Chapter 13

Elizabeth sighed and said "Red please don't do anything that you will regret...they are just worried about me...That's all we are in this together and we will stay together no matter what."

Red's hand twitched ready to attack anyone who would harm her, but he nodded and stepped closer to Liz close as he could get. The moment was interrupted when Ressler yelled again "You know that I will hunt you down Reddington if you do not return Elizabeth to us."

Liz sighed and took Red's other hand that was not clutching the phone in her hand and looked straight into his blue-green eyes that held sadness but also happiness when he was around her, but anger was shown on his face "Red let me explain to them...we need to return to our real lives. My job would need to continue and your empire of criminal activity needs to keep running so others will stay in line with you."

Red took his hand away from hers and instead raised his hand to stroke her check "I know my lovely Lizzie."

Liz spoke into the phone trying not to be mad "Now you listen to me Donald Ressler I have not been kidnapped or hurt by Raymond Reddington or any of his associates. You and the Director need to call of this search party, I am on vacation and will be returning the next day, now please return to your job Donald and you to Director Copper...I'm sorry if I'm speaking out of terms."

Ressler sighed "We can't do that Agent Keen you have caused the criminal world to go up in flames since Berlin was taken down and Reddington and you just disappear, so I think you are..."

Red snapped and was about to say something when we heard Coppers voice on the phone "Agent Ressler that's enough, now Agent Keen you are in no danger are you."

"Yes Director Cooper me and Reddington are safe, he just took me way to heal," Liz knew that Cooper cared for her and all of his agents on the team and their safety.

"Alright Agent Keen if you are safe and return to us tomorrow we will call off the search and leave off where we were."

Liz breathed a sigh of relief with that "Thank you Director Cooper."

Red chuckled at this and pulled Lizzie close kissing her head "Yes thank you Harold."

And with that Red closed the phone and had a smirk on his face. Liz sighed and explained herself "Ray I had too, they were going to hurt you and lock you up, I couldn't be separated from you or have you locked up forever."

Red sighed and kissed Lizzie's head again "I understand Lizzie you did what you had too."

Red didn't let her go when Liz tried to pull away "We still have a day Ray let's make the best of it, you promised to take me sailing on the sea."

Red smirked at that and spins Liz around "yes of course Lizzie let's spend the day on the sea and see the lovely sights, and drink a drink together."

Lizzie smiled and pushed Red out the door "Give me a moment to get dressed would you."

Red chuckled at that "Of course my sweet Lizzie."

Liz walked to her closet and pulled out a ice blue skirt that swished around her feet as she walked and turned side to side, her top was a nice flower pattern for the spring/summer weather. She pushed her hair behind her ear and smiled at herself "Had to get back to normal like some time or another, at least I'm finally close to Raymond."

Red knocked at the door and said "Ready to go Elizabeth, got all day to be together before we go back to our normal lives."

"Yes Red, and please understand that no matter what happens when we get back to Washington remember that we will be together and never aprt from each other."

Red smirked at that "Of course my lovely Lizzie."

Liz smiled at that as they walked outside together Red pulling her close as could be, the sun blazing and Red smirked putting on his fedora hat and sunglasses and handed Liz hers, she smiled and said "One more normal day before we go back to the real world."

Sorry that it took so long to update and write another chapter had a lot to think about. Thank you for all of the review and favorites they have really helped the story move along and the direction that I'm heading in.
