Here's chapter 21 everybody.
Chapter 21: Admiration.
At Shleisinger Air Force Base, a rabbit was walking toward his SU-33 Super Flanker holding a bag of apples. He is a rabbit with brown fur with tan colored cheeks and brown eyes. His name is Toscha Kralicek and he is a member of the elite Strigon Team, aka Strigon 12. He looks at his SU-33. It was painted black with mild red camo theme, red wing tips and tail fins, painted red underneath and it has the number '009', the unit number. Toscha thinks that his aircraft is his girl and that no matter how bad things may look down here in the city, his squadron will not be defeated with him in his baby. Toscha also like the chances with the new captain, Pasternak, in charge. For Toscha, Pasternak feels more like an older brother than some pushy authority figure.
"Toscha, give me one of those apples you have there. Then go have a dance with the angels, will ya?" Pasternak asked, noticing Toscha.
Toscha throws one of the apples to Pasternak, who managed to catch it.
"Toscha. Come now, Toscha. You'd better learn more control than that if you want to impress your sweetheart. Terrible, I tell ya." Pasternak said.
"At least I have a sweetheart to speak of, Sir." Toscha said.
"I could have any woman I want if I made the effort." Pasternak said.
Toscha can't argue with him there. Toscha thought that all though his country's military have overtaken the city, Pasternak tends to listen to Acme T Radio, an ongoing pirate broadcast.
"Listen. They're talking about the 'Leader' again. It's as if they're mourning the loss of a flesh-and-blood leader. It would really be something if they got it back somehow…makes you wonder." Pasternak said.
Tosca's 'older brother' seems to have a soft spot for the poor and downtrodden in this city. Toscha thought that there's no way his country's going to lose this war.
That's the end of this chapter. To any that read the story LOONEY TUNES: SHATTERED SKIES. Toscha is the descendant to the fictional character Dave Bunny from SHATTERED SKIES. Although Dave is a Erusean citizen and Toscha is a Estovakian citizen, the Strigon Team could be considered a sort of spiritual successor to the Yellow Squadron from SHATTERED SKIES. Both fly Sukhoi aircraft with canards, both are enemy aces that are part of the story, and both are rivals to the protagonist team; Strigon rivaling the 28th Tactical Fighter Squadron 'Garuda', and Yellow rivaling the 118th Tactical Fighter Squadron 'Mobius'. Both have nicknames associated with them. And both rivaling with flight leads that are related, in this case, Bugs and Ace. Anyway, please review.
