Please review! You guys are great!
2014-May
Olivia sighed, sleep leaving her momentarily. The mattress moved behind her. Her eyes closed again. "Who had the nightmare?"
"Nobody had a nightmare." A voice whispered in her ear. Her eyes widened as she grinned. She looked up and squealed when she saw Elliot hovering above her. He smiled down at her. "Hey baby." Before he could do anything else, she had her arms around his neck and her lips on his. His right arm wrapped around her, supporting her back as she leaned up.
When she pulled back, they were both panting. "When? How? I thought you weren't coming home for another month." Olivia breathed, his forehead resting against hers.
Elliot smiled lightly. "I might've told a little fib to see what you would do if I came home like this." He pecked her lips when she smiled up at him. "I missed you so much, Liv."
"I missed you too, El." Olivia breathed, caressing his face. She welcomed his weight as it pressed against her body. His breath was consistent against her skin. "You're home now... for good, right?"
"I'm home for good, Liv. I won't leave ever again." Elliot whispered, holding her tighter. Olivia nodded before pressing her lips to his. He kissed her back with equal passion. Married almost twenty years and this man still knew how to make her hands shake from seeing him. His large hands tugged at the thick material of her sweatpants. She pulled off his shirt, throwing it off the bed as he tossed her pants.
The next morning, Olivia woke up on Elliot's chest and smiled before kissing his bare skin. She felt his hand rub circles on her back before tangling in her hair. "Liv?"
Olivia chuckled hearing her husband's groggy voice. She looked up at him and smiled seeing his blue eyes looked down at her. "Hey."
"Hey, morning to you too." Elliot grinned before kissing her forehead. "What time is it?"
"Uh," Olivia started before pushing up with her elbows. She looked at the clock on the nightstand before looking back at him. "It's almost eight. The kids will be up soon." They both smiled when they heard Oliver and Eli running down the hallway before hurrying downstairs. "They're up."
"I guess they are." He pecked her lips before looking into her eyes. "I love laying here with you and everything, but I haven't seen the kids yet."
Olivia smiled. "How about we surprise them? They surprised me when you came home that first time. I will text you when to come downstairs."
Elliot grinned. "Are you trying to pull something on our kids, Mrs. Stabler?"
"Oh, I fully intend to pull something on our kids, Mr. Stabler. They put a fake snake in my soup on April Fool's day." Olivia smirked before getting up and going to the bathroom. She was about to close the door when she turned back to Elliot. "Would you like to join me?" She laughed when her husband bolted from the bed and pull her into the bathroom.
Dickie shuffled down the stairs, yawning as he saw his little brothers watching TV. "How are you guys awake and be actually awake? I still feel like I should be sleeping." He rubbed his eyes before sitting down on the couch with Kendle and Zack. "And, you guys still have school." He smirked.
"At least we have people doing our laundry." Kendle pointed out, knowing his brother hated doing his laundry.
"Well, I'm living here this summer. So, my laundry will be handled." Dickie informed them, looking at Oliver and Eli playing on the floor. "Speaking of that, where's Mom?" He looked up the stairs to find her door closed. "Should we go freak her out?"
"Are you looking to get strangled?" Zack asked with a smirk, playing his PSP.
Olivia stepped out of her room and trotted down the steps. "Morning guys! How are my boys today?"
Kendle looked at his mother before looking back at the TV. "Dickie wanted to freak you out."
"Tattle tails!" Dickie mumbled before looking at his mother and smiling sweetly. "I would do no such thing."
"Okay, Dickie, I believe you." Olivia said sarcastically. She ruffled his hair before going into the kitchen. She looked through the mall that was on the counter, looking into the living room. "Where's your sister?"
"She's still asleep. We were up watching scary movies last night." Dickie said, rubbing his eyes. She'll probably be up soon. When I got up, her alarm was going. So, she's probably singing with her alarm." Olivia chuckled at her son. "We missed too many Friday movie nights when I was at school. Plus, William is taking up all of her daylight hours since you and Dad won't let her go out with him when it's dark."
Olivia looked at her son. "The last time we let that happen, you know what happened." She said, knowing that her youngest three boys didn't know Summer had been pregnant.
Dickie stood up, going around the couch and sitting on the barstool. "Yeah, I do know what happened. And, ever since William and her have gotten together, she's been afraid to let him in. They aren't going to do anything until they get married."
"You don't know they'll get married." Olivia smiled, opening a letter from the school.
Dickie chuckled. "Mom, they have been dating for years and have liked each other since we were kids." He smirked. "Exactly, what is your and dad's story?" He asked, knowing that his mother couldn't deny her and Elliot's story was similar.
"You know what, you can zip it." Olivia chuckled, hitting her son's cheek with an envelope. "Your father and I have a very complex story. You know my history with Grandma Benson. Grandma Stabler told you and Summer about when I stayed with your father when I was younger."
"Yes, and I am the only person in my class that can say my parents are brother and sister through adoption." Dickie groaned. He smirked again. "William and Summer are getting married. I know they are. More than likely, I'll be the best man. You can't deny it, Mom. Your daughter is marrying that boy."
Olivia smiled. "Stop it. I don't want to think about that. You guys are my babies. It's hard enough already having you away from the house. Don't talk about your sister leaving. She will in a year and I'm not looking forward to it."
Dickie grinned. "So, if I told you I proposed to Carmela, you would be mad?" Olivia's eyes widened as she looked at her son. "I asked her the other night. She said yes. Carmela and I want our wedding to be next August, two weeks before my birthday. We want to get married before she starts college, but after she finishes high school."
"You're getting married?" Olivia asked, tears in her eyes. She smiled and walked around the counter to hug her son. "I'm so happy for you." Dickie chuckled. She grabbed her phone and texted Elliot. Get down here!~Liv She rubbed her son's back when she looked up to see Elliot coming downstairs wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt.
"Daddy!" Zack and Oliver squealed as they ran over to him.
"Hey guys! You are getting big on me." Elliot smiled, picking them up. He kissed each of their heads, grinning when he saw Kendle and Zack's shocked faces. "What's wrong? You guys look like you just saw a ghost."
"When did you get home?" Dickie asked, standing up from his seat.
Elliot smiled. "I got home late last night. I didn't want to wake you guys, so I went to bed." He put the boys down before going over and kissing Olivia's cheek, wrapping an arm around her waist.
Dickie clapped his father's shoulder. "Nice to have you back for good. Mom drives us crazy!"
"Hey!" Olivia laughed.
"Well," Elliot started, looking around the room. "Where is our daughter? I haven't seen her in months."
"She's still in bed." Olivia chuckled before going to the bottom of the staircase.
Elliot hurried over before she yelled upstairs. "Let me do it." He saw Olivia smile and step aside. He cleared his throat. "Summer Rae Stabler, what does your father have to do to see you?!" He grinned when he heard her door close.
Summer ran down the hallway before seeing her father. "Daddy!" She hurried down the stairs before jumping into his arms, hugging him. "I missed you."
"I missed you too, Murmur." Elliot breathed, kissing her head. He cupped the back of her head, holding her close to him. He looked around at his family and realized... he was home.
Please review! Another chapter of 2014 coming up. These years are a little more action packed than I realized. LOL! Plus, drama has been keeping me busy.
