A/N: Hello people! I'm back and I truly AM sorry for the long wait but my mid-terms were exhausting and I had to attend my cousin's graduation and then a marriage and then my Saturday French classes...anyways, yes, I'm a busy girl, lol.

BUT no matter, the waiting's now over AND since I'm in Christmas Break my updates shall happen a LOT more often so always be on the look-out.

On that note, sorry I won't have my usual shout outs section BUT I'm having a bit of trouble with my Hotmail account where I normally view my reviews...so sorry, but if you review this chapter, guaranteed you shall have a shout outs next.

Ch.31: Big Time Birthday Boy (Part 2)

"I seriously hope you guys have had enough already, and are decent because we're about to come in!" Logan hollered before he and Carlos cautiously made their way into their hotel room.

The whole room reeked of sex, making both boys very uncomfortable.

However, they were glad to find Kendall in the couch watching some T.V, already combed and wearing a tux and looking ready to go.

"James is finishing up," he said, giving his friends a mischievous smile.

"How is it that you're even managing to sit?" Carlos wondered.

Kendall laughed.

"Oh Carlos," he said "You're right, it hurts like hell, but keep in mind…I'm a lot less breakable than you are…and I can totally handle my boyfriend so…"

Logan and Carlos just shook their heads, amused, before joining the blonde on the couch, waiting for the pretty boy to finish getting ready for his party.

"You DO know that, technically speaking, what you guys were up to all day was statutory rape, don't you?" Logan asked, smirking while Kendall looked disbelievingly at him.

"Seriously dude?" Kendall asked him.

"No, I'm serious! I mean, James IS eighteen and OF age…and you're still a minor, Kendall," Logan said jokingly.

"Okay, you did NOT just go there, please tell me you didn't," Kendall said rolling his eyes.

Carlos and Logan just laughed.

"Okay, I'm done, we can leave now!" James said, coming out of the bathroom, also wearing a tux and his hair completely impeccable (and not at all the wild, crazy sex-hair he'd had not 30 minutes ago…)

"Finally had enough, then, James?" Carlos asked smirking.

"Carlitos, there is absolutely no way of ever having truthfully ENOUGH of Kendall…" James said, making his boyfriend blush well past crimson "But alas, I must share him with the rest of the world that wants to see him, unfortunately, dressed, so…"

"So would you be up to receiving mine and Carlos' birthday present later tonight, Diamond?" Logan asked challengingly.

"Bring it on, Mitchell," James said, eyes glinting at the thought of later tonight.

"I'm not bottoming with either of you two," Kendall said quickly, making Logan and Carlos roll their eyes.

"'Course, we weren't expecting you to," Carlos said "Hell we don't even know how you managed to put up with James…we all know how dominant you always like to be during sex…"

"Okay, why does everybody keep saying that?" Kendall asked a bit annoyed.

"Because it's true babe, now c'mon!" James said, taking his boyfriend's hand and giving it a firm tug "The limo's waiting!"

Kendall sighed and let the matter rest as the four boys made their way to the limo downstairs.

(At the party…)

"Hey look! The birthday boy's here!" Frankie called out as soon as he saw James and the rest of the NTH crew began cheering.

James greeted them all with a huge smile on his face, hugging all the actresses and smacking fists or clapping the backs of the actors on set, his friends not far from him.

When he finally spotted her, he made his way over to Elena.

"Hey," he told her "Thanks for all this, you didn't really have to do it…"

"Nonsense, James, it's your birthday and we want you to enjoy it," Elena said "Now go have fun!"

"Thanks, I will," James said, smiling at her before making his way back to his friends.

"Honestly, I'm surprised to even see you guys out of the bedroom and dressed at all…" Frankie commented casually to James and Kendall who only smiled.

"Well, we decided we'd take a break from each other and come share some of my awesomeness with you guys before we returned to our previous actions," James said making all of the others laugh.

"Well, aren't you modest!" Dara called out, making the group laugh some more.

While James, Carlos, and Logan continued having a great time with the rest of the NTH crew, Kendall made his way over to the drink's table to fetch them all some refreshments.

"I wouldn't take my eyes off him even for one second if I were you," a voice said from behind him "Especially at a party…"

"Fuck off Jett…" Kendall muttered angrily, still not turning around to face him "I'm not in the mood to deal with your stupidities right now…"

"Oh, I will fuck off alright," Jett answered "And with none other than your pretty little boyfriend right there, if you're not careful enough…"

That made Kendall stop dead in his tracks and wheel around to face Jett angrily, ready to punch him.

"What the hell did you just say?" he exclaimed.

Jett put up his hands in front of him in an innocent gesture.

"Relax Knight, I didn't mean anything bad by it…" he said simply.

"Then what did you mean by it?" Kendall demanded.

Jett sighed over-dramatically.

"All I'm saying," he said "Is that Diamond's an easy guy…easy to manipulate into doing what you're telling him to do, easy to believe whatever you tell him to believe and yes, easy to get into bed with you…add a couple of drinks, like you have here and you're in for a disastrous night if you're not careful enough…"

"James is NOT easy…" Kendall said while glaring at Jett.

