Toriel's scraf waved in the wind as she stepped at the large grave. She could see her vision get blurry as she stared down at it. She kneeled down and place a boquoet of golden flower's that used to grow in the throne room down in the underground. Her tears started to free fall now, only for her to wipe them away. She sobbed, only saying one thing.

"Oh Asgore, why did you have to do this? Why did I have to be so blind?"

[~{ Three Years Earlier }~]

Asgore sat at his fine oak wood table, alone. The barrier had been broken for months now, and he had been misrible. Toriel hated him, his friends tried to help but it didn't work. He just wanted Toriel.

His hands rubbed his head as he thought. Why. He thought harder. Why did I do such a thing? I knew it was wrong, I could have saved them... If only I wasn't such a beast. If only I could go back...

He longed of ways to fix this. He wanted to save Asriel and Chara. If he did that, then this wouldn't have happened. Toriel wouldn't hate him. They would have been a family.

Asgore wanted this all to just end. But he knew there was only one way to end it all. He felt like he wasn't deserving of such a demise, but it would be for the greater good.

He knew what he had to do.

Asgore stepped down the stairs of his basement and looked at the stone walls. It's the perfect setting. He looked the small desk in the corner and walked over to it. He reached onto the desk, and grabbed and rope.

He pulled a stool into the middle of the room and got on top of it. He tied the robe to the ceiling and made a small lasso shape with it.

He tied it around his neck and pulled to make it tight. He stood there for a moment, thinking about his options. This is for the greater good.

Asgore was about to kick away the stool before his mind filled with memories.

You help a lot of spider today, Dearie! Thank you so much for the donations! Ahuuhuhuhu~

I love you, dad.

Asgore couldn't help but smile and start to tear up at these thoughts. He started to loosen the rope before he remembered one more thing.

Dont Tori me, Dreemurr.

Asgore let the tears fall, tighting the rope. He once again thought over everything. Then made a final decision.

By the end, the stool stood far away from the middle of the room.
