Palace of Shadow (Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door)
"Okay, this has creepy written all over it." Koops said as they entered inside.
"According to this book, this place is called the Palace of Shadow." Goombella said.
"Wow, MORE creepy." Koops said.
Donald looked back at the door with a suspicious look. "Something wrong, Donald?" Goofy asked.
"Did it seem a little odd that Frankly was trying to hurry us in?" Donald asked.
"Ah, you're just being paranoid." Sora said.
"I'm with Donald, something seemed...odd about Frankly." Lightning said as they continued to walk forward.
"Never mind about Frankly, let's just find that demon and rescue Peach and Kairi." Yoshi said.
"Okay, I guess we're going downstairs." Sora said.
"It's too easy." Mario said, taking out his Ultra Hammer. "There's gotta be something in here." He said, as Sora and Lightning took out their weapons.
"What could it be? Heartless?" Koops asked, when suddenly he shivered. "Okay! Who's breathing down my neck?"
"It's not me." Vivian said. "But it's a bat." She said.
"Oh...a bat." He said. "Wait...A BAT?!" He yelled as Mario turned around.
"Mama mia!" Mario exclaimed as he hammered the Swoopula away. "It looked like he was going to bite your neck." He said.
"Great...I go back home and I turn into a vampire Koopa. Try to explain THAT to Koopie Koo." Koops muttered as they got to the next door.
"You know, I'm expecting Heartless here." Sora said. "But I'm not seeing anything."
"You'd think the Thousand Year Door would have Heartless crawling all over the place." Goofy said.
"Maybe this place got too spooky for them. Heh, wimps." Yoshi said.
"Actually, they love dark places so this would be perfect for them." Sora explained.
"Can't a dinosaur make a joke?" Yoshi muttered.
"It was kinda lame." Vivian said, making Yoshi sigh.
Suddenly, they heard an explosion as they turned to see yellow Bullet Bill Blasters firing yellow Bullet Bills. "Never seen those before." Mario said.
"According to the Tattle Log...Bombshell Bills and Bombshell Bill Blasters, they're stronger than your usual Bullet Bills." Goombella said.
"I guess we have no choice but to take 'em on." Sora said.
Rowdy Rumble (Kingdom Hearts II)
They all ran forward, dodging the Bombshell Bills as Mario jumped up and swung his hammer at the Bombshell Bill, as they were blasted to random directions and hitting walls.
Sora used Stopza on the Bombshell Bills as Goofy used Goofy Tornado while Lightning slashed through another one multiple times, as the stop magic wore off as they exploded as they ran to the Bombshell Bills.
"Pick me up! I'll deal with one of them!" Bobbery said as Flurrie nodded as she picked him up and threw him to a Bombshell Bill Blaster, as he went inside one of them.
"Hey! Don't have all the fun!" Yoshi exclaimed as he ate up a Bombshell Bill and spat it back out, as it went inside the Bombshell Bill Blaster, as they both exploded.
Palace of Shadow
"Well...that went well..." Bobbery said, a little dazed.
"Let's keep going." Sora said as they continued onward into the next room.
"Okay, something about this room bugs me." Lightning said.
"Why?" Koops asked.
"It's too easy." She replied. "In a place like this, you'd think there'd be a trap of some sort." She said, as she noticed Donald walking. "No, Donald...WAIT!" She yelled, but spikes rose from the ground, as he yelled in pain and landed back near the others.
"Oh, this kind of trap." Mario said as the spikes sunk down to the floor. "I remember Link telling me something like this...only it was fire." He muttered.
"So what you're saying is, it's a spike maze?" Sora asked.
"Yeah, we need to walk carefully so we don't step into any spikes." Mario ordered.
A few minutes later...
"Well, that was interesting." Koops said.
"At least we made it with no injury." Vivian said, looking at Donald. "Well, most of us."
"Oh shut up!" Donald exclaimed, as Vivian giggled and they walked in the next room.
"So...firebars, huh?" Mario asked.
"Well, this just got more interesting." Sora said as they ran forward, while jumping through the Firebars.
"This is too easy and I'm still expecting Heartless." Sora said.
"I know, but this kinda fun." Mario said.
"I think it just got a little harder." Lightning said, pointing to moving firebars and floating firebars.
"Ducking and jumping. Sweet." Mario said as he cracked his knuckles. "Let's do this." He said.
A Shadow Heartless appeared in the middle of the room, watching and hearing everyone scream in pain as they kept accidentally getting burned. The Heartless shrugged and just sunk back to the ground.
"Well...that was...harder than it looked." Mario said, coughing out smoke.
"Kairi's probably gonna wonder why my shirt got burned." Sora muttered.
"I can brag about this burn as if it was my own battle scar." Yoshi said.
"Riiiight..." Vivian said, wiping the soot off of her hat as she put it back on as they continued forward.
"Okay, what's with the creepy dark Dry Bones guy?" Goombella asked as they walked forward. "I swear, this feels familiar."
"Well, one way to find out." Lightning said as she knelt down near the Dark Bones and poked it with her burnt arm.
The Dark Bones suddenly got up, giving them all a very cold glare at them. "Those who disturb her sleep...will suffer the consquences." It said coldly.
"You just HAD to poke it, didn't you?" Koops asked.
"Hey, I feel as if this was the only way to move on. It was blocking the door." Lightning explained.
"She has a point." Mario said, as he took out his Ultra Hammer. "But now, we battle."
"DRY BONES! COME FORTH!" It ordered as four Dry Bones came running to him.
"Oh good, I love a challenge." Yoshi said, smirking.
The Corrupted (Kingdom Hearts II)
Dark Bones quickly threw bones at Sora and Vivian, but they quickly dodged while Mario jumped up and hammered Dark Bones on the skull.
A Dry Bones made some sort of bony sword as he slashed Lightning, but she jumped back and took out her Gunblade, and then made a "Come at me!" taunt.
"THUNDER!" Donald yelled, using Thundaga on a Dry Bones.
"Ha! Useless." Dry Bones said as he walked up to him...and then Bobbery got in front of him, fuse lit him. "OH SHI-" Boom.
"How come these Dry Bones talk unlike the Dull Bones at Hooktail's Castle?" Goombella wondered.
"I dunno, but I'm not questioning the logic at the moment." Sora said, using Blizzaga on a Dry Bones as Vivian punched it from behind.
Dry Bones ran over to Yoshi and threw a bone at him, but Yoshi grabbed it with his tongue and spat it back, as it knocked the Dry Bones head off. "H-hey! To the right!" The head ordered, as the body moved to the right...and hit a wall. "YOUR OTHER RIGHT!"
Dark Bones threw a couple more bones, but Mario quickly dodged them all as he hammered him straight to Sora, who used Aerial Slam on him.
Lightning slashed the bony sword off of Dry Bones, causing him to sweatdrop. "Crud." He said as Lightning slashed his head off and kicked the body away, making his legs and arms break off. "Oh come on! I loved those body parts!" He exclaimed.
"Tough luck." Lightning said as she walked over to watch Dark Bones getting his shell kicked.
Sora used Magnega on Dark Bones as Mario jumped up and hammered it down, where Bobbery waited for him and exploded, blasting him to pieces, and revealing a key.
Palace of Shadow
"Sweet." Sora said as he picked it up. "Let's go." He said as he unlocked the door as they all walked in the next room.
"So is anyone going to help me get on my body again? No? Okay..." Dry Bones muttered, watching his body trip over the remainds of Dark Bones. "YOU IDIOT! ...Wait, did I just call myself an idiot?"