"Really now?" Jett said, eyebrows raised "Then explain how, in the last years-ever since you four came to Hollywood-he's slept with Guitar Dude, of all people, me, you, that Sean guy he cheated on you with, and hell…even Carlos and Logan. Yeah, you're totally right…he's SO not easy to lure to bed…"

"Guitar dude was nothing more than for comfort," Kendall said, still glaring at Jett "You and Sean were clearly a mistake, I'm his boyfriend, and Carlos and Logan are his best friends…whom he DID fuck, with my permission…"

"Funny that you should think Diamond wouldn't have fucked Mitchell and García with or without your permission, I mean, c'mon! He clearly wanted a go with that Latino…mind you, can't say I blame him, I'd want a go at him myself" Jett said tauntingly "Also, it's funny that you should mention me and Sean being mistakes…as I recall, he was perfectly lucid while doing both things…and, might I add, perfectly willing,"

"James would've never cheated on me with either of my best friends," Kendall said, blinking back tears from the mere thought that his boyfriend would be capable of such an act "And he said he was drunk while he was with you AND with Sean…"

"Don't tell me you actually believe the three weeks he was cheating on you he was also drunk the whole time?" Jett said, eyebrows raised.

"I'm over that already," Kendall murmured angrily.

Jett ignored him.

"Plus, it's true that he was drunk the first time that he was with me…but he was perfectly coherent the other times he was with me…"he continued saying.

"Other times?" Kendall said blankly "What other times? James said you guys had slept together only once…"

Jett laughed.

"Oh please," he scoffed "And you believed him? Honestly, how naïve are you Knight? Nobody fucks Jett Stetson once and doesn't want another go…as it is, in our case, I fucked him, he's such a perfect submissive…" Jett said contemplatively.

"Shut up Jett!" Kendall said, raising his voice a little before lowering it again for fear of being overheard.

"Whoa…seems like I hit a nerve there," Jett commented "Anyways, Knight, tell me the truth, what is someone like you, who's clearly more talented than James, and able to get practically whomever he wants doing with someone as vain and clueless and James Diamond?"

"Oh and you're better?" Kendall asked, eyebrows raised "If anyone's conceited and, frankly, not that bright, in here it's you. You think the world revolves around you and you're too lazy to lift a finger to help anyone that's not yourself…"

"Well, at least I'm where I am due to my incredible talent as an actor and not because I tagged along with my other two best friends, clinging to the only one who REALLY has a talent to create a career for me…" Jett said.

"It wasn't like that," Kendall said "It was just…"

"Just what, Kendall?" Jett asked "You and I both know that if Gustavo hadn't liked YOU for YOUR singing, so much that he was willing to bring you to L.A at all costs, and if YOU hadn't asked Gustavo to bring them along none of the other three would've gotten here. Big Time Rush wouldn't exist and you'd be, in my humble opinion, a far more successful solo artist than you are right now as the gay member of a boy band…"

"I can't believe I'm wasting my time talking to you," Kendall said, attempting to brush past Jett and ignore his comments.

"Oh, and Kendall?" Jett called "You might want to ask James whether or not he slept with Dak Zevon that time he stayed in Palm Woods when he was recording his new album or how he slept with the idiot Jo hired to be her fake boyfriend "Travis" or how many fan-boys he's slept with while on tour or hookers…you'd be surprised, in fact, I can't believe you didn't know this already, everybody else does…"

"You're lying," Kendall said, still trying to get away from Jett, but Jett blocked his way.

"Oh, you can think whatever you want Knight," he said "But just think about this for a minute…why would I lie to you? What reason could I possibly have, what do I have to gain by lying to you? Hmm?" Jett laughed before continuing "Face it, if you think you're the special guy in Diamond's life you're sadly mistaken. You're just another dominant figure in James' life that he's desperate enough to follow around like a lost puppy…wasn't he trying to sleep with you like on the first week you guys were together? Weren't you the one that held him off until you guys had been together for a month? Doesn't that tell you anything?"

"How can you know that?" Kendall whispered, mortified.

Jett laughed again.

"Do you honestly think Diamond doesn't brag about his conquests? I mean, please, the guy is SO not modest…not even when it comes to you…"he said tauntingly

"I won't hear anymore of this crap…" Kendall muttered angrily "Now get out of my way Jett!"

Jett finally allowed him to pass.

"Follow my advice Knight!" he called to Kendall's retreating figure "You could do so much better than that!"

Still shaking with fury over Jett's accusations, and yet unable to ignore that nagging little voice inside his mind which wondered if Jett was telling the truth, Kendall made his way over to his friends and boyfriend and handed everyone their drinks, saving James' for last for it was a beer.

(A/N: Keep in mind for this next part, yes, I know the legal drinking age in the U.S varies AND in most states it is 21 years old BUT, in Europe, if my sources are correct the legal drinking age is 16...as it is, James is 18 so...)

"Aren't you always the one telling us to stay well away from alcohol?" James mused once he' smelled the strong liquor on his cup.

"Well," Kendall said, offering his boyfriend a smile that betrayed none of his conflicted emotions "That's because you're only getting one tonight…and it's because it's finally legal for you to drink it…enjoy your coming-of-age Jamie, baby,"

"Thanks, I will," James said grinning, taking a big gulp from his cup (though not all of it because he didn't want to get drunk too soon) which was followed by several hoots and cheers from his friends.

"Feeling wasted yet?" Carlos asked jokingly.

"Nope," James answered with a laugh and the party continued merrily.

While Kendall watched all his friends have fun he tried, he really did try to have fun as well but there were too many things running through his mind right now to truly be able to enjoy the evening…

A/N: Ta-da! Who thinks they might have a clue at what problems will arise from this situation? Any guesses anyone? If it's remotely close to what I've planned for future chapters you guys get a sneak peek of next chapter!
