"We need a girls night." Manny groaned, standing at her locker as Darcy and Chantel walked up behind.

"did I hear someone say girls night?" Darcy asked with a twinkle in her eyes.

Chantel gasped, putting her hand on Darcy's arm and looking excitingly between Manny and Emma, "I just go the new movie with Orlando Bloom."

"He's so 2001." Manny taunted, rolling her eyes

Down the hall, Emma noticed Jay come through and removed her eyes before he looked and caught her staring.

She took a deep breath, "We can do it at my house?"

"Really, Em!?" Manny asked, excited and Emma smiled a bit, nodding.

The girls talked over another and even walked off, Emma stayed behind and turned to her locker, hearing her phone viberate and she frowned, picking it up.

Over by Jay, he was at his locker, and Spinner was at his just a few down.

Jay's eyes scanned down the hall, back to where he knew Emma was and she was texting on her phone. He shook his head, looking down at his and the reason why he couldn't go up to her, and threw it madly into his locker before slamming it shut.

He slammed so hard some kids looked over, and Emma even glanced. Jay coughed slightly, grabbing his keys in his locker and nodded to Spinner, "I'm out, wanna skip?"

Spinner groaned, his forehead on his locker, but nodded. His life sucked even since having to break up with Manny... if these were the results..why not just tell her everything anyways? He'd been thinking about it..

That night, Emma opened the door for the girls.

The girls carried bags and pillows and giggled as they entered Emma's room in the basement. Beds made up and a TV for some movie watching.

"Emma, we didn't know the new kid was your neighbor!" Chantel said.

Darcy sat on Emma's bed and giggled, "Chester is so hot."

Manny rolled her eyes to Emma, smiling as the blonde shrugged, "She wouldn't know." Manny took a deep romantic sigh, "She has eyes for someone else."

Both girls gasped and Emma scowled, "N-no, I don't." she said sternly to them but they just giggled.

When Chantel and Darcy got up to change, Manny turned to Emma, "Did you talk to him today?" she asked.

Emma snickered, shaking her head, "Not sure if I ever want to talk to Jay again. He's too hot and cold." she explained, "One days he's smiling at me, the next he's telling me to get lost."

Manny frowned sadly, "That's not cool.." she drifted honestly. She thought Jay was getting lost in Emma too . . but if he was saying that sort of stuff, maybe it was best her friend moved on.

"Anyways." Emma sighed, grabbing her phone and glanced at the time before biting the end of her tounge and finally blurted out, "There's a party tonight."

Darcy came in and heard that, "Party!?" she squeeled.

Manny laughed and then shut her eyes, "Wait." she looked at Emma, "YOU want to go to a party?" she eyed her harder and giggled, "Oooohh let me guess... someone is going to be at this party."

Emma couldn't say, and she just looked away from Manny as the girls got ready for Craig Mannings party tonight.

When they got into the house, it was actually probably one of the crowdest parties they've been too, and squished through people as music blasted around them.

"Go to the kitchen!" Manny told the girls and Emma glanced around and back at them.

"I'll meet you guys there." Emma said, walking off.

Manny gave a curious look but shrugged, and guided Chantel and Darcy to the kitchen.

Emma grabbed a drink from Craig on her way up the stairs, she was going to need one, she HATED parties.

She sipped it, and before going to the bathroom, she laid in on a wall table, then slipped inside.

A black dressed figure stopped at that table, and dug into their pocket to get out a small bottle of substance inside, and poured it into Emma's drink before walking off, un seen.

Downstairs, Jay and Spinner stood together in the kitchen when Jay noticed Emma's friends here, but not Emma.

"Maybe I should go talk to her." Spinner said gloomily, watching Manny pour shots for herself and her friends.

"Maybe you shouldn't." taunted Jay, giving Spinner a 'are you dumb' look.

Spinner scoffed, looking back at Jay, "I can protect her. I doubt 'A' will really go after her." he said.

Jay turned his body completely toward Spinner now, glaring harshly. How could he be so selfish? To let the girl he seems to 'love' be caught up in shit like this?

"If you were smart." Jay said darkly, "You will stay away from Manny, for her own good."

Spinner eyed Jay, knowing this was less about Manny and more about his own personal thoughts with a certain blonde girl.

"I Can't stay away." Spinner tried to explain. Manny had such a pull on people, it was her bubbly sexy personality.. kept boys coming back for more.

Jay suddenly madly pushed Spinner up against the fridge with a thud, "If you don't want her to get hurt you will!" he snapped more madly, eyes blazing with fire.

Spinner shoved him off and snapped back "fine!"

Jay took a deep breath, and tried to calm down, to nod and turned away from him, looking around the party.

His phone beeped, and his stomach turned, digging into his pocket to open it.

