Loralei went to see the Weasley's again the day before she returned to Hogwarts. Just making sure everything was good, and playing with the kids, helping Molly out. Percy fell asleep on Loralei's chest while Charlie was taking a nap. Bill was reading, mouthing the words as he read. Loralei couldn't find it anything but adorable.

"Will you owl me anytime, not only for the birth?" Loralei whispered to Molly, so she wouldn't wake up the sleeping eighteen month old on her chest.

"Of course." Molly nodded. "Are you sure you won't mind looking after them during? They can be a handful."

"I'll talk to Dumbledore, he'll let me off. Your due date is in April, right? We take our NEWT's in March. It's all just graduating after that. I'm sure I can do homework while I'm watching them. Just sent me an Owl, I'll pack a bag and floo right over." Loralei smiled.

"You can bring anyone you want to keep you company." Molly told her, smiling. "You are going to be out numbered."

"I'll see who's least likely to fail a class. I'll probably bring Remus, he needs more practice around kids, and I can probably get him to read to Bill."

"What about Sirius? You're still together, right?" Molly asked.

"Yeah, we're doing great, but I think Remus is feeling a little left out since we're all pairing up, and he doesn't even want to date." Loralei wasn't going to give the reason why he didn't want to date. She didn't want to explain the reason Remus thought he wasn't worth it.

"Ah, balancing the best friend with the boyfriend." Molly nodded.

"Yeah, I mean, James is the brother, Lily is the best girl friend, Sirius is the boyfriend, and Remus is the best friend. James and Lily got together, so now I think he's feeling like the fifth wheel."

"Most people would just try to get him a date." Molly told her.

"I'm not most friends." Loralei shrugged. "He wouldn't appreciate it. I'm not going to push him into getting together with someone just so he din't the fifth wheel."

"You really are a good friend." Molly told her.

"I hope so. One thing I've learned is that we need to take care of each other. We're family."

They-Loralei, James, Lily, Remus, and Sirius-got back to Hogwarts on New Year's Day. A week before they had to, but somehow they couldn't stay at the mansion any longer with nothing to do. Loralei and Sirius went down to the kitchens to get food for them all, since it was around dinner time. They decided to go into an empty classroom since they knew that a New Year's party was going on. During winter holiday, there was a party almost every night, and none of them were up for it.

"Have you ever thought about getting married?" Sirius asked Loralei as they walked down to the kitchens.

"Since I was asked summer before last, yeah, I have." She told him honestly. "You?"

"Not until recently." He told her. "You call all of us family, right?"

"Yeah," she nodded. "I don't see where this conversation is going, though."

"Stick with me a moment." He said. "If this was a family, who would be what. Like, Mother, daughter, brother, father."

Loralei thought for a second, before pressing a hand to her chest. "Mother." She thought for a second. "Remus is my brother. James and Lily are the kids that live next door to each other that say they hate." Loralei looked up to Sirius. "I guess that makes you the father. But a fun father that the mother gets frustrated with, but always loves. What do you think?"

"I agree completely, but I think that it's funny that you make Lily and James the children." He replied, laughing quietly.

"Because they are, we all are, really." Loralei shrugged. "We're not even twenty years old. You're the oldest, you're eighteen. Lily's eighteen this month. James is next, then Remus, then me."

"The oldest and the youngest are the parents...sound about right." Sirius laughed.

"We both know I'm the most mature of the group, okay?" Loralei said in a jokingly serious voice. "And you're the least."

"That's not fair! James is worse than I am!" Sirius whined.

"You know, you're only proving my point, Siri." She teased, leaning into him as they walked.

"Shut it." He pouted.

"Oh, you know you love me." She wrapped her arm around his waist. If she was a bit taller she would have gone for his shoulders, but being a little over five feet tall, it wasn't going to happen.

He wrapped his arm around her shoulders. "Yeah, and I don't think I'll ever be able to stop."

"Oh, you." She laughed, batting her eyelashes.

"Oh, and I've been meaning to ask, how are the Weasley's?" Sirius asked. "How long until they become a family of six?"

"Seven, actually." Loralei told him. "They're twins." She smiled.

"You're the godmother of twins? Wow, this is like your dream come true. You've always wanted to have ginger twins." He laughed.

"And I don't have to go through the pain of labor to get them!" Loralei cheered.

"Yeah, you must be really happy about that." He teased. "When are they due?"

"April." Loralei told him. "I'm hoping it's a weekend, since we have classes, but at least the NEWTS will be over, so I don't have to worry about that."

"You're going to be the happiest girl in the world, aren't you?" He asked her.

"Yeah. I love the Weasley's. Molly and Arthur are great, and their kids are great. Bill loves books, Charlie loves having adventures, and Percy loves rules. I can't wait to see what Fred and George are going to be like."

"Those are the twin's names?" He asked.

Loralei nodded. "Aren't they the sweetest things? They're going to be trouble, I know it already."

"They're going to love you, though, right?" Sirius asked.

"Of course." Loralei replied. "I'll be the most fun godmum that anyone has ever seen."

"I bet you will." Sirius agreed. "Did you talk them into giving you their kids for a weekend?"

"Yep. As soon as they asked me to be Fred and George's godmum."

"You're going to have to keep a big house then, with all their kids coming over."

"Well, we do have that big empty mansion, you know. Even if we all end up living in it after graduation it's still huge for five people to live in."

"What about Peter?"

"His parents aren't going to let him leave their house." Loralei replied. "We all know that. Especially to live with the harlot that is me. I might try to corrupt him."

"Oh yeah, I forgot about that..." He laughed. "Do they really still think that about you?"

"After all the drama in the tabloids?" Loralei rolled her eyes. "We both know their suckers for that sort of things."

"Yeah, they believe anything they read as long as its in the papers." He agreed. "They need to learn not to. Some people just don't know how to think."

"If I could change one thing in the world, it would be that everyone needs to learn how to think, not what to think." Loralei told him.

"I know." He agreed. "I think that's why you don't like Wormtail."

"You all have your theories." Loralei shrugged. "I just know he gives me the creeps. No offense to him or anything. I just don't like him."

"You get to have your own opinion, though yours is not the majority in the group." He told her.

"Tell me one person who agrees with me." She said, doubtful anyone would."

"It's just you." He told her. "But then again, you always loved being different."

"You know it, love."

A/N: I AM SO SORRY! I've just been so busy I forgot to update last week. Forgive me? I'm also having a little trouble with writer's block right now. I know what I want to happen, but I'm having a hard time getting it down on paper(or in a document). But I still promise that I will update next week or the week after. I don't exactly know if I have time to write next week, but I promise it will be a longer chapter than this!
