So for some reason Fanfiction isn't emailing me anymore about anything so when you review I can't see unless I check….which the sorta life I have prevents me from doing everyday…

I also know some people are wondering why I just sorta left this story….you know that story Sophomores I had? Well it was a song filled story and when Fanfiction updated their rules I moved it over to DeviantART. I've recently updated that story. I also have a new story on the Elder Scrolls archives so I haven't really updated my KND stories…sorry!

I'm also aware I've made tons of mistakes throughout the story, inconsistencies and such. I'll fix those eventually. Problem is that when I started writing this, the Drilovsky's were your average family and Bodanah was like one of the best mothers ever but I quickly changed that….CeCe is in fact 10 years older than Patton, like Patton's birthday is in September and CeCe's is in April so CeCe turned 17 before Patton was 7, that help? Idk

Birthdays:

Patton: September 17th

Fanny: October 8th

Rachel: January 20th

Natalie: November 14th

Paddy: January 6th

Shaunie: December 1st

CeCe: April 27th

Just so that clears things up for you guys. Now this is a very important chapter and will be referenced back to in later chapters….this is also like one of the last chapter where they are in the KND so enjoy.

Fanny slid slowly down the wall and, after taking off her helmet, rested her head on her knees. This whole friendship thing was so stupid, how had she been so stupid to actually believe someone wanted to be her friend? It made sense though….the only reason numbuh 12 had said anything at all about being friends was because she was Chad's little helper, she was just using Fanny to get what the teens wanted her to get, Fanny giggled a bit, she had to admit, the girl was convincing. The only person who had managed to fool Fanny that well was….oh dear god, speak of the literal devil.

Patton chuckled when he saw Fanny sitting on the floor "Now is that how a lady sits hmm? With her skirt all up and crap?"

Fanny gasped and put her legs flat on the floor as Patton laughed and sat down next to her "Jerk, you enjoy the view?"

"Oh yes, thank you Madam Banshee." Fanny smacked him "Ow….So what's going on? Rachel's in a state."

"Uh…well my mother made me have a slumber party and uh I invited numbuh 12-"

"She's a good kisser." Patton stated dreamily as Fanny's jaw dropped

"YOU'VE KISSED NUMBUH 12!"

Patton raised an eyebrow "Who haven't I kissed? Now continue."

Fanny huffed "Turns out Chad was impersonating my mother to keep me away from Moonbase so the teens could sneak in here and steal….." Fanny almost didn't want to say it, Patton was in such a good mood today "The Code Module…"

Patton's grin faded "The what?"

Fanny sighed "The freakin Code Module….numbuh 12 helped them."

Patton's reaction was exactly how Fanny imagined it would be "YOU LOST THE CODE MODULE?! HOW IN THE NAME OF GOD DID YOU MANAGE THAT?! THREE CADETS MANAGED TO STOP FATHER FROM STEALING IT AND YOU COULDN'T EVEN STOP CREE AND HER LITTLE MINONS FROM TAKING IT!"

Fanny leaned her head against the wall and listened to his little rant, Patton usually calmed down if you just let him yell and right now she was in no mood to argue with him.

"RACHEL SAID NUMBUHS 23, 4, 3, AND 12 WERE ALL AT YOUR SLUMBER PARTY AND BARTIE WAS HERE TOO AND YOU STILL COULDN'T STOP CREE FROM TAKING THE MODULE! WHAT DO YOU EXPECT US TO DO NOW? HUH?!"

"I…I don't know." Fanny mumbled

"BUT FORGET THE FREAKING CODE MODULE BECAUSE YOU'RE OFF HAVING A SLUMBER PARTY WITH NUMBUH 4 for some really strange reason AND NUMBUH 12 YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND!"

Fanny lost it there, she pushed off of the wall and right into Patton's face, he was a few inches taller than her but she hadn't ever been afraid of him "NUMBUH 12 PRETENDED TO BE MY FRIEND SO THAT SHE COULD GET TO THE CODE MODULE! SHE NEVER REALLY LIKED ME! NO ONE REALLY LIKES ME, YOU AND RACHEL JUST PUT UP WITH ME!" Fanny fell back against the wall sobbing, just now did Patton realize that she felt so strongly about being accepted by the other operatives, something him and Rachel were very good at "Everything is changing….you spend your time at Arctic Base while the rest of us are up here….I can't even look at you without wanting to punch you in your stupid butt-chin."

"Believe me Fan, the feeling's mutual." He muttered as she stood up and walked toward the bridge still shaking with silent sobs.

"I don't have any friends anymore…not even you and I thought I'd always have you." She leaned on the bridges rail

Patton sighed and stood up to follow the red-head "What? What do you mean I'm not your friend anymore?" Patton really couldn't believe his ears, sure he figured at some point him and Fanny hated each other so much that neither of them could stand to be in the same room with each other. After what had happened in the hospital a few months ago he figured they were at least friends again.

"I treat you worse than Nigel Uno treats his girlfriend…you hate me right? You're just too nice to say it."

Patton scoffed "If I hated you we wouldn't be having this conversation. Sure I may wanna kill you sometimes, but I also usually wanna hug you and watch horror movies with you until your father shows up at my house to threaten me and my mom."

Fanny giggled "But it's not always going to be like that Patton, eventually things are going to push us apart."

Patton stood next to her and looked over the bridge at the tiny operatives a few floors down; there weren't very many seeing as it was about 3 am. Patton thought about that for a moment…she had a point, now that he lived in America, he hardly ever got to see Veronica and Owen, he still spoke to them but only got to see them on trips to Poland. He didn't want it to be like that with anyone, especially Fanny.

"I'm not gonna let that happen, ever."

She looked at him and scoffed "What are you going to do about it Drilovsky? Huh?"

Patton hesitated, what was he going to do about it? He couldn't stop decommissioning; he couldn't stop them from forgetting everything that had happened to them. It was inevitable that they would end up hating each other eventually…unless….

"You know about the TND." He said

Fanny's eyes lit up "Oh my god you really think we're going to get in there?"

"Why not, we're great operatives ain't we? We could get in," Patton snapped his fingers "Like that."

"They hardly let anyone in; you'd have to be amazing like sector V or something." Fanny said rolling her eyes, she then rested her head against Patton's shoulder as they watched the few operatives still up on moonbase this early in the morning "But we're better than them aren't we?"

Patton chuckled "Definitely. Fanny listen, no matter where I am, how old we are, or what I am doing, if you need me you just call and I'll be right there okay?"

Fanny looked up at him and kissed his cheek wrapping her arms around his neck "Okay. Thanks Patton."

I know it was short but that was sorta the perfect place to end. The next chapter will be from Operation ZERO and then the one after that is from Operation CAKED-FIVE
