A/N: Sup people? Lol. The concert was awesome, needless to say. Oh and guess what guys? I fought my way to the front row and remained there all night! Too bad I wasn't picked as Worldwide Girl but hey, Kendall Schmidt returned my friendly wave and James Maslow blew me a kiss when I blew him one and yelled I loved him. I thought I'd faint...as a matter of fact 3 girls on the 1st row DID faint...it was hilarious. The guys are THAT good. There was actually a Kames moment during the concert where Kendall and James grabbed each other's hands and smiled at one another that made me flashback to this...I'm evil aren't I?

Moving on, the concert made it doubly hard for me to get back to writing this because now it's hard to imagine them like this...when I've actually seen them and everything...BUT the story must go on, mustn't it?

Ch. 41: My Guy
Logan sighed tiredly. They'd been shooting scenes for the program all morning now and he was beat.

Kendall and Jo had finally returned and they'd had to continue with the movie alongside the scenes they'd already filmed of the TV show…

He dragged his tired feet over to the snacks table and grabbed a cold glass of lemonade, gulping it down to ease his poor, dehydrated body.

Soon after that, Kendall came and joined him, also looking tired.

"Hey buddy," Kendall greeted them "You tired?"

"You'll bet!" Logan exclaimed "Who knew shooting a movie could be so tiring?"

"Agreed," Kendall said "So…got any special plans for this Friday?"

"You inviting me out on a date, Knight?" Logan asked teasingly.

Kendall laughed.

"You wish, Mitchell," Kendall said "No, but seriously dude, James and I'll be out all Friday night…we hope you and Carlos won't mind…"

"Not at all but…may I ask why you guys will be out?" Logan asked.

"Well," Kendall's eyes gleamed "You see…word has it that two of Hollywood's hottest celebrities got together almost a year ago and-"

Logan's eyes widened in understanding.

"You guys' anniversary!" he exclaimed, full of joy "Oh my God, how could I have missed that? Congrats!"

"Thanks but…not yet, buddy, not yet," Kendall said "Anyways, I want to do something special for James…I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet but, you know, I want it to be just between us, so…"

"No, no, I totally get it," Logan said "All the same, congrats,"

And he hugged Kendall with joy.

"Uh-oh, should I be jealous here?" Carlos said jokingly as he came up to Kendall and Logan "Are you hitting on my boyfriend, Knight?"

"Nah, he's yours to keep, I've got my eyes on a bigger prize," Kendall said lightly as he smiled at James who was talking to Frankie animatedly, and bouncing Mia on his lap.

"He's gotten really attached to that child, hasn't he?" Carlos asked, following Kendall's gaze.

"Yes, he has," Kendall said "Well guys, I have to go get James, we'll be going somewhere else for lunch so…don't wait for us, okay?"

Both boys nodded.

"Hey, Kendall!" Logan called after him "Um…later on, when you come back, could I, like, talk to you? It's kind of urgent…"

"Sure," Kendall said, kind of startled by Logan's request.

After Lunch...
"So…what did you want?" Kendall asked Logan.

They were alone in Kendall and James' room while Carlos and James rehearsed their lines in Carlos and Logan's room.

"I, uh, I wanted your advice…" Logan said "I was thinking about how you and James were going to be out all day on Friday and how Carlos and I would have that day to ourselves and I…I've planned some…stuff…I just don't know how to go about it…"

"What sort of stuff?" Kendall asked his friend curiously.

"I, um, I've booked Carlos and me reservations at the hotel's spa. I've also arranged for us to go to have a nice lunch in our room, and I was planning for us to go to the beach afterwards, walk on the beach…maybe surf a little…and have a nice dinner in that cute little restaurant that's around the corner..."

"Sounds very romantic…" Kendall said "Considering it's MY anniversary, Logan, what's going on? You don't even like surfing!"

"I know, I know but…you know, Carlos loves it, and I want to create a romantic mood for us…" Logan said quietly.

"I'd guessed that already…the big question is…WHY?" Kendall asked him.

"I-I decided that-that it's time for me to man up and-and get my man!" Logan exclaimed passionately.

"Logan, are you saying what I think you're saying?" Kendall asked him, grinning at him.

"I will ask Carlos to marry me on Friday…" Logan said, surprising even himself.

"Good for you!" Kendall congratulated him "But I thought you didn't want your wedding to be shadowed by mine and James' wedding?"

