WHITE'S POV

The sky shifts to Dusk as we approach a large white building in the very center of the forest. The bricks are crumbling, and the windows cracked and broken. At first glance it looks to be abandoned but a closer observation shows that there is a soft light lurking in the shadows from the broken windows.

My burning legs begin to tremble we I follow after Mock Turtle and Painter, gritting my teeth in frustration at my own weakness. Even with Mock Turtle carrying my weakening counterpart I will soon fall into the weakness and agony torturing his body. Although I find it pleasurable at the same time it is draining and weakening. I need to remain on my feet for at the very lease this final ingredient.

"Alright so let's torch the house, grab the Yummy Acid and antidote, and then get the f*** out." The Warden growls, clearly irritated. I smile at his eagerness to return to the jail and rest before taking my wife as a husband should.

'I believe knocking will be safer instead.' Mock Turtle writes, handing the notepad to Painter so that Black may see what they wrote. His eye narrows as he growls, clearly on the verge of losing his mind.

"Enough, Black. Allow me, the more level headed counterpart, to proceed." I purr, coolly walking past the two guides which have stopped in their tracks. I reach up, swiftly knocking on the door while keeping a sharp eye out for any tricks she may pull. I doubt she is called the 'Mad Scientist' for nothing.

"Hello? Little pig, little pig, let me come in~," I gently coo, loud enough so that she may hear me from inside.

"Or ill huff and ill puff and blow your a** half across the looking glass." Black grunts under his breath. I chuckle at the small rhyme in his sentence, ensuring that Mock Turtle will properly care for him while I take care of the little scientist. The door knob shakes a little before it clicks open. The door swings open as I promptly duck, missing a paint can swinging out the door with the word 'Moron' written on the can. The rope snaps, clattering to the ground a few feet from the house as I gaze at him with a small chuckle. Well, it's nice that the mad scientist here has a sense of humor.

"You missed, my dear." I call, almost eager to see what she has in store for us. Yes, Black's condition is worsening by the minute but I honestly want to see what else she has in store for us. One of the windows burst into shards of glass as a grenade lands in the bed of grass behind me.

I leap back through the air and gently catch the grenade with the arch of my foot, swinging it back around and sent it sailing back inside.

"Don't mind if I return the kind gift, do you?" I call, watching as a rabbit stuffed doll jumps up from behind the window, its nonexistent mouth stretching wide and swallowing the incoming grenade. My~ I wonder what that strange creature is? It's tiny lower body stretches wildly in a cartoonish way before it pulls back to normal and it floats down before my feet. I dance back, bumping into Mock Turtle who holds up his notepad.

'Beware and do not anger her any more than you have.' Mock Turtle warns before he vanishes with the ingredients and Black in arm, quickly followed by Painter. Oh~ how cute. I get to face her by myself.

The stuffed rabbit floats up again and its nonexistent mouth stretches open, unleashing thick plumes which swiftly engulf me. I cough and leap back out of the cloud of gas, staring the entrance of the door and spying a short girl draw from the plumes. A wicked smile crosses her lips as she looks up to me with crazed eyes.

"Mwuahaha! Welcome ... to your doom!" She madly laughs before coughing to clear her throat and cutely tacking on, "Or in this case, my home!"

"I beg your pardon, miss, but could you tell me where Sakubo is?" I ask, having a strong feeling that she is the same girl standing before me know.

"F*** off, old fart! You're looking at her!" She snaps, looking rather annoyed as I slightly bow towards her.

"Now now dear, language. Would you happen to have some 'Yummy acid'?" I kindly ask, glancing over her person to see if she, by chance, had any on her at the moment.

"I so effing do! Want some?" Sakubo cheerfully asks, looking like a regular cheerful girl. My smile brightens as I wait for the punchline.

"Why yes, we-," I start as a sickening, crazed grin swiftly splits her face.

"TAKE IT LIKE A MAN, YOU SICK F***!" She jumps back, throwing her torso forward before swinging back, jumping up high in the air and slips tiny vials from her sleeves. She spins around and tosses them at me with impressive precision, the vials hitting and exploding like acidic bullets. I dip back and land on my hands before flipping through the air, adeptly dodging the raining explosive acids. I laugh with the fun of the small exercise, ignoring the aching threatening to tear my body apart. My, what fun she is! Perhaps I will have to come another time to visit her? Sakubo lands in a kneeling position at the front door of her home before standing up and crossing her arms with a pout on her face.

"No one died? Aws~ man!" She whines before jumping back, spying Mock Turtle appear with a notepad to her. Oh~ I wonder where Black is? I look up, spying an open window. Is he laying around somewhere inside, I wonder?

'May we have some acid please? It's a vital ingredient to us.' He politely writes. She gasps before jumping up wrapping her arms around his neck.