'Alright Hogart, times up, do me a favor..' the text from A read 'pick a girl, any girl.'

Jay eyed it wierdly but looked up, scanning the room and his eyes fell on Amy when she was already staring back at him, smirking. She said goodbye to her friend and already was on her way over when Jay noticed her.

Jay quickly texted back, 'Got one.'

It quickly replied, 'good, now go upstairs with her, and there is a gift in the first room you pass. Go there..-A.'

Jay sighed, looking up and nodding at Amy greetingly when she came over. What did A want? Jay to get some action? As kind as that is.. Jay's mind wasn't really on that for once or in the mood... but, A was in control huh?

He started to guide Amy upstairs.

Upstairs, Emma came out of the bathroom and grabbed her drink, sipping it as she went down the stairs and when she went down. . she bumped into them. Jay and Amy.

Amy kept walking, not seeing the big deal even as Emma leaned on the rail to let them pass, her eyes trying badly to ignore it as Jay looked up, noticed her and tried not to stare as his chest felt something was gripping his hearts so tightly it hurt. He tore his eyes off, staring at the ground as Amy held his hand, leading him up the rest of the stairs.

Emma glanced once more and looked over her shoulder, seeing them go into a room and Emma bit her lower lip feeling her heart fall.

"Such an idiot." she whispered to herself, hating the fact she felt herself falling for someone she shouldn't.

She raised her cup to her mouth and just decided to gulp it down. Screw him!

Meanwhile, Spinner disobeyed Jay, and happily went over to Manny with the girl, "hey, can we talk?" he gently put his hand on her arm.

Manny looked back at who it was and glared, yanking her arm back and her friends glared to, "no we can't." she snapped, storming off.

He huffed, and went to chase after her to stop in his tracks, hearing his phone go off and opened it off quickly to get it done with.

'Call 911.- A'

Spinner scoffed, but presse into his phone.

'Emergency operator, how can I help you? Is everything okay?'

Spinner looked where Manny left and sighed, looking around at the party, "38 Harrison drive, hurry." he shut his phone quick and leaned back against the wall, shutting his eyes.

This was getting too much.

Just as Manny got out of the kitchen, she quickly caught Emma who stumbled a little, "Em, you okay?" she asked, cupping the blondes face.

Emma could barely keep her eyes open, "I don't.." she drifted off, not even close to finishing what she wanted to say, but she was feeling so weak.

"COPS!" yelled someone at the party.

But upstairs, Amy and Jay were in a bedroom, with Amy straddling his hips and slowly unbuckling his belt, "We haven't done this in months." whispered Amy in his ear.

He stared off, feeling like he was betraying someone even thought not even with anyone. Wasn't like he didn't cheat on Alex with Amy and he didn't feel this before when they last did this.

Downstairs, Manny yelped when Emma completely gave up and fell, she was dizzy and blacked out but thankfully, Craig was behind and caught her.

Manny gave him a thankful look as people were screaming and trying to push out of the party before the cops came in, which they did, and ran over to Craig where Emma was out

"Emma! EMMA!" Manny tried shaking her, and Emma was lifeless, eyes shut and skin looking pale.

Cops got everyone out, and the ambulance was on it's way for Emma, and then the cops went upstairs, busting everyone up there and pushed open the room door Jay and Amy were in.

"Oh my god!" Amy screamed, she was in her bra and jeans, and Jay was fully clothed with just his belt undone and he stood up quickly, kind of thanking they didn't get to do it.. but then cursed when the cop grabbed him.

Ofcourse.

"Is she alright?" one cop yelled to another who bursted in and Amy yelled out again when the cop grabbed her, shining a flashlight into her eyes and she shoved him off.

"Ofcourse I'm alright!" she snapped, grabbing her shirt and putting it off.

"Search him." the cop said, nodding to Jay who the other cop grabbed.

Jay rolled his eyes, lifting his hands as the cop padded him down.. wasn't the first time. But when the cop reached into his pocket, he pulled out a small bottle of..substance.

"Ruffie. Here it is." the cop said, glaring at Jay before the other cop got his cuffs out.

Jay's mouth fell, looking between them with an alarmed look. That wasn't his! He's never touched the stuff ! Stupid losers who couldn't get some, used it on girls alot.

"That's not mine!" snapped Jay.

"Sure." the cop said, arresting him and leading him out and the other cop bagged the drug.

When the cop led Jay away, Alex had just gotten to the front of the house at the party and looked around and then wide eyed at the scene of Jay being arrested.

Jay passed her, and gave her a 'don't say anything' look as he was pushed into his car.

"Kids these days." snapped the cop, slamming the door shut and turning to the other cop who laid the bag of evidence on the trunk.

Alex eyed it, and as the other cop nodded, glancing at the house, she circled to the back of the car.
