Chapter 5: A Favor is Asked, and Pakura Returns

"So. How have you been, Hinata? With training, I mean." Naruto asked.

"Good. I'm still having trouble with the 'Summoning Jutsu' though." Hinata replied.

"She's been doing better than you though, Naruto. You were still stuck on tadpoles at this point. Hinata has managed to summon Gamatatsu a couple days ago. Hell, you were even using Shadow-Clones." Commented Jiraiya.

"Yea, but I was training in three different things. 'Summoning Jutsu', 'Rasengan', and learning to access the Fox's chakra. None of which are easy." Naruto replied.

"True. You got a point there, Naruto. But still, she's further then you were at."

"Yea, I know. And that's awesome." Said Naruto, with a large grin on his face. "Oh! Before I forget. Hinata, this is Haku. The 'Ice' style user I met during my mission to the Land of Waves."

Looking at Haku, Hinata bowed as she introduced herself. "Hello, Haku. It's finally nice to meet you. I'm Hinata Hyuga, of the Hyuga Clan."

"And I'm Haku Yuki, of the Yuki Clan. It's a pleasure to meet you as well, miss Hyuga." Said Haku, bowing his head in return.

"Please, just 'Hinata' is fine." Said Hinata, as she straightened up.

"Very well." Haku replied.

"Well, now that Introductions are out of the way. What do you need, Naruto?" Jiraiya asked.

Handing Jiraiya a scroll he made, Naruto replied. "I need you to find the remaining members of these clans and/or hero's, and tell them their home is being rebuilt by a remaining survivor of the Uzumaki Clan."

"Hm. I see. So, that's your plan. You plan on rebuilding the Hidden Whirlpool Village." Said Jiraiya, taking the scroll as he continued. "But, you know that the village has fallen once before. How do you expect to prevent that from happening again?" Jiraiya asked.

"I found information on their old security system. I might be able to improve on them, or maybe come up with some other ideas to add on to the securty system." Naruto replied.

"And what ideas do you have, exactly?"

"Uh...I just started. So, I have no idea right now. Heheh." Naruto answered, scratching the back of his head.

*Sigh* "Oh boy. Alright. I'll be able to find them,but don't expect a miracle." Said Jiraiya. "Boy, I really hope he knows what he's doing."

"I know. I just hope they'll at least consider coming. Anyway, what's the news in the Leaf Village?" Naruto asked.

*Sigh* "Nothing good. Because of your possession of the 4th Hokage's jutsu scroll, Tsunade was backed into a corner."

"What do you mean?"

"The 4th Hokage's own personal jutsu are in that scroll. Because of that and as Hokage, Tsunade had to tell the council about it. In other words, the entirety of the Leaf Village knows you can use the 'Flying Rajin Jutsu'. Because of that, you're automatically considered a threat to the Hidden Leaf Village. Now, not only do you have to be careful of the Akatsuki, but the Hidden Villages as well. Because, they will want you either on their side. Or have you dead, so they can figure out the secrets of that jutsu." Jiraiya explained.

"Damn. Well, that sucks." Said Naruto.

"Wait." Said Haku, getting everyone's attention. Looking Naruto in the eye, Haku continued. "You know the 4th Hokage's 'Flying Raijin Jutsu'?"

"Yea." Naruto answered.

"Ok. Now you're being chased by not only the Hidden Leaf, but the other Hidden Villages as well?"

"Yea."

"Despite all that, all you can say is 'yea'?"

"Yup."

"Are you insane, or just stupid?!" Haku asked, yelling the final question.

"Hey! Don't worry, we just need to keep a low profile. We'll be fine." Said Naruto.

"Naruto. Rebuilding a destroyed Hidden Village, is not keeping a low profile." Said Haku.

"True. But I never said I was going to use my first name while we were rebuilding the village. Until the village is rebuilt and has the right allies, we'll be safe. Well, except for the Akatsuki." Naruto explained, confidence in his voice.

"Then what name will you use then?" Asked Hinata.

Looking at Hinata, Naruto answered." That's easy. Hiro Uzumaki."

Hinata smiled. "I see."

"Naruto." Said Haku, earning the others attention again. "I'll work with you on the whole village thing. But, I know you're keeping something from me. Something about the Akatsuki. What is it?" Haku asked.

*Sigh* "The Akatsuki are after the Nine-Tailed Fox. Which happens to be sealed onside of me, by the 4th Hokage. My dad." Naruto replied, hoping that Haku would understand.

Haku just stood there with his mouth wide open. "That explains the chakra that time. It must have come out with his rage, when he thought he lost his friend. That also explains the look of lonelyness in his eyes. But, not only that. He's the son of the 4th Hokage. He might actually pull this off. But, he'll need help. My help." Haku thought.

The silence was making Naruto very nervous. He didn't know what Haku was going to do now. "Uh...Haku?"

Being broken from his thought, Haku looked Naruto in the eye. "I'm in. Now that I know why you needed my help, I'm more than willing to help. Besides if I don't, I'm sure Hinata would make me regret it." Said Haku, chuckling at his last comment.

"Anyway, on a more series note. I've got new on Sasuke." Said Jiraiya, really gaining Naruto's attention.

"What about him? Is he ok?" Naruto asked.

"Most of his injuries are healed, but that was so he could stand trial for betraying the Leaf Village and attempting to join Orochimaru." Jiraiya replied.

