Ok I was hoping for more reviews last chapter, but I decided to continue this story to the end for those who really enjoy this story. Sadly I'll be ending this story soon. This chapter has a big time jump to get things moving, well enjoy.

Bayard was startled at first but relaxed when he realized it was Olivia. He set his file down before pulling Olivia onto his lap kissing her deeply.

Olivia sat there in shock, "David, umm..." Olivia said standing up looking down at Bayard, "How are you?" Olivia asked trying to smile.
David just looked between them, "I'm good, it seems like you're doing good." David said.
Bayard stood up, "Haden whatever you're thinking it's not," Bayard said trying to explain.
"Really, then why were you kissing Olivia." David said feeling betrayed, "Is that why you threaten to out me and Olivia when we were together, so that you can be with her." David said.
Bayard was about to speak when Olivia stopped him, "David you know I wouldn't do that to you, neither would Bayard. When we got together it was a year later." Olivia said looking David in the eyes.
David sighed, "So how serious are you two?" David asked.
"We've been married for almost five months now," Bayard said smiling.
David mouth almost dropped to the floor, "Wow, glad to see you two happy," David said seeing the smiles on their face.
"We are, but enough of us, what brought you by here today?" Bayard asked.
David nodded, "It looks like you're the defense attorney on my case. I came here to talk." David said.
"I should let you two talk," Olivia said. She turned to Bayard, "I'll see you later," Olivia said walking out.
"Can you give me a minute please," Bayard said receiving a nod before following Olivia out. "Sweetheart, I never did find out why you came by."
Olivia gave him a smile, "I just finished my sergeant exam and Cragen told me to take the rest of the day off so I decided to surprise you, and see if you had time to go to lunch." Olivia explained.
"Lunch dose sound good," Bayard said wrapping his arms around Olivia, "How about half hour from now we go to lunch," Bayard suggested.
Olivia nodded, "Sounds good, I'll go look at some baby stuff," Olivia said smiling at the thought of going baby shopping.
Bayard couldn't help but laugh, "Ok, I'll see you soon," Bayard said giving her a kiss before walking back into his office.
An hour later Bayard and Olivia sat in a restaurant eating lunch. Bayard watched Olivia for a minute, "You look guilty, what did you buy?" Bayard asked smiling.
Olivia laughed a little, "Could never get nothing pass you." Olivia said drinking some of her drink, "I brought some clothes," Olivia admitted. "I found a onesie that says, 'My Mommy can Kick your Mommy's butt,'" Olivia said with a laugh.
Bayard laughed, "That's actually true, what else did you get other clothes?" Bayard asked knowingly.
Olivia sighed, "Some bottles, toys, and a bouncy seat. I couldn't help it Bay, everything was just so cute," Olivia said defending her actions.
"I'm not mad at you sweetheart, if you want to go baby shopping you can." Bayard said reassuringly.
They finished eating talking about baby names and how they wanted the room to look. They made plans to go baby shopping together.
Four months later
Over the four months Olivia was made sergeant and Cragen retired leaving Olivia in charge of the squad until her maternity leave then a replacement would take over until Olivia decide to take the position as Captain or 1PP finds a replacement.
Olivia and Jessica were out having a little girl time before the baby came. They were getting their nails done at a spa enjoying themselves, "So what name did you and dad pick for my little brother?" Jessica turning to look at Olivia.
"Oh we're keeping that a secret until the baby comes." Olivia said laughing at Jessica who was pouting, "Pouting want make me tell you, sorry, but me and your dad want it to be a surprise." Olivia said as she felt her son kick inside her.
Jessica saw Olivia flinch, "Are you ok?" Jessica asked worried.
Olivia nodded, "Yeah, he just kicked really hard," Olivia said rubbing her baby bump.
Jessica relaxed, before looking down at her watch, "Hey do you mind after this we head home to eat?" Jessica asked.
Olivia raised an eyebrow, "Sure, but you don't want to go to your favorite spot for lunch?" Olivia asked curious as to why she wanted to go home.
Jessica shrugged, "Yeah but I thought it would be fun to watch a movie at home and eat." Jessica said.
