Sorry for the delay, I was somewhat discourage from the lack of reviews from last chapter, but here is chapter 9, I hope you all enjoy, reviews are GREATLY, appreciated, even if it's something simple.
They arrived at the airport and arrived at their gate just as they were boarding first class. They boarded the plane and got seated. Olivia snuggled into Bayard as the plane started to move getting ready to take off. This was the best week she ever had. She visited Paris, and had a blast, and to top it got engage to the man she love with all her heart, her dream of having the family she always wanted was coming true.
Chapter 9:
That Monday morning Olivia walked into the squad room, she saw Nick typing away at his computer. She didn't see Fin or Amanda, "Hey Nick," Olivia said gaining Nick's attention.
Nick looked up, "H…is that an engagement ring?" Nick asked seeing the ring glistening in the light.
Olivia laughed a little, "Yup, Bayard proposed last week on our trip." Olivia said happily, as she set her things at her desk. The night was still fresh in her mind.
"Well congratulations I'm happy for you Olivia. Where did Ellis take you?" Nick asked leaning back in his chair, seeing the glow on his partner.
"Bayard took me to Paris, I didn't want to leave, and I had such a great time. This was the icing on the cake." Olivia said holding her left hand up.
"Glad you had a great time Liv." Nick said as he spotted Fin and Amanda walking in. "Hey guys look whose back." Nick said nodding his head towards Olivia.
"Hey Baby Girl, welcome back," Fin said smiling
"Yea welcome back Liv," Amanda said as she set her thing down at her desk, "So where did he take you?"
"Paris loved every second I was there." Olivia said smiling still reminiscing about the time she was there.
Fin narrowed his eyes when he saw something, "Baby Girl is that what I think it is." Fin asked pointing to her ring on her hand.
Olivia smile grew wider, "Yes Fin it's an engagement ring, Bayard proposed while we were in Paris."
Fin walked over to Olivia giving her a hug, "Congratulations Baby Girl I'm happy for you."
"Congratulations Liv…looks like Ellis got good taste and has a romantic side, giving you a ring called 'Paris at Night' while in Paris, romantic." Amanda said catching Fin and Nick staring at her, "What? I know my rings…I am a woman." Amanda said laughing.
Cragen walked in seeing Olivia talking with Nick, Fin, and Amanda, "Welcome back Olivia." Cragen said. He smiled when he saw the ring on Olivia's hand.
"Thanks Cap." Olivia said turning to face him.
"Hey Cap, look what Ellis gave Olivia." Fin said holding Olivia's left hand up.
Cragen laughed shaking his head, "Congratulations Olivia, I'm really happy for you." Cragen said giving her a hug.
"Wasn't expecting that reaction," Nick said causing Fin and Amanda to laugh.
Cragen released Olivia and turned to his attention to them, "That's because Bayard told me he was going to asked her when he got the ring." Cragen said seeing the shock look on Olivia's face. "By the way Fin you tell Olivia the news yet?" Cragen asked seeing Fin shaking his head.
"What's going on?" Olivia asked looking between Fin and Cragen.
"I'm your new partner. IA forced me and Manda to split when they found out about us." Fin explained
"Yea Tucker didn't like the idea that Fin and me were living together." Amanda added she couldn't stand Tucker. She could see why no one else in the squad liked him either.
Olivia nodded, "Tucker can be a pain. If I could get away with it I'll murder the guy myself." Olivia said causing everyone to laugh.
They soon all went to work Fin and Olivia were interviewing a couple of victims trying to catch a serial rapist. Nick and Amanda were going through all the evidence, trying to see any patterns that would get them closer to catching this guy before he hit again.
By mid day everyone was at their desk. Olivia looked over at Amanda, "Hey Amanda want to go grab lunch?" Olivia asked.
"Sure," Amanda said standing up, she was starving and ready to get something to eat. She also wanted to spend some time with Olivia.
They walked into a diner not far from the precinct. And were seated and placed their orders.
"So are you excited about getting married?" Amanda asked.
"Yea can't wait actually." Olivia said as their drinks came. "I have been waiting for this for years, it feel's somewhat surreal." Olivia added. After years of trying to find mister right she was ready to give up, so she was still getting use to the idea that she was getting married, she was going to be someone's wife. Amanda brought her out of her thoughts.
"You guys picked a date yet?"
"Nope, but I think I leaning towards a spring wedding." Olivia said taking a sip of her lemonade. "So how are you and Fin doing?" Olivia asked
"We're great, you know already that we moved in together…this weekend we found out that I'm pregnant." Amanda said grinning from ear to ear. She had to tell someone, she couldn't keep it in anymore, plus she trusted Olivia.
Olivia could see how happy Amanda was about having a baby, "Congratulations Amanda."
"Fin was so happy when the doctors told us. The only other people who know are you, Cragen, and Ken." Amanda said not wanting to everyone to know just yet about her pregnancy.
"Well I will not tell anybody until I know it's safe. Oh I almost forgot, would you be one of my bride maids?" Olivia asked hoping Amanda would say yes.
"Would love to, If you don't mind me being extremely pregnant." Amanda said causing Olivia to laugh.
"I don't mind, and I'm sure you'll look great with your pregnancy glow." Olivia said smiling as their food came to the table. Throughout their lunch they had light conversation, after eating they headed back to the precinct where they continued to work on the case.
Cragen sent everyone home later that night telling them to get some shut eye that the case will still be there in the morning.
By the time Olivia got home it was almost midnight, both Bayard and Jessica was fast asleep. Olivia changed out of her work clothes and slipped into bed. She felt Bayard wrap his arm around her, soon she fell asleep.