"And what was the verdict?" Naruto asked, a small look of concern on his face.

"With out the key witness, you Naruto, Sasuke got a slap on the wrist. He is currently in prison for the next six months, with one year probation. He has the elders to thank for that." Jiraiya explained.

"Yea, that's not surprising. I didn't want him getting too bad a punishment anyway. Orochimaru was trying to brainwash Sasuke."

"But he still went to Orochimaru willingly. At the very least, that should give him life in prison. And that's if he's lucky."

"Yea, but the elders wouldn't listen to what I would have to say." Said Naruto.

"They'd have no choice but to listen. Anyway, it doesn't matter now anyway. What's done is done." Said Jiraiya.

"Lord Jiraiya. By 'Orochimaru', do you mean another of the 'Legendary Sannin'?" Asked Haku.

"Yes. That's exactly who we're talking about. And before I forget, Sakura has become Tsunade's apprentice." Said Jiraiya.

"Really. Awesome." Said Naruto, happy for Sakura's new apprenticeship.

"Yea. She figured that since you're gone, she needs to step up and keep Sasuke in line. Shikamaru is working harder in order to help prevent Sasuke from running again. The others say they're going to join in once they're back to full strength." Said Jiraiya, letting Naruto know that everyone is going to keep an eye on Sasuke.

"Awesome." Naruto replied.

-Two Weeks Later-

Naruto and Haku spent the rest of the day with Jiraiya and Hinata, before heading back to the ruins of the Hidden Whirlpool. Although Hinata didn't want Naruto to go so soon, she understood that he had to clean up the ruins of the Hidden Whirlpool.

Currently the ruin themselves looked almost non-existant. It almost looked like a battle never took place. Of course, a lot of help came from the Chikara Clan. The elder of the Chikara Clan was an elderly old man with a long pointy beard and a bald head. Upon first arrival the old man found it hard to believe that Naruto was a member of the Uzumaki Clan. It took the mentioning of Naruto's mother, Kushina Uzumaki, to convince the old man of his heritage. The old man remembered Kushina from before she left the Hidden Whirlpool.

The Chikara Clan were very loyal shinobi of the Whirlpool and the Uzumaki Clan. So loyal in fact, that they didn't bother to join another hidden village. Yet they continued training in the ninja arts. It was with the Chikara Clan's help, that the clean up was even faster then expected. It wouldn't be long now, till the actual rebuilding the Hidden Whirlpool.

"That Uzumaki child is quite amazing, don't you think so father?" Asked a young man, of about 27 years of age. The man himself had black hair down to just past his shoulders. He was considered quite handsome, and he didn't have a single scar on him despite the few tough battles he had to enter. The reason he brought this up, was because he saw Naruto using a massive amount of Shadow-clones to help build different buildings.

"He sure is, Natsu." Replied the Elder of the Chikara Clan.

"You know, I never expected someone else to be able to use the 4th Hokage's 'Flying Raijin Jutsu'." Natsu commented, impressed with Naruto's jutsu.

"Yes. The 4th Hokage was a very powerful ninja. One of the most powerful anyone's ever seen. It only makes sense that Naruto has the jutsu, considering that he's the 4th Hokage's son." Said the Elder.

"What?! The Uzumaki kid is the 4th Hokage's kid?" Asked Natsu, shocked at this informaton.

"Yes. He's almost the spitting image of the 4th. It's almost unreal. Although, he acts more like his mother. Based on what I've seen of her, before she left to go to the Leaf Village." The Elder answered.

"I see. Why did she go to the Leaf Village?"

"That I do not know. I never questioned the Uzumaki Clan. They gave our clan a home once before. And here we are once again, given a home by a member of the Uzumaki Clan. We must defend our home with our lives. I love this village, and honestly I never thought I'd get to see it being rebuilt." Said the Elder, shedding a few tears of happiness.

"Don't worry father. We will protect this village. We won't let anything happen to it anymore." Said Natsu.

"Yes, I'm sure we will. But, we must keep Lord Uzumaki's jutsu and true identity a secret. At least until he is ready for others to know." Replied the Elder.

"Of course father." Said Natsu.

As Natsu was about to get back to work, he heard new a new voice. Looking up he saw Haku with a woman he had never seen before. Walking up to them, he gave a bow, and asked. "Excuse me but, who is this woman, Haku?"

Haku was about to reply, but it was Pakura who answered. "I'm Pakura, of the 'Scorch Style'. I'm formerly of the Hidden Sand, before the betrayed me."

"I see. Then why are you here?" Asked Natsu, a distrusting look in his eye.

This time it was Naruto who answered. "Because, I want to ask her to be a Hidden Whirlpool ninja."

Naruto's answer shocked everyone who was listening in, except for Haku's. "Lord Uzumaki, you can't be serious." Said Natsu.

Looking at Natsu, Naruto replied. "Well, in the end it's her choice. I'm just asking because, Haku says she's really strong. This village needs strong ninja to survive."

Before Natsu could reply, Haku continued where Naruto left off. "Besides, if it weren't for Pakura, I might not be here. We fought together on a few occasions for the rebellion in the Land of Water. She saved my life in the final battle."

Cliffhanger. Next chapter is the second to last chapter. Haku will go back to his story as a member of the rebellion. There will be a new story to follow this one. I hope you all look forward to it. Thank you and please review.
