"Okay, I'm going to take the kids up to Alex and John. I'll be right back." Elliot said as he unbuckled the kids from the backseat.

"Just hurry!" Olivia nearly growled.

Dickie and Summer kissed Olivia before they got out. "Bye Mommy!" They both called.

Olivia breathed. "Bye guys! Next time you see us, you'll have a new little brother." She watched as they hopped out of the vehicle. Elliot carried a sleeping Kendle and hurried with Summer and Dickie into the building where Alex and John were waiting. She groaned when a contraction crashed onto her. Zack kicked her again. "I know you want to come out. I feel the same way."

Elliot hurried into the building with the kids and waved slightly at John and Alex before handing Kendle to John. "Okay, they can go to bed once you get them upstairs. They should go to sleep. Summer's allergy list is in her bag. No piercings or tattoos of any kind should be put on my children while we are gone. Got it?"

"Got it. Jeez, I put two holes in Summer and I'm grounded for life." Alex groaned as she picked up Summer.

"That's the way it should be." Elliot said with a small grin. He stood up straight and looked at everything, going over his mental check list. "Okay, I think that's it. Bye Dickie." He kissed Dickie's head and then Kendle's. "Bye Murmur." He said pecking her lips.

"Bye Daddy." Summer and Dickie said groggily while waving at him.

Elliot smiled and hurried out to the suburban. He got in and slammed the door shut behind him. He looked over at Olivia. "You ready to have another Stabler?"

Olivia tried to smile through the contractin. "Ask me that when I'm not in pain." She slammed her hands on the dash board when he took off. "Drive safely. I don't want to have this baby born in this car because somebody rear ended us."

"Wouldn't that be a story to tell though?" He asked with a grin. "Hey!" He chuckled when she smacked his arm. "How far apart are the contractions?"

"About five minutes apart. Zack may come faster than the rest of the kids." Olivia sighed as the contraction died down to a subtle pain. "Did you tell them about Summer's list?"

"Yes." Elliot nodded as he turned onto a new street.

Olivia went over her to do list in her head. "Did you tell them they couldn't give Dickie any more tattoos?"

"Yes, I said no tattoos of any kind or piercings." Elliot smiled lightly. "I have your check list in my mind, babe."

"Did you turn off the water before we left?" Olivia asked with a small smirk.

Elliot's face dropped. "I didn't know we had to do that."

Olivia rolled her eyes. "It saves money. We are detectives. We aren't paid the best. I don't care how much money my mom left for us. We aren't going to rely on it forever."

"We certainly could, but I will call Fin and see if he can drop in before work this morning. Maybe John could if we forgot anything for the kids."

Olivia nodded. "Okay, sounds good. Hey El?"

Elliot glanced at her. "Yeah?"

Olivia smiled. "I'm ready to have another baby."

Elliot smiled at her as they pulled up to the hospital. They hurried in and got into their room. Olivia's contractions were getting closer and closer together every second. Dr. Lucas came in with a clip board and a nurse. "Welcome back Olivia!" He smiled. "How are you feeling?"

Olivia gripped Elliot's arm as she felt another contraction. He fell down on his knees in pain as he tried not to pry Olivia's arm off of his. "I'm great!"

"Liv, baby, release." Elliot groaned. When she let go, he pulled his arm back to examine it. "You have no idea how painful that was." Olivia scowled at him. "Sorry."

Dr. Lucas chuckled. "You two have not changed at all. What's your pain level on a scale of one to ten?"

Olivia looked at the chart that he pointed to. "Uh, probably a six." She looked at the face for ten. "Okay, I have never looked like number ten, have I?"

"You did with Dickie." Elliot recalled. "Of course, that was our first time in the delivery room."

"Don't worry, Olivia. Most women hit stage 10 a lot sooner than you are. For Summer and Kendle, you didn't even reach 10." Dr. Lucas reassured her. "It's normal sometimes. Plus, with the way you're going, you should have this baby in the next couple of hours."

"Really? We just got here." Elliot said shocked. He looked at Olivia. "At least, you won't have pain for too long." Olivia nodded.

"Are we going to do an epidural?" Dr. Lucas asked.

"Liv, before you answer, I just want you to remember that this is your choice and you can't blame me for it in the delivery room like you did with Summer." Elliot said.

Olivia chuckled and put a hand on his cheek before looking at Dr. Lucas. "I haven't done drugs with any of my kids. This baby isn't going to be any different."

Dr. Lucas smiled. "Okay, I will go check on my other patients and by the time I get back. You may be ready for baby number four."

Elliot and Olivia watched as he and the nurse walked out of the room. He turned to her. "This is it. We're going to be parents again."

"Yeah." Olivia smiled with tears in her eyes. "Another Stabler brought into the world."

"You have no idea how proud I am of you." Elliot breathed before pecking her lips. "I love you."

"I love you too." Olivia whispered before he dropped his forehead to hers. She nuzzled her nose with his.

Later, they were in the delivery room. Elliot was helping her keep her postition so they could start pushing. Dr. Lucas put on his gloves and sat down on his stool. "Are you ready, Olivia?"

"Yes!" Olivia groaned gripping onto Elliot again. So much adreneline was pumping through him, he didn't notice the pain.

"Okay, one, two, three, push!" Dr. Lucas said louder through his face mask. Olivia braced herself and pushed. She felt Elliot's lips against her temple. "One, two, three, relax."

Olivia took in a deep inhale and opened her eyes. Elliot kissed her forehead. "C'mon baby, you can do it. Zack is counting on you."

Dr. Lucas looked up at Olivia. "Remember to breathe, Liv. One, two, three, push!"

Elliot supported Olivia as he leaned foward. "Baby, I see him."

"Relax." Lucas said.

"You can?" Olivia asked with a smile on her face. Elliot nodded with tears in his eyes.

Dr. Lucas looked at her contraction charts before saying. "One, two three, push!" Olivia used her stomach muscles again as she used all her strength. "Breathe, Liv." She took a shallow breath as she continued to push. "One, two, three, relax."

"Liv, I can see his head. He's beautiful." Elliot smiled with tears rolling down his face now. He kissed Olivia's head again.

"Okay, one more big push and we should have your baby boy." Dr. Lucas smiled. "One, two, three, push!"

Olivia pushed again with everything she had. She groaned as she felt herself being stretched to her max. When a cry came to her ears, she opened her eyes to find her baby boy being held up by Dr. Lucas. "Oh my God!" She breathed.

"Welcome your beautiful baby boy!" Dr. Lucas smiled. After Elliot cut the cord, Dr. Lucas handed him to the nurse to be cleaned up.

Olivia smiled and looked up at Elliot. He was beaming at her. "I love you so much." He said pecking her lips. He put his forehead on hers.

"I love you too." Olivia grinned. She rubbed his arm.

The nurse smiled bringing over Zack. "I think your son wants some attention from Mommy and Daddy."

They both looked at the nurse and smiled when she handed Zack to Olivia. Olivia grinned so wide her cheeks hurt. "He's beautiful." She breathed. "We got baby Zacky." Her jaw dropped as she looked up at Elliot.

He chuckled. "I'm guessing that's going to be his nickname. He doesn't stand a chance." He kissed Olivia's head when she laughed.

"Do we have a name for the bundle?" Dr. Lucas asked with a grin.

"Do you want to tell him, Daddy?" Olivia asked with a smile.

Elliot turned to looked at Dr. Lucas and smiled. "Zack Marshall Stabler!"