"You look very happy today, what's up?" Alex asked as they sat in at a Bistro, near the court house.
Olivia grinned from ear to ear and held up her left hand showing her engagement ring causing Alex to gasp. It was Olivia's turn to gasp when she saw Alex's hand, "Langan proposed," Olivia said excited.
Alex laughed, "Yea, that's why I couldn't wait for you to get back I was going to call when you got back Saturday but I've been so busy with work…so where did he take you?"
"Paris, Alex I saw a side of Bayard that just made me fall in love with him all over again. I enjoyed myself so much I didn't want to come back. Anyways do you know when you guys wedding is?" Olivia said as their food came.
Alex nodded, "August 17th of next year, do you know when you guys having yours?" Alex said taking a bite of her food. She was so happy for her friend, she knew how much Olivia wanted to get married and have a family of her own, so she was happy that she was getting what she always wanted.
"We are thinking about mid May or early June, we want a destination spring wedding. I told Bayard this morning that we could either go to Italy, Hawaii or go back to Paris. I love all three so I told Bayard to pick, he told me give him 'til tonight to think about it."
"I hope you guys go to Italy, and then take your honeymoon in Hawaii, that would be nice. I can't believe we're both getting married in the same year we finally found our mister right." Alex said making Olivia smile. "Oh I want you to be my maid of honor."
Olivia nodded, "Only if you're my maid of honor at my wedding."
"Did you need to ask?" Alex said laughing causing Olivia to laugh also.
Olivia looked at her watch, "I should be heading back to the precinct." Olivia said standing up.
Alex stood up also, she grab Olivia's hand, "No Liv, lunch is on me today…and I won't take no for an answer." Alex said handing her card to the waitress.
After paying for their food, they left going their separate ways.
By the end of the week everyone knew about Olivia's and Alex's engagement. That Sunday they were all going out to dinner to celebrate their engagements.

That Saturday Olivia, Bayard, and Jessica were all out at the mall shopping. Bayard was the happiest man at that moment he had the two most important women in his life.
"Hey we should go see Gravity I heard it's really good." Jessica said as they walked into a shoe store.
Olivia nodded in agreement, "I agree Nick told me he liked it, we can go tomorrow before the dinner, what you think Bay."
"That sounds good to me. Hey sweetheart I talked to the travel agency, they want to know how many people will be coming with us." Bayard said as he put an arm around Olivia wanting to have her close, he could not wait until he could call her his wife, to be honest he would take them to the courthouse today and get married, but he wanted to give Olivia the wedding of her dreams, she deserves it.
"You guys picked a place already." Jessica said as she looked as some red heels.
"Yup, we decided for all three." Olivia said receiving a confused look from Jessica, "We're going to get married in Italy, then for our honeymoon we're going to Hawaii then back to Paris before coming back home." Olivia said. Bayard decided to get married in Italy and Olivia couldn't decide where to take their honeymoon, so she picked both.
Jessica nodded, "Sounds good to me, so a how long will we be in Italy?" Jessica said picking up another pair of shoes.
"A week, it will allow everybody to enjoy the country then the day before everyone leaves is when we'll get married. Our honey will be two weeks, a week in each place." Bayard said
"A week in Italy means shopping. Livia we have to visit Milano, the fashion city to shop." Jessica said getting excited.
Olivia laughed, "Oh trust me I have already made plans to go." Olivia said as she spotted a pair of shoes that caught her eyes.
Bayard just shook his head, what was he getting himself into, he'll have two women that had a shoe addiction.
"Hey dad can I please get these shoes, please." Jessica giving him the puppy eyes causing Olivia and Bayard to laugh.
Bayard sighed, how could he say no, "Sure, sweetheart are you getting shoes too." Bayard asked Olivia as he walked towards the register receiving a nod from her.
They paid for the shoes then they left the shoe store. As they were walking towards the food court Olivia heard someone call her name, she ignored it at first, but then she heard it again. She was not prepared for who she saw when she turned around, "Elliot…"

This chapter was more of a filler but I hope you all enjoyed the chapter. Next Elliot Stabler's return, how will he explain himself for leaving the way he did. As always please REVIEW I appreciate them so much.
