SailorStar9: After getting Chapter 9 out, this is Chapter 10 of this fic. (Sighs) Every time I write these B.S disclaimers, I die a little inside. Remember, boys and girls, reviews are an author's subsistence.

Disclaimers: I own nothing, except for the plot bunny.

Chapter 10: King of Time! Hyoga's Powers of Absolute Zero!

"Subaru, was it?" Hyoga inquired, stopping an arrow. "Don't mess around on the battlefield. When fighting, you should stay cool. Don't let your burning feelings show." He froze the arrow and shattered it.

"Leave this to us and go on ahead." Pluto instructed.

"Will you two be okay?" Subaru wondered.

"Chronos Typhoon." Pluto's large energy vortex shot out of her Staff, taking down the army of Pallasites.

"This is a good warm-up." Hyoga smirked, blasting off the others with his fist, Pluto's 'Time Storm' having teleported the younger Saints out of the way.

"Tokisada." Subaru stood back up, his Cosmo brimming. "You don't control time. How are you eternal? As time passes, people change and grow. But you, you abandoned that. No," he corrected. "Time abandoned you. How could someone like you control time?" shooting forward, he slammed a punch right into Tokisada's face.

"I told you it won't work." Tokisada scoffed. "What?" he gaped, his forehead started to bleed. "I cannot be harmed, but I've been injured. That's impossible. But this power… could it be? That Cosmo… that's impossible." He was certain. "This time, I'll finish you."

"Time Bomb." This time, the attack was quite visible, a black sphere that didn't look too powerful. That was, until it stopped meters from Tokisada and exploded with enough force to throw the Death Watch Pallasite off his feet.

Hyoga's freezing blast came in seconds later, encasing Tokisada's fist in ice.

"A Freezing Ring." Hyoga stated. "My freezing energy has frozen your right arm.

"You're…" Tokisada frowned. "The legendary Bronze Saint, Cygnus Hyoga and the Guardian of Time, Sailor Pluto."

"Subaru," Hyoga smirked. "Back there, what you said was wise. You're right. But you're still too fired up. On the battlefield, you should stay cool."

"What do you mean, cool?" Tokisada shattered the ice. "Let's see how long you stay that way. You were the student of Aquarius Camus, weren't you? How strange fate can be. But you will die here."

"Garnet Ball." Pluto's Garnet Orb blocked off the attack.

"Pluto." Subaru gasped.

"Don't worry." The Time Senshi assured.

"What?" Tokisada was stunned. "Was that… I should've expected this from the Senshi of Time."

"You aren't the only one who can stop atoms from moving." Hyoga snorted. "Even if I can't control time like Pluto, I can use my freezing energy to freeze atoms. Feel the freezing energy of Cygnus. Diamond Dust!" he fired off his attack.

"Ridiculous." Tokisada muttered. "The mere power of ice, a match for my eternal power? I am immortal. You fool. You, too, will kneel before the ruler of time. Chrono Dominion! My Chrono Dominion will break you and your time apart. Can your freezing energy block that?"

"Chrono Blast!" Tokisada was knocked back by the invisible energy.

"Guess we can." Hyoga smirked and expanded his Cosmo.

"What?" Tokisada gaped. "The temperature around them is dropping."

"Aurora Thunder Attack!" Hyoga released his more powerful attack.

"It can't be." Tokisada muttered. "He froze the power of the Chrono Dominion."

"At absolute zero, -273 degrees, all energy is lost and all matter stops." Hyoga explained. "Even you, with your control over time."

"Impossible." Tokisada was stunned.

"Tokisada, now you will freeze in an absolute zero blizzard." Hyoga informed.

"Did we get him?" Subaru wondered, Tokisada having been frozen feet-first.

"I truly am a master of time." Tokisada laughed, breaking himself free. "You cannot hurt me. I am immortal. And I am eternal."

"Their Cosmo is colliding." Eden noted, Tokisada beating back Hyoga's freezing air with his power over time. "It's like a One Thousand Wars…"

"No, look." Haruto corrected. "Chrono Dominion is repelling 'Aurora Thunder Attack'."

"In the end, that's but a Bronze Cloth." Tokisada scoffed. "No, just a Cloth. Compared to the Chronotector, it's nothing but junk. Hyoga, the Aquarius Gold Cloth your master also wore… thinking back on it now, it was also just a piece of rusty junk."

"I can't ignore that…" Hyoga hissed.

"Oh, are you angry?" Tokisada taunted. "Are you angry that I insulted your Master's Cloth? Take that anger to your grave."

"Time Storm!" Pluto nullified Tokisada's energy wave. "Overconfidence is going to be your death." She remarked humorlessly.

"Tokisada," Hyoga powered up. "You are the weakest, most fragile opponent I've ever met. I fought my master and my friends, and I defeated them with my own hands. And most of the foes I've faced were noble warriors, as well. None of them feared pain. They rose again and again. And each time, they became stronger. Compared to them, you're so weak. You hide behind something that isn't yours, seeking a false eternity. A man like you trying to insult my Master's Cloth is laughable. Behold, the greatest technique of my Master, Camus. Aurora Execution!"

"This freezing energy is absolute zero." Tokisada mused as the freezing storm washed over him. "No, even colder? But I am eternal… I cannot lose. What is this?" he looked at his freezing feet.

"Tokisada, do you think immortality alone would help you defeat Cygnus Hyoga?" Hyoga retorted. "If you cannot die, then I shall seal you away alive."

"Ice?" Tokisada snapped. "Shatter!" he demanded. "Why can't I shatter mere ice?" he questioned.

"Freezing Coffin." Hyoga replied. "That coffin is made of permafrost, from which you will never escape. It will never melt and never shatter…. For eternity!"

"That's impossible…" Tokisada stammered, before he was encased entirely into ice.

"Tokisada, within that ice coffin, you will find true eternity." Hyoga scoffed. "Perhaps I got a bit too fired-up."