"Hey, we could have a double wedding;" Logan said "We could shine together…"

Kendall smiled.

"I like the sound of that…" he said.

"So…how'd you do it?" Logan asked him.

"How did I do what?" Kendall asked.

"Propose to him? Propose to James…" Logan said, blushing slightly "I-I want to propose to Carlos I just don't know how…"

"It's no big science Logan," Kendall said "I just- I got down on one knee, pulled out the ring, and said 'James, will you marry me?'. It's that simple."

"For you, maybe," Logan grumbled miserably "Kendall what if I screw up? What do I do then? Or…what if Carlos is disappointed? What if he expects more? God, Kendall, what if I'm not enough for him?"

"Logan ,stop that, you know Carlos loves you, now stop being so nervous and worrying about every small little detail and just get on with it, already!" Kendall said "Seems to me like you've arranged for Friday to be an incredibly romantic day between the two of you, so you have nothing to worry about. Everything will be fine! And you and Carlos will finally get your happily ever after ending…"

"What about you and James?" Logan asked him "Have you planned anything special for Friday?"

"Of course I have," Kendall grinned "I'm hoping to surprise him with a night he'll never forget…"

"What, only the night?" Logan teased.

"Well…I have to work in the morning, you three are lucky you got the day off…but as soon as I'm out of the set it'll be all about my Jamie…"Kendall said.

"Sounds to me like someone's really in love with their fiancé…" Logan said "So…did you tell him the truth like I told you?"

Kendall's smile dropped.

He sighed and ran a hand through his hair.

"Not yet," he said "I know I have to, Logan, and I'll do it soon…just…"

"Not on your anniversary?" Logan said understandingly.

Kendall nodded again.

"It's complicated" the blonde said with yet another sigh "How do you go up to someone whom you've dated for a whole year and you're marrying soon that you had a drunken one-night stand with a co-worker?"

"Jett's an idiot and he set you up, James will understand that…" Logan said "Plus, he'll know you never would've done it if you hadn't been drunk…"

"Right…" Kendall said.

"Besides," Logan added with a hint of mischievousness in his voice "Your birthday's coming up in like three and a half weeks…you could always tell him then, he won't want to ruin your birthday by being mad at you…"

"Oh ha ha, very sneaky Logan," Kendall said laughing.

Things would work out fine between the four of them, he hoped…

With Carlos and James...

"Alright, so spill, why did you want to talk to me alone while Kendall and Logan are rehearsing?" James asked the Latino who seemed a nervous wreck.

"W-well…you know how you and Kendall are going to be out all Friday?" he asked the tall brunette who nodded.

"Not all Friday, though," James observed "Kendall has to work in the morning…but yeah, after that, pretty much, why?"

"It means Logan and I will finally get to have some alone time," Carlos said before sighing "I, um, I was thinking of…you know…dropping the bomb then…"

"You mean you want to tell him what you told me?" James asked eyebrows raised "Carlos, are you sure breaking up with Logan is the right thing?"

"I'm not sure of anything…" Carlos said "But all I know is that I can't be sure of my feelings for Logan if he's been my one and only…it's something I need to do, James…"

"Just don't be too harsh on him, okay?" James said "Logan's my friend too, you know?"

"Don't worry James, I'd never do something to hurt my Logie- I mean- Logan…" Carlos said, quickly correcting himself.

James raised his eyebrows at this.

"Carlos, man, are you really sure about what you're doing?" he said "I hate to be the one to break this to you man but…if you let Logan go, there's no telling if he'll ever come back to you…are you sure you want to risk that? What happens if you realize he was the guy for you, only it's too late?"

"James, you know what they say," Carlos said softly "If you're not sure of whether something's yours, set it free, if it comes back to you it's yours forever and if it never does, it was never yours to begin with…"

"I'm not sure that's the exact saying…" James said confused "But okay, it's your relationship, I guess, not mine…so then?"

"I think I'm going to break up with Logan on Friday…" Carlos said.

A/N: Bet you all didn't expect THAT at all? So...what will happen now? Well...in a way, it's entirely up to you guys. I can work either way. Should Carlos be honest and deny Logan's marriage proposal...IF such proposal even happens, lol...or should he lie for Logan's sake and accept his proposal and Cargan find themselves in a situation similar to Kames?
