trying to get me to be his girlfriend." She remembered the time when he tricked her into playing the "Pocky Game" and stealing her first kiss. And when he hugged in the hallway during the day and kissed her, causing her to get chased by the Day Class girls and made her run into Takuma, who was hiding from the girls as well. "Back where there was no death...Back when we are all best friend and...hell, even before I ended up corrupting you, Yuuki. Back when...Just back. I don't care when...Just before all this madness had started."
"Amaya..." Yuuki whispered sadly, reaching a hand over to her friend, but paused when Zero snorted, saying,
"You know it's impossible to go back to how things used to be. Too many things changed. Stop daydreaming about fantasies that'll never happen and face reality." Amaya was silent for a few moments before she let out a bitter laugh,
"So that means I just have to give up all hope?" Amaya was depressed, "My Father-in-Law died, My uncle and birth father are murderers, my world's been turned upside down so many times already...People are dying, one by one. I'm...I'm already fighting the urge to break down...If I lose hope...I'll snap completely and I...I think I'll end up killing myself from the insanity."
"Amaya!" Yuuki gasped, alarmed at what her friend/cousin was saying. Her wine-red eyes widened and she reached a hand out to the redhead, saying, "Don't say things like that!" She grasped her shoulders, "You're stronger than that! Don't be so stupid!" Amaya gave Yuuki a sad smile, saying,
"Don't worry, Snowy..., I'm just sayin'. I don't think I'll be able to take much more of this war."
"If you can't handle it, go back to your little boyfriend." Zero told her, frowning. "I'm not up for being the one to clean up your ashes."
"Hey, Zero." Kaito said, deciding to interrupt the depression moment. "Are you going to do as those women say, or are you actually going to accompany them? The association didn't give you such a command, right, Zero!?" He swung at the perfect with his sword, Zero quickly whipping out Bloody Rose and blocking the attack.
"Kaito!" Zero protested. Amaya snapped out of it and glanced up at the two in alarm, Yuuki doing the same, their eyes wide.
"This is President Cross's Sword." Kaito explained, frowning deeply. "Besides this sword, the "Bloody Rose" that you carry, the "Artemis" that Pureblood woman carries, the "Luna" that Aristocrat carries, and the "Lucifer" that one girl carries, are among the handful of anti-Vampire weapons that remain. We have to take every possible precaution. Yes, you think it's okay for you to leave the Association and bring that weapon along!?" Zero was silent, "This is disloyalty." Kaito frowned, "As your supervisor, I'll have to detain you."
Zero suddenly reached up and gripped the sword's blade with his free left hand, cutting himself deeply, and reeled back with his right hand, the one that held Bloody Rose, and socked Kaito in the face. Kaito let out a shout of pain and alarm as he flew back onto the ground, landing harshly on his back. He propped himself up with his elbows, growling,
"You bastard, that hurts!"
"It doesn't matter if it's disloyalty or running away." Zero told him, frowning. He knelt down in front of a wide-eyed Kaito and held the sword out to him, "I'm still going."
"Don't you understand...that the one standing over there is a Pureblood!?" Kaito questioned, close to yelling. "You...and my brother were both turned by those creatures of darkness!" He glanced at Yuuki with distaste. "Their existence is one that we'll never be compatible with! Whether in terms of lifespan or their unnatural strength..."
"I understand, Kaito..." Zero told him softly, gripping Kaito's hand with his bloody one. "You had to take your brother's life with your own hands...I also understand," He gently hugged Kaito. "that you don't have an emotional outlet." Ichiru's lastwords echoed within Zero's head,
"Live on...and fulfill your goal."
"But I..."
"...I see. I get it now." Kaito said quietly. "This is...PAY-BACK!" He shouted as he stood up suddenly, socking Zero roughly in the face. Zero flew back and landed roughly on the ground, grunting and rubbing his head. Amaya and Yuuki quickly ran over to Zero alarmed,
"Zero!"
"Dude, you okay!?"
"Go quickly!" Kaito told them, frowning. "And together, do something about Kuran Kaname and that father of yours, Chouko Jack!" They didn't move. Kaito angrily gripped Kaien's sword and waved it at them, screaming, "HURRY UP AND GO ALREADY!" Yuuki squealed and grabbed Zero and Amaya's wrist, dragging them away.
"Hey-hey-Hey! Y-Yuuki!" Amaya screamed in protest as she was dragged away.

"Oh my goodness! He drove them away so violently!" Kaien cried out alarm. "Though I only asked him to bid them all farewell..." He turned his head and pouted childishly at Yagari, asking, "Don't you think you disciples are too violent?"
"What did you call me here for?" Yagari questioned, positioning himself on his crutch. "I'm in all sorts of trouble right now."
"Hey, Yagari, you're unwilling to wander in a freezing, deep, dark forest until you die, right?" Yagari sweatdropped, unsure of where this was leading.
