I walked into school with a smile on my face, something I hadn't done in a while.

"Well you look chipper," Aria said when she saw me.

"She just wants to go find Quinn," Hanna said as she popped up behind me.

"You're not wrong," I said.

"What makes you think she wants to see you?" Hanna said. "I mean, you're just a girl who came up and randomly kissed her on her first day then walked away, right?"

"Well Quinn kissed her back," Emily said.

"Really?" Hanna said. "You didn't mention that last night."

"Well I did say she was a good kisser," I said, "I wouldn't have said that if she hadn't kissed me back."

Hanna just nodded.

"Anyway, you're right, Han. So I'm gonna go find Quinn now. See you guys later."

I just walked away, searching the hallways for her.

I found her at what I could only assume was her locker.

"Hey beautiful," I whispered in her ear, startling her.

"I'm sorry," I said, "I didn't mean to scare you."

Quinn smiled up at me. "Good morning, Spencer," she said.

"Good morning, Quinn," I said. "How was the rest of your night? Did you sleep well?"

"Thank you for last night, Spence. I really hate those things, and I loved getting to know you," Quinn said. "And the rest of my night was uneventful, I just went to bed. I did sleep well, I may have even dreamt of you."

I felt the heat in my cheeks at that last part.

"Can I walk you to class?" I asked.

Quinn laughed softly. "You could show me where it is," she said.

She pulled out her schedule and I looked at it. I beamed when I realized that she was in AP English with me first period.

"It would be my pleasure," I said.
