Author's Note Please Read its Important:
I really, really hate to do this but I have to. I hate seeing Author's notes in the middle of stories but I need to contact everyone and let them know what's going on. Don't worry. I plan to delete this note and replace it with the next chapter of the stories, so don't worry, it won't stay. I felt the need to post it because I've gotten so many PM's and reviews asking when I will post again. I'm sorry it has taken me so long, 10 times longer than I thought it would but I've had many problems with both of the stories I am currently working on. Unfortunately my computer died on me and my pendrive, where all the stories were written, broke so I lost all of my information and it couldn't be retrieved. I got a new laptop since my other was still in warranty but most of the memory of the old one was corrupted so it was not retrievable, therefore I lost all I had written on the stories. Twilight: Daylight of Darkness was actually 5 chapters from the end on my hard -drive but now I only have up to part of chapter 12 and it had been a 30+ chapter story. I was editing the chapters and posting as they were ready, but now I have to start from scratch since I lost all but the first unedited 12 chapters that I had sent to the original owner of the story from whom I adopted it for evaluation. Heart by Heart, on the other hand, had been a brand new story with two versions, version 2 is the one I've been posting but version 1 is lost and I had already decided I wasn't going to continue it as I didn't like what had been going on much in it.
Unfortunately this means that the 4 chapters I had ready and was editing before posting are lost and I had to start from scratch. So I'm so sorry to say it will be a while before I post again. It's also taken longer because the research I had done on how to care for exotic pets is also lost and it is crucial for the chapters Bella is in Berk in Heart by Heart and also for later on in the story, which I need to make sure the care for Fury and Nightshade is as close to reality as possible. I am currently working on researching again and writing as I can. I hope to have something more posted within the next two weeks, hopefully, for both stories. I AM NOT GIVING UP. I PROMISE.
For those that have been following my other story 'A Love Like No Other' I'm sorry to say the same problem is true for it. Fortunately I didn't lose the next chapter, as a friend was helping me with editing it. Please know I will post it as soon as it is ready but it needs a major rewrite since what I wrote at 4 in the morning made no sense. But the stories that went with it as a part of its arc are lost, I am afraid to say, except for the first partial chapters of each so I don't know when they will be up but they will be eventually. As I said I am not giving up and now that I've sorted my computer problems and retrieved all the stories, still available on , that I had lost I can dedicate myself to writing fully. I hope to have something for you all soon and as I said I will be deleting this author's note and replacing it with the next chapter of this story as soon as I have it.
