Emmit's POV

I can't believe I'm doing this! I'm dressed like my young self and going back to high school! I got to remember not to do anything stupid. I need to act like my younger self. I was walking the halls of White Chapel. I looked at my watch, I still had about an hour before Jesse gets here. Benny walked up to me.

"You ok?" Benny asked.

"I'm fine. It's just that...you don't know how important this is. How important it is that I stop Jesse." I told Benny. It's so strange talking to him like this. He's still a goofball.

"E, how bad is the future?" Benny asked.

"Let's just say that everyone could get into serious trouble. For the girls, Rory, Ethan and I just for being vampires! You would get arrested just for helping Ethan!" I told Benny. I almost slipped up. I almost didn't say Ethan, I have to remember that I'm not Ethan right now.

"How did vamps get exposed anyway?" Benny asked, I could tell that the plan was working. Even though he's my best friend he has no idea it's me.

"That is a story for another time. Oh crap!" I said in shock. "They're early."

"Who?" Benny asked as I pushed us into an empty class room.

"Shhh." I said as I put my hand over Benny's mouth. I focused my hearing.

"Perfect." I heard someone say. My heart sank, it was Jesse, my Jesse, older Jesse!

"We still have 45 minutes. And class will end in 15 minutes, perfect." Older Jesse said.

"Explain to me again why we have to be here early?" Younger Jesse asked.

"If I'm here then my Ethan will be here. He knows exactly how it happened. Down to the exact second." Older Jesse explained. I was thankful that Benny couldn't hear what they were saying. I heard the 2 Jesse's and the other vamps start walking. They were headed right towards Benny and I. I put my hand harder against Benny's mouth. The group walked by the class room. I waited until I couldn't hear them to let go of Benny. I let out a breath I didn't realize I was holding. I leaned against the door and closed my eyes.

"What..." Benny started but someone opened the door roughly. I was expecting it so I fell backwards. I didn't fall to the ground but into someone's arms. I looked up and cursed. I had fallen into Older Jesse's arms. Older Jesse quickly pushed me against the wall and put his arm to my neck. While he did this I caught a glimpse of Younger Jesse and the other vamps guarding the door. Younger Jesse was stalking towards Benny.

"Hello Ethan. It's been awhile." Older Jesse said with his fangs barred and eyes glowing a dark purple that almost looked black. I barred my fangs and hissed causing my eyes to glow deep red.

"Uh, that's not Ethan." Benny said while backing up slightly. Both Jesse's laughed.

"So what did you tell them?" Older Jesse asked. I just hissed at him again. Older Jesse sniffed taking in my sent.

"Did you actually think that work? Disguising your sent. Really Ethan? That's weak." Older Jesse said in a mocking tone.

"What was your plan? It doesn't matter that you're here! I am much stronger then you. It doesn't matter what time I'm from. I will always win." Younger Jesse said as he walked towards me and his older self.

"Whatever you do...you will always end up here. Whatever choices you make, whatever details you alter, we will always end up...here. I win. I always win and you always lose." Older Jesse said. Once Older Jesse finished Younger Jesse pushed Benny into the wall face first. Younger Jesse held him there with his hand behind his back being held by Younger Jesse. Older Jesse chuckled then turned to me.

"And I'm going to make sure that this pattern continues." Older Jesse said before he ran me out of the building in a flash.