"Cow man! You're back!" She giggles as Mock Turtle pulls her up into his arms. He cradles the suddenly delighted child in his arms as she reaches up, playfully tugging on his ears.

"Oh~ You know this delightful child?" I ask as I pat the invisible dirt from my clothe. Sakubo giggles and cuddles closer to the masked figure, allowing him to comfortingly rub her back.

"You need to come to my tea party!" She cries tugging on his mask with an eager smile. Mock Turtle dutifully holds his mask in place, nodding as he props her up on his shoulder and scribbles down his message.

'Another time I will gladly do so. But for now we need the yummy acid. May we please have some?' He writes before tacking on, 'the man I was carrying earlier is inside on your operating table. He was injured by Forgotten and I ask, as a favor to me, that you allow him to partake of your antidote.'

"Hrm ... erm ... ." Sakubo mutters, concentrating deeply as she tries to remember, "Yummy ... Acid." She nervously strokes Mock Turtle's long cow ear, thinking to herself.

"Well come on! Give us the f***ing acid! We don't have all day!" Black seethes through the mask on my hip, sounding thoroughly angry and in pain.

"Oh I find offense to that!" Sakubo snaps as she jumps off of Mock Turtle's shoulder and points an accusing finger at the mask, "no acid until you apologize to the Owner of The Dollhouse!"

"Like f*** I will!" He screams, beyond livid at this point. I hold a hand over the mask, silencing his rants.

"I, Joker, apologize. Now may we have some Yummy Acid?" I ask, hardly able to stand up straight through the numbing pain wracking my body. This is no time to argue with the girl and Black should be aware of that. He's growing restless in his weakened state and wasting energy.

"I wanna hear it from that mask's filthy mouth," Sakubo points at the mask before crossing her arms again.

"Hell no!"

"Ten ... nine ... ,"

"And I said to hell with that!" He shouts.

"Eight ... seven ... six ... ,"

"I said no you little brat." Black growls through the mask, his conviction beginning to falter.

"Five ... one ... ,"

"You skipped a f***kng-! FINE YOU LITTLE BRAT I apologize. Happy?" He growls, daring her to say otherwise.

"I do not accept it," Sakubo huffs as she pulls her rabbit doll out, "you did not apologize in the time limit. I now enjoy your humility and shame." She giggles, moving the doll's arms according to each word in a strange dancing motion.

"Look you little s*** I've been stomping around in this s*** country for ingredients and you're going to tell me that I can't get the yummy acid because you are being a spoiled b****?" Black snaps, exasperated. Black ... enough. You should know by now we hardly have a choice but to accept her terms.

"Which spoil brat? You or me?" Sakubo asks as her toy transforms into a machine gun, "The horny pig or the crazy b****?"

"Oh please do you even know how to shoot that thing?!" Black dares, knowing it would be me paying the price. I feel my clock sink to my stomach as I wobble forward, hardly able to keep up the charade anymore. I can feel my strength slipping.

"I sure do~ wanna find out?" Sakubo grins as she raises her machine gun up. Both of us jump as Mock Turtle leaps between us, spinning around in a tight circle. Sakubo shrieks as knives pin her against the door of her home and I to the ground. He holds up a big sign towards me first.

'Enough.'

"What the - she started it!" Black shouts, absolutely pissed. Mock Turtle loops over to Sakubo, holding up a variety of signs that I can't see. Well isn't this rather annoying? I can't see what he is promising her in turn for cooperation.

" ... fine. But on one condition."

"And what is that?" I croon as Sakubo grins.

"I used up all the yummy acid! So you gotta wait! And I'll heal that weird man too so just wait in the waiting room." She cries before rushing back into the house. Mock Turtle takes the notepad and rips up the last few pages, ensuring that I will never know their conversation.

"Wait, Sakubo, I will come and help." Painter says, speaking up for the first time in a while as she took the ingredients from Mock Turtle. He happily hands over the ingredients and lets her return inside, leaving him outside with me.

"Now, shall we wait or go secure the next ingredients?" I smile towards him. Ah ... I feel weak but as my counterpart is healed I will also regain strength.

'Some broken clocks of the forgotten but I doubt they will be out and about now.' He writes, allowing me to see as my counterpart is cut off from me. Ah~ he's finally passed out. Now hopefully she will heal him without killing him. 'Unfortunately, they only come out during the night period and they come in sweeping hordes. We only need about a half dozen.'

"How tedious ... is there any other way that we can find them?" I heavily sigh. I've been kept from my wife much too long now.

'Yes. At the Cathedral in the center of Toy Town. We will have to rile the Nun up so she changes the faceless there into Forgotten.'

"Why, playing with people is what I do best." I smile. I will get them ... I will get that last ingredient and finally return to my wife.

Well who can see this backfiring on White? Again, sorry with the short updates but they will get better, I assure you :3 10 REVIEWSto see what happens next~
