Tiarra's POV

After Gaara was out of site, the group turned towards me and Lydia.

"Who the hell are you guys?" Sakura asked, in disgust. I rolled my eyes and answered.

"Did you not just hear us? We literally just introduced ourselves. And you're supposed to be the smartest in your class." I mumbled the last part. Lydia heard and nudged me like she was saying "Be nice."

"Yeah, I heard you guys. What are you doing here? Are you guys here for the chunin exams too? You're not wearing any village headbands." She said, observing us.

Lydia rubbed her arm and stared at the ground. Ah, she's acting now.

"We don't really...belong anywhere. These other kids helped us out and snuck us in. I think their names were Kiba, Shino, and Hinata. They were really nice." Lydia says, smiling. Sakura's eyes widened.

"We have to take you to the hokage." She said, grabbing our arms. I pulled away quickly.

"We are more than capable of finding the hokage ourselves." I said, glaring. Lydia stepped on my foot.

"We, uh, may need an escort." Lydia said, glancing at Sasuke.

"Oh barf! Lydia stop flirting with Sasuke. It's unnatural. He isn't even that hot." Naruto started laughing and we high-fived while Lydia rolled her eyes and Sakura looked to be fuming. Konohamaru and his gang had snuck away a little while back ad no one really noticed.

"I can take you guys to gramps!" Naruto said, making a thumbs up. I started giggling.

"Who's flirting now?" Lydia said, smirking. I pushed her and she fell on Sasuke. I laughed and grabbed Naruto's arm and started running.

Lydia's POV

"Tch. Jerk." I said, getting up off of Sasuke. Not that I wanted to, though. I could lay in that boys' arms forever. "Well it was great meeting you guys, but I got to go." I started walking away, while I heard Sakura trying to flirt with Sasuke and he turned her down. I laughed to myself and kept walking along the stony path.

"I wear my sunglasses at night So I can, so I can Watch you weave Then breathe your story lines And I wear my sunglasses at night So I can, so I can Keep track of the visions in my eyes."I started singing quietly to myself, when I'm yanked into a bush.

"What the ever loving hell?!" I yell, until I see who it is. "Oh. Sup guys?"

Deidara and Sasori just stare at me.

"Well?! What did you pull me into a bush for?" I ask, rather impatiently.

"Did you forget about our mission?" Sasori asks with a glare.

"Obviously I didn't forget about the mission...what was the mission?"

Deidara facepalms and starts whisper-yelling at Sasori.

"I told you this would happen if we let them out of our site- wait. Where's your friend?"

"Heh...Uh...With the Hokage." I mumbled. I looked up and Sasori was taking a deep breath.

"Sasori..?" I ask, slowly.

"I'm going to kill her."

Oh god. Tiarra's in trouble...Why do I find this hilarious?

Tiarra's POV

We start winding through crowds of people in the town and we are walking for, what seems like, forever.

"So," Naruto starts, breaking the silence. "Where are you from?" I look down, sadly.

"Really, I don't know. My parents didn't want me, I guess. I was wondering around when I was younger when I met Lydia. We've been together ever since, not really having a place to call home. Not having any friends or family. Just each other." I looked up at Naruto and he was nodding his head.

"I know how that feels. My parents died when I was born, and I never really had friends before." Aww my poor baby! I quickly grabbed his hand and smiled.

"I'd be happy to be your friend!" I watched as his eyes lit up and he had that goofy grin of his.

"Okay!" Was his simple response. I laughed, and he led me into Ichiraku Ramen. I stared at him confuzzled.

"I-I thought we were going to the hokage's?"

"We are. I just thought we could eat first!"

"I uh, I don't have any money, Naruto.." He opened up his little froggie pouch and smiled.

"That's okay. I have just enough for the both of us!" Oh my Lord, he is too sweet. I hugged the little blond, and his face turned red. I started giggling and took a seat as Naruto stood flustered for a second, and then ordered for the both of us.

Teuchi brought our ramen to the counter and we dug in.

"Oh my god this is delicious!" I said between mouthfuls. Teuchi smiled.

"Of course! We have the best ramen in the village!" Naruto nodded in response as he ate bowl after bowl.

"So Naruto, is this your girlfriend?" Naruto started choking on his ramen, and I started smiling. I stared at Naruto to see his response.

"What? No no, we're just friends!" I quickly winked at Teuchi and started acting.

"Am I not good enough for you Naruto?" I asked, with tears in my eyes. Naruto started to panic and Teuchi was trying to hold in his laughter, but ultimately failed and burst out laughing. Naruto looked so confused.

"Relax, Naruto. I was just joking." I said, laughing. Naruto calmed down and finally smiled too. He paid for both of us and we set out for the Hokage.

Lydia's POV

UGH KILL ME NOW! I can maybe handle one of them, but both?! This awkward silence is killing me. I'd rather be playing up my innocent act with Kiba, Hinata, and Shino. That's saying a lot. So obviously I did one thing. I started singing.

*DO NOT OWN: Dark Horse

"So you wanna play with magic, Boy you should know what you're falling for. Baby do you dare to do this? Cause I'm coming at you like a dark horse." I practically screamed the next part.

"ARE YOU READY FOR READY FOR! A PERFECT STORM PERFECT STORM! CAUSE ONCE YOU'RE MINE ONCE YOU'RE MINE! There's no going back."I started dancing and Deidara stared at my weird and I looked him dead in the eye and my dancing intensified. He looked away and walked beside Sasori instead. I started laughing to myself. I'm hilarious.

"What are we even doing." I finally ask. We've been walking to God knows where.

"We're going to find a place to stay until it gets dark. Ahh, that's why we're in the woods.

"What if someone sees us?"

"Then we're ditching you."

"Oh wow. Thanks Sasori, I feel the love. Do you hear that? Yeah it's called Sarcasm." He ignored me and we kept walking.

"Carry on my wayward Son! They'll be peace when you are done! Lay your weary head to rest! Don't you cry no more!" I started singing, when Deidara slapped me.

"Oww what the fudge, Dei!" Deidara glared at me.

"Shut...the fuck...up." I rubbed my cheek and glared at him. Stupid bitchacho. Who hits a girl? I swear Tiarra better not be having fun, because this sucks.

Tiarra's POV

We got into the Hokage's office and I have to admit, I was pretty nervous. Naruto and the Hokage started talking and I tuned them out. I wonder how Lydia's doing. I wonder what Sasori and Deidara are doing. Oh god I bet they're pissed..eh.

"-rra. Tiarra?" Naruto said again.

"Huh?" I asked looking back between Naruto and the Hokage.

"He asked if you had any experience with ninja combat, or chakra controlling." I nodded my head.

"I've picked up a few things when moving from town to town." I lied. The Hokage asked me to demonstrate and I took Naruto down within seconds.

"Hey! I wasn't ready!" Naruto yelled. I got up from the ground and looked towards the Hokage. He looked uncertain about something, but spoke anyways.

"Tiarra, I will be placing you on Team 7 with Instructor Kakashi."

*I'm sorry this wasn't very funny, it's really just a little set up chapter. Thank you to everyone who reviews and follows and sticks with me even though my updating schedule is very irregular.
