A sneak peak at each chapter of my new rewrite series: The Saxon Campaign. Zara Saxon and The Doctor were never meant to meet, it broke the laws of time itself. Zara was never meant to be part of The Doctor's timestream. So the universe rewrote itself around them everyday because she was Zara Saxon, a genius psychopath and he was The Doctor, an idiotic madman. It just made sense.

19. The Poison Sky

"Greyhound 40, report." Mace called through the static. "Over. Greyhound 40, report. Greyhound 40, report."

"He wasn't Greyhound 40." The Doctor spat. "His name was Ross. And now Zara has disappeared and I didn't go after her. I stayed here to stop YOU BLOODY HUMANS!" He screamed, making Martha and Mace flinch. "NOW LISTEN TO ME, AND GET THEM OUT OF THERE!"

Mace gulped before eventually turning to the radio, "Trap 1 to all stations. Retreat. Order imperative. Immediate retreat!"
