The family arrived at the hospital and hurried to the front desk. William was helping Summer walk through the hallway as she breathed deeply. Elliot stepped up to the nurse at the desk. "Hi, we need a room for my daughter. She went into labor about forty minutes ago."

"Okay, we need you to fill out these forms and then we can move her into a room." The nurse explained slapping a clipboard onto the counter.

Elliot took them cautiously as if she could yell at him at any moment. He turned to Summer and William. "She said we have to fill these forms out."

William shook his head. "Our doctor had us fill them out last week when we came in for a check up. She should have them on file."

"Oh my God! This child is kicking me like crazy!" Summer groaned

Olivia took the form from Elliot and took it back to the nurse. "Hey, our daughter's forms are already here. Her name is Summer Tutuola."

The nurse stared at Olivia for a moment, her face impassive. "I'm sorry. We don't have those on file."

"You didn't even check!" Olivia pointed out tossing the clipboard onto the desk.

"I don't need to. We only keep forms of celebrities and politicals so they aren't caught by paparazzi." The nurse explained. "I've never seen your daughter before."

Summer walked up to the desk with a nervous William behind her. She grabbed the nurse's shirt and pulled her towards her. "Listen to me. My fricken file is here and I know it. It is under Summer Rae Tutuola because I am married to William Tutuola."

The nurse's eyes widened. "You're Summer Rae Stabler?"

"That would be my maiden name." Summer growled.

The nurse backed off when Summer let go of her shirt. "I'm sorry. I will get your file." She walked off quickly in search for Summer's file.

Summer rolled her eyes and leaned against the counter before putting her hand on her stomach. "Do you see how much I love you? I just yelled at a nurse for you." She said talking to her stomach.

Elliot chuckled and kissed his daughter's head. "You sounded like your mother when you were talking to that nurse."

"Well, Mom is my inspiration for my character on the show. If I have a question, I go to her about being a detective." Summer shrugged. Olivia grinned and hugged her daughter.

The nurse came back and with a folder in hand. "I found your file. We will take you up to your room immediately."

"It's about time." Summer snapped as a different nurse came up with a wheel chair.

"She blows hot and cold." Elliot mumbled to William.

William nodded. "You have no idea."

Hours later, the family was sitting in the waiting room. Elliot was watching TV with Olivia in his lap. Casey and Fin were looking at magazines. Eli, Oliver, Charlie, Nekoda, and Kyra went home with Alex and John after everyone found out they eloped in Hawaii after getting divorced again, failing to tell everyone about that last little part.

When Olivia squealed, they all looked up to find William standing in blue scrubs with a blue blanket in his arms. He grinned at all of them. "Do you guys want to meet Maddox Tutuola?"

Olivia's eyes widened when she saw Kathy walk into the squad room. "What is she doing here?" She asked Fin.

"She probably wants to be shot today." Fin shrugged gesturing to the gun on her hip. He looked at Elliot when he came out of their office. "Psycho ex is here."

Elliot looked around and saw Kathy on her phone before looking up at them. She walked over slowly and turned to Olivia. He looked to Fin. "What the hell?" He mumbled.

Fin shook his head. "Dude, I don't know."

"Olivia, I have to talk to you about something." Kathy sighed folding her hands.

"What about exactly?" Olivia asked furrowing her eyebrows. She looked over her shoulder at Elliot before looking back at Kathy.

Kathy took a breath before blurting it out. "Elliot and I slept together." Olivia's eyes widened as everyone else in the squad room went dead silent. They all stared at Kathy and then Olivia, wondering what the hell was going to happen. Everyone was confused when Olivia started laughing. "Why are you laughing?"

Olivia put her hands on her hips. "You are just hysterical. Do you honestly think that I would believe that bullshit?"

"It's true." Kathy argued gritting it out through clenched teeth.

"No-" Elliot started, but stopped when Olivia held up her hand.

"When, exactly, did you allegedly sleep with my husband?" Olivia asked with a smirk.

Kathy's jaw dropped the slightest, but she got her act together. "Tuesday night."

Olivia smiled. "Try again. I was with my husband Tuesday night, and don't try to tell me he left when I was sleeping." She leaned closer to Kathy so she could whisper. "We were up all night long since we didn't work Wednesday." She leaned back, folding her arms over her chest. "So, do you want to try this again?"

"We slept together in high school." Kathy said grasping at straws. "The night before your wedding. He snuck out to my house."

"No, he snuck out to Casey's place so he could see me. I have witnesses." Olivia smirked again before looking at her watch. "Are we done here or can I go get some lunch?"

Kathy scowled and clenched her fists together. "Elliot kissed me at his mother's house."

"Yeah, I saw. Elliot puked all through the night trying to get rid of your germs." Olivia chuckled remembering. "What else? Did you hold hands?" She asked as if it was dramatic.

Kathy growled and turned on her heel, storming out of the squad room. "She came in here to try and tell you that?" Fin asked confused.

Olivia smiled at him and folded her arms over her chest. "You know her. She isn't going to give up until Elliot is hers and I am miserable or dead. Ask Elliot his two main reasons why he does want me dead."

Fin looked at Elliot. Elliot grinned and held up two fingers. "There are many reasons why, but there are two main ones. One, if she died, she might as well kill me too because I couldn't live without her."

"Amen to that." Fin muttered.

"Two, who the hell is going to guard me from that blonde monster when she is gone? I can count on my kids, but they don't stand watch at all hours of the day and night." Elliot explained and shook his head. "She's scary man."

Olivia smirked and kissed the corner of his mouth. "But, your wife scares her."

Casey walked in then raising her arms in the air. "Guess who is your new ADA while Barba is gone!"

"Casey!" Olivia smiled before embracing her best friend. "We get to work together again."

"She doesn't have to protect me from anybody." Fin bragged. Elliot stuck out his tongue at him before looking back down at his file.

Casey furrowed her eyebrows. Olivia rolled her eyes and pretended to have claws. "Kathy!"

"There you go!" Olivia grinned. "So, what were you doing?"

Casey shrugged. "I was doing some Christmas shopping. The kids want such high tech things and expensive things. I wanted to go before everything was bought. I waited 'til Black Friday last year and everything was just gone."

"At least I got my shopping done back in January. The kids know the things they want that they forgot to put on their lists and they never get it themselves." Fin smirked crossing his arms over his chest.

Casey chuckled at her husband, leaning against him, before she turned to Olivia. "He still has to get my mother a Christmas gift."

"He's still got time." Elliot shrugged looking down at his file.

"I'm not getting her one." Fin insisted.

Olivia furrowed her eyebrows together. "Why not?"

Fin groaned. "She didn't even use the last Christmas gift I got her.

"Well, what did you get her?" Olivia asked curiously.

Fin paused and almost looked guilty. "A cemetery plot." Elliot burst out laughing as Olivia's jaw dropped.