Olivia nodded, "Ok sounds good." When they we're finish at the spa they headed home to have lunch there and watch a movie. As Olivia was getting out of the car she clutched her stomach as she felt a sharp pain in her stomach.
Jessica seeing this ran over to her side, "Mom what's wrong?" Jessica asked getting worried again.
Olivia took a deep breath, "I'm fine Jess, really, the doctor said I'll be experiencing false labor pains as I get closer to my due date." Olivia explained.
Jessica nodded, but she was still worried about her mother, "I'll grab the bags out of the trunk." Jessica said walking back to the car.
Olivia nodded as she walked up to the house and opened the door. When she entered she almost had a heart attack when she heard a chorus of surprise from everyone. "What-What's going on here?" Olivia asked as she rubbed her bump, the scare making her son move around.
Bayard walked forward, "It's a baby shower for you," Bayard said giving her a quick kiss.
Olivia blink back the tears, "Thank you guy's I appreciate it so much," Olivia said turning to Jessica, "You knew about this didn't you?" Olivia asked.
Jessica looking guilty nodded, "Yeah, I had to make sure we got back by one, that's why I wanted to come home for lunch." Jessica explained.
Alex stepped forward, "Let's get this party started shall we." Alex said taking Olivia's hand guiding her to the chair she was to sit in. "Ok first we'll eat lunch then play some games then open gifts." Alex said happy.
After eating Alex and Melinda stood up and made their way to Bayard, "Ok, time for our first game," Alex said gaining everyone's attention, "Our first game involves the guys," Alex said hearing them groan as Melinda brought over a bag, "This game is called name that baby food. Bayard, Nick, Fin, Trevor, Simon, Elliot, Munch and Don you will be fed baby food while blind folded and you have to tell us what flavor it is." Alex said causing all the ladies to laugh.
After blinding folding the guys the ladies took their positions to fed the guys. "Ready and here comes the food open wide," Alex said trying her best not to laugh.
Olivia fed Bayard the first spoon full, "Good," Olivia said as she felt another sharp pain.
"Not really," Bayard said making a disgusted look.
Olivia laughed, "What flavor do you think it is?" Olivia asked.
Bayard thought for a minute, "Umm... Peas," Bayard said guessing.
"Yupe, good job Bay, " Olivia giving him a kiss. Jessica handed her another jar of baby food, "Ok here's the next one," Olivia said feeding him a spoon full.
Bayard thought for a minute, "Carrots," Bayard said.
"You are good Bay," Olivia said.
"Hey I think love birds down there are cheating," Munch yelled.
Olivia glared at him even though he couldn't see her, "Oh stop whining because you're losing." Olivia said before feeding him the last spoon full.
Bayard smiled, "Oh I know this one, apple sauce," Bayard said smiling.
Olivia just laughed, "That was too easy." Olivia said rubbing her bump as she started to feel a little uncomfortable.
Bayard could tell from Olivia's face that she was feeling uncomfortable, "Sweetheart you feeling ok?" Bayard whispered into her ear as he rubbed her back.
Olivia gave him a small smile, "Just feeling a little uncomfortable." Olivia admitted, "But I'll be ok." Olivia said reassuring him.
Bayard nodded, but he made a mental note to keep an eye on her. Olivia and Bayard went back to the shower playing some more games before it was time to open gifts.
Olivia and Bayard opened their first gift that was from Melinda who gave her a car seat, outfits, diapers, and toys. Elliot and his family gave them a travel system stroller, clothes, and diapers. Cragen and Liz got them a Deluxe Pack n' Play with smart station play yard, clothes, diapers, and a swing.
Olivia set the bag aside, "Ok I need to really use the bathroom, I'll be right back." Olivia said getting up walking towards the bathroom.
Elliot looked at Bayard, "I seen the baby's room already, where do you plan on putting all of this stuff," Elliot said with a little laugh.
Before Bayard could answer he heard Olivia cry out in pain. He jumped up and ran towards her as everyone else also followed. "Liv sweetheart what's wrong?" Bayard asked walking up to her.
"My water just broke," Olivia said breathless as she looked up at Bayard with a small smile, "The baby is coming," Olivia said.
