I'm not dead yet! Sorry this took so long though...didn't mean to do that. Just got back from putting in a new windshield after the driving person who was going to give me my full G license, told me before we even left the parkinglot, that I couldn't take the test because there was a small crack in the windshield on the upper passenger corner. That ticked me off as I had to pay more money so I can actually take the test again, let alone get the stupid glass replaced just because of where the crack was -_- Anyway, enough with that, thank you all for he reviews here.
The main story: It'll be updated by the end of the month...I'm really hoping because I'm trying to figure out how to break the stalemate I've hit but not to worry! some of it is already written out, because that's where I got this idea from. I'll quite rambling and let you guys read ;)
Gibbs and Shannon shared a look before running upstairs with their daughter trailing behind them with tears running down her face. They got to Kelly's room where Gibbs found Harry by the corner beside the window where it was slightly darker then the rest of the room. He was curled up in a little ball with his head buried in his arms with his knees pulled up. Shannon took the tear stained Kelly out of the room, leaving Gibbs alone with Harry. Gibbs knelt down beside the boy who flinched violently at the touch.
"No one here's gonna hurt you," Gibbs said softly. Harry just continued to shake.
"Hurts." He whispered. Gibbs nearly had to strain his hearing to even hear that one word.
"What hurts Harry?"
"Head." Gibbs nodded and got up to close the curtains so the room was dark.
"I'll be back Harry." Gibbs left the room to the kitchen where Shannon and Kelly were.
"Well?" Shannon asked.
"Migraine and it's a bad one." Gibbs replied. He turned to his daughter.
"What happened Kelly?" Kelly sniffed.
"W-we were just playing when H-Harry started rubbing his head and then a while later he was holding his head and rocking. I thought he was in trouble!" Shannon went to the cupboard and got out some children's Tylenol while Gibbs brushed the bangs off Kelly's face.
"You didn't know Kelly."
"But he's had them before!" She cried.
"I should know what it looks like!"
"Kelly," Shannon said.
"No one's perfect and everyone makes mistakes. What's done is done and all we can do now is make Harry comfortable for now." She handed the bottle to Gibbs who also had a glass of water in hand. He headed back upstairs where Harry somehow crawled to Kelly's bed and was under the covers, making it look like there was only a lump on the bed when Gibbs saw the black hair sticking out.
"Harry," he whispered. He heard a moan at that and the lump shifted so Harry's face was peaking out. Gibbs frowned when he saw how flushed his cheeks were.
"Here," he said, holding out a couple of the Tylenol and the water. Harry brought a shaking hand out and popped he pills and took the water without chewing on them. He shuddered as the water went down his throat. Gibbs took the glass back before it slipped through Harry's fingers.
"Come on buddy, let's get you to a different room." Harry just moaned.
"No, stay." Gibbs just rubbed his face and sighed. He really didn't want to upset the kid, but he also didn't want him to get away with everything.
"Fine. But, we'll get you up and see how you're feeling for supper."
"'Kay," was the reply he got. Gibbs left the room and shut the door behind him.
"Well?" Shannon asked. Gibbs shook his head.
"It's going to be a long day."

Kelly was quietly watching T.V. in the other room when everyone heard screaming coming from upstairs. Gibbs dashed up the stairs and nearly tore the door down. He quickly made it over to the bed and saw Harry screaming and whimpering in pain while clutching his head. Gibbs quickly got him in his arms and just held him. Harry clung to his shirt, not wanting to let go with tears going down his face.
The two just sat there for a while until Gibbs saw that Harry was back to sleep. Gently putting him back on the bed, Gibbs frowned when he felt his forehead. It was getting pretty warm and Gibbs did not like where this was going.
"Shannon," he said when he came back down.
"I think Harry's getting sick from this." Shannon just groaned.
"Perfect. And he has school tomorrow." Gibbs grimaced. The Dursley's were the only ones who could get Harry out of school legally.
"We could just send him." Shannon looked at Gibbs.
"Leroy Jethro! I can't believe you! Why would you want to send him?"
"Because it's that, or he gets sent back to those people and who knows what'll happen." Shannon deflated at that.
"I guess you're right. But just so you know, I don't like this."
"Neither do I," Gibbs muttered.
"Neither do I."
They didn't make Harry eat anything, as they were pretty sure that he'd throw it all back up again.

In the end, Harry didn't go to school. Shannon accidentally woke him up at eleven and it took her two hours to get the poor boy back to sleep who was shaking from the pain. She hymned soft lullabies that she remembered her mother singing whenever she was sick.
"This isn't an ordinary migraine Jethro," Shannon said to Gibbs as she brushed Harry's black hair out of his sweaty face. Gibbs looked at the poor kid.
"I've noticed." He said drily. Shannon just gave him a dirty look.
"He's not going to school. He's not sleeping and it's probably going to linger and I don't want Harry to suffer anymore." Gibbs rubbed a hand over his tired face.
"We can call the school tomorrow as I know that the Dursley's son is doing something with his father and Mrs. Dursley is probably going to that stuffy tea club as it is Friday tomorrow."

Harry slept for the rest of the night and Kelly, surprisingly, barely put up a fuss. When Shannon asked her about it, she shrugged.
"Harry will be here after school and he'll get more homework then me so while does that, I get to play." Shannon just smiled and shook her head as Kelly went off to school. She went back upstairs where Harry was dozing. She sighed.
"What are we going to do with you my baby boy?" She thought he was asleep, but Harry never forgot those words, with the feeling and love behind them.

Harry and Kelly were playing by the time supper rolled around that day. Harry was still slightly warm, but he was getting better, now that the migraine was gone. Shannon and Gibbs were at a loss on what caused them though and they had a feeling that they may never know.
How was it? The main story will be updated before I go to school.
