"It's better that way." The Doctor smiled. "People who know for certain tend to be like Mr Halpen." A loud beeping filled the air. "Oh!" He leant over the barrier and turned off the detonation packs. "That's better. And now... Ood Sigma, will you allow me the honour?"

"It is yours, Doctor" Sigmas nodded.

"Oh yes!" He bounded over to the equipment powering the field. "Stifled for over 200 years but not anymore. The circle is broken. The Ood can sing!" He pulled a lever and the field around the brain shut off, making The Doctor and Zara laugh happily.

"I can hear it!" Donna gasped as Sigma raised his arms.

The Doctor rushed back over to Zara, picking her up in a hug and spinning her around before dropping her back down, the two sharing a smile, their foreheads resting against the others.
