"Faaaaaallllll on your knees!" Marvel belted out as he decorated the house. He winked at me continuing to sing. I scrunched my nose at him but truthfully he was really good at singing. Passing by me he shoved a santa hat on my head.

"D'aww look at you! A cute emo little santa." He said. I huffed and stood up but only met face to face with his chest. I looked up at him.

"What's the point in decorating when it's already the day before Christmas?" I huffed out annoyed. He poked my nose ever so lightly.

"My dearest, you shall never understand." He said giving a tiny crooked grin before skipping off while I simply groaned.

I'm lying on the couch flicking through the channels at about 11:30 at night when a deep voice speaks from my left.

"Where's your guard dog?" Catos deep voice ask. I don't take my eyes off the screen as I answer him.

"He has a name and its 11:30 where do you think he is? Normal people sleep." I say and quickly shiver as the AC turns on. He moves my legs and pulls me up tucking me into his side. Naturally I'd push away but he's so damn warm.

"I guess we aren't normal then." He says and I scoff lightly.

"You already knew that." I say glancing at him from the corner of my eye. His mouth lifts in its natural smirk.

"I never said I didn't." He says in his oh so cocky voice.

"Oh you didn't? I'm sorry I was too busy not paying attention." He mutters something incoherent as he buries his face into my neck. Soon my insomnia is gone and I'm falling asleep to the sounds of his light breaths.

I wake up to somebody cuddling me tightly. I'm still in the living room but there's no Cato. The person isn't cuddling me either. I look to see Finnick lifting me off the couch, my small body hitting his warm bare chest.

"You should really be sleeping." I say yawning lightly.

"I couldn't." he states lightly.

"Mm? And why not?" I ask resting my head in the crook between his neck and shoulder.

"The bed was cold." He whines lightly. I chuckle before I drift off to sleep again.
